On the basis of automatic test system of the status in domestic and foreign, by analysis of the various functions and performance of the integrated test system, a design of the integrated test system is proposed, FPGA as the core logic controller of the hardware circuit. The system of the hardware design include: digital signal source output modules, analog output module and PCM codec module. Design of hardware circuit are mainly described. In addition, a detailed analysis of some key technologies in the design process was given. Overall, its data exchange with host computer is through the PCI card, data link and bandwidth can be expanded in accordance with the actual needs. The entire system designed in the modular principle, which has a strong scalability.

HAZOP Analysis is used to determine great deviations which will affect the operational safety of a boiler of an existing petrochemical plant that may affect on persons, material and the environment. PLC is proposed to provide the safety function to fit into the overall machine control system as a safety-related part. It reads from the temperature, pressure sensors via its input interface modules and outputs commands in the case of critical deviation via the output module to the final control elements such as actuators allowing an improvement in the safety of the overall boiler system.

Abstract Motivation Genetically engineering food crops involves introducing proteins from other species into crop plant species or modifying already existing proteins with gene editing techniques. In addition, newly synthesized proteins can be used as therapeutic protein drugs against diseases. For both research and safety regulation purposes, being able to assess the potential toxicity of newly introduced/synthesized proteins is of high importance. Results In this study, we present ToxDL, a deep learning-based approach for in silico prediction of protein toxicity from sequence alone. ToxDL consists of (i) a module encompassing a convolutional neural network that has been designed to handle variable-length input sequences, (ii) a domain2vec module for generating protein domain embeddings and (iii) an output module that classifies proteins as toxic or non-toxic, using the outputs of the two aforementioned modules. Independent test results obtained for animal proteins and cross-species transferability results obtained for bacteria proteins indicate that ToxDL outperforms traditional homology-based approaches and state-of-the-art machine-learning techniques. Furthermore, through visualizations based on saliency maps, we are able to verify that the proposed network learns known toxic motifs. Moreover, the saliency maps allow for directed in silico modification of a sequence, thus making it possible to alter its predicted protein toxicity. Availability and implementation ToxDL is freely available at http://www.csbio.sjtu.edu.cn/bioinf/ToxDL/. The source code can be found at https://github.com/xypan1232/ToxDL. In the design process of surface acoustic wave (SAW) device based on multistrip coupler (MSC), the characteristics of interdigital transducer (IDT) and device can not been directly achieved, and the layout structure of device can not be observed and checked. To solve some problems, the design platform of SAW device based MSC was realized in the Matlab design environment using the modular design. The design platform of SAW device based MSC consists of layout simulation module, characteristics simulation module and data output module. By means of realizing a SAW device based MSC with center frequency at 51.293MHz, the comparison and analysis between the design results and the actual test results are presented. Experiments results confirm that the platform can correctly design the device layout. The device characteristics achieved by the design platform are in good agreement with the actual measurement results by the network analyzer.
