The Case for Change

More people in the world now have access to the internet than access to justice. According to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), only 46 per cent of human beings live under the protection of the law, whereas more than 50 per cent of people are now active users of the internet in one way or another. Annually, one billion people are said to need ‘basic justice care’ but in ‘many countries, close to 30 per cent of problem-owners do not even take action’. As for public funding of legal and court services, it was found in a leading global study of legal aid, involving 106 countries, that around one-third ‘have not yet enacted specific legislation on legal aid’ and that the ‘demand for legal aid for civil cases is largely unmet in most countries.’4 Meanwhile, the courts of some jurisdictions are labouring under staggering backlogs—for example, 100 million cases in Brazil (as noted), and 30 million in India. Even in those legal systems that are described as ‘advanced’, court systems are under-resourced, and the resolution of civil disputes invariably takes too long, costs too much, and the process is unintelligible to ordinary people. The broad case for change is self-evident—in varying degrees, the court systems of our world are inaccessible to the great majority of human beings.

They are not like ordinary people according to Islam, they are considered to be the most prominent and superior among all human beings after Prophets. Therefore Strong feeling of affection for them is the truthfulness towards the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and it is the symbol of faith. There are thousands of Sahaba who struggled their best to spread the true message of Islam, however hardly anyone knows about the last one? In this article we will discuss about the last ten Sahaba. AbstractJournalism aim is to inform about what happens. But it also deals -or may deal – with what have happened, will happen and what people think. Among all the events that occur every day in the world, the ones relatedto health have a great importance for human beings. The internet has brought the domain of immediacy – here and now- that produces information about health without analysing the keys to understand whathappen and what could happen. With the anticipation, journalism analyses in depth past and present information, to discover implications. It observes the causes, finds out new data and looks for new approaches and predicts consequences. Anticipation journalism isn’t base on conjectures o journalist’s prophecies. Provides background information on facts that didn’t occur, but whose media genes permeatepresent reality. It seeks human interest on future health events, providing quality information and trying to respond when it would happen and what consequences will bring to the receivers, their family, environmentand the world. This way, anticipation becomes a journalistic tool that join journalism and health. Keywords: journalism; health; Augustine of Hippo; internet, immediacy; anticipation journalism

With increasing concern about Internet intelligence, this paper proposes concepts of the Internet and Internet subsystem IQs over search engines. Based on human IQ calculations, the paper first establishes a 2014 Internet Intelligence Scale and designs an intelligence test bank regarding search engines. Then, an intelligence test using such test bank is carried out on 50 typical search engines from 25 countries and regions across the world. Meanwhile, another intelligence test is also conducted in the human age groups of 6, 12 and 18 years using the same test bank and rules. Next, the absolute IQ and the relative IQ of the 53 test subjects are calculated in accordance with the test results. Finally, the data mining method is applied to find out the features of search engines reflected in the Internet intelligence test and the intelligence difference between search engines and human beings.

How have relatively new technologies changed the way in which the celebrity system and tabloid culture function in North American culture? With access to technologies, such as the internet and digital film and photography, and websites, such as Youtube.com, the average citizen is now able to actively participate in the world of celebrity and even turn themself into a celebrity figure. The world of celebrity (online, at least) has become do-it-yourself and has, in many ways, democratized the process of fame. Through the rise in online readership and recognition, even the creators of online tabloids have themselves become celebrities and active members in the star system they seek to critique. This thesis will demonstrate that the technologies used to demystify the celebrity through perpetual surveillance have, at the same time, succeeded in turning ordinary people into celebrities, thus placing them squarely within the star system they never intended to inhabit.

Internet is a contemporary solution to keep people connected to the outside world. A lot of experience will be gained from something you never knew before. Everyone is entitled to the right science because the demand for science is long live education, the other term is life for science. Through the internet a person's ability to reach distant places in just a few seconds, so fast as to make the world already in the grip. The presence of the Internet creates its own contradictions, on one hand its presence produces many positive sides, one of the benefits is there is an opportunity to access new knowledge and can work to be meaningful to fellow human beings around the world. But on the other hand the internet also has a negative impact, because it damages morale and development in children in particular. The Internet provides a free opportunity to explore with privacy, raising the question of whether the exploration is on the right track or on a deviant course. This study used descriptive qualitative method with phenomenalogy analysis involving several family members. Data collection through snowball sampling technique to get saturated data. The result of the research in this journal is that the internet in its use can be controlled through parent's mentoring, special approach with certain tricks and steps, and educators and parents also need to know internet usage, so that children activities can be controlled well

This chapter discusses cyberspace’s evolution in terms of technical shoddiness and misperceptions. Once cyberspace left the confines of the consolidated democratic societies, their legal systems, and the controls of Western regulated telecommunications firms, it moved beyond the power of Westernized nations’ to keep the world both deeply cybered and guided by the rule of law. With commercialization as it occurred, the Internet was never going to be the utopia. Rather, the globalized Internet became a resource rich frontier and substrate over which nations and organizations would fight overtly, covertly, and in every other way possible. The chapter then identifies two available remediating strategic responses to this new cybered reality (recognition of sovereignty and balancing scale), and offers three possible interstate futures depending upon which of these two responses is chosen. It argues that achieving the best possible future will rest on pursuing strategic well-being and international influence through a ‘cyber operational resilience alliance’ across consolidated democratic civil societies.

Most informed observers of the Canadian and American legal systems accept the existence of a significant crisis in access to justice. Evidence shows growing numbers of self-represented litigants, inadequate support for legal aid, far more reported legal issues than there is access to affordable legal assistance, and costly legal services and legal processes out of reach of most middle- and low-income citizens. Bridging this “justice gap” has become the focus of modern access to justice reform efforts.
