Application of single chip microcomputer in the ubiquitous in modern life, as electronic products, intelligent upgrade, MCU control board play a decisive role, the design of main control board system for intelligent electronic device provides a more rapid development. This paper firstly introduces the properties of AVR single chip, the performance of AVR MCU design the control board of the corresponding circuit, and to study its programming method, is convenient for the users to operate, it is applied to the hardware.

In the fields of auto-control, the requirement for dependability and intelligence of the instrument is often to be considered seriously. Since the capability of the electronic sensor and affect of the ambient temperature, the high dependability and intelligence is a hard aim to be reached. And the error through normal methods to design may be very large. The intelligence is poor. The article introduces the project process of making an Intelligent Electric Mini-car with high dependability and intelligence: which is consisted of SCM (single-chip microcomputer) SPCE061A, multiple kinds of sensors and some modules to support. Base on the SCM SPCE061A, the mini-car can identify different voice, record & play, race intellectually by the order of voice, dodge the barriers automatically and measure the distance accurately while running at different speed by introducing the PWM and the HALL speed sensor. At the same time, it has radar of backing a car, GPS (Global Position System) and the ability to detect alcohol in a motorman. To enhance the function of the mini-car, radiogram, MTV and LED of kinds of color is added, too. With the information displayed on the LCD and the voice register, it is easier to communicate with the mini-car. With the separate of circuit of controlling and electromotor, the stability of the system has improved. It has made good use of power to adopt 3.3V for the switch circuit and high efficiency PWM. Under the control of the voice order, it also can detect the real time and temperature meticulously. The project is adopting intelligent sensor and new SCM, which combined the multiple kinds of new intelligent electronic device, not only to measure the data for the system accurately, but also to communicate with us. At last the actual data of speed and distance is given to prove the feasibility of the project.

Abstract With the rapid development of society and economy, various laboratories have become more complete in number and equipment, but subsequent laboratory accidents frequently occur. Therefore, it is imperative to construct a laboratory safety management system to ensure the safety of laboratory personnel and complete equipment. This article intends to design a smoke alarm, which mainly includes measuring the sensitivity of the smoke sensor to the concentration of smoke in the air, and the linear change of the sensor converting the corresponding analog signal into a digital signal. By designing the fan speed to be controlled by the change of smoke density, the speed of the motor is adjusted. And the alarm module can sound an alarm when the smoke concentration is certain, and at the same time, it can automatically cancel the alarm when the smoke concentration decreases. Finally, a simulation experiment is designed to simulate the effect of the sound alarm of the smoke alarm disperser on the dispersal of smoke under different working environments.

With the rapid development of computers and aggravation of competitiveness in employment, the course content system of Microcomputer Principle and Interface Technology with 8086/8088 CPU as the core is questioned by more and more people. Based on this, the course reform of Microcomputer Principle and Interface Technology was proposed. Recombining and optimizing the contents of "Microcomputer Principle" and "Single-chip Microcomputer”. Constructing the course system with Micro Controller Unit (MCU) and embedded as the main contents. The ways of teaching reform was discussed and task-driven method, learning by doing teaching method and Proteus simulation software were applied in teaching effectively. The practice proves that the teaching reform obtains a better teaching effect, arouses students' learning initiative and improves the students' project practice ability, comprehensive application ability and innovation consciousness.

With the continuous improvement of voice technology and the rapid development of Single-chip Microcomputer technology, voice recognition robots emerged. In this paper, a voice recognition robot was designed and Implemented by combining of toy robot and a microcontroller SPCE061A with some transformation. It can be controlled by trainers voice to walk forward, backwards, turn left, turn right, dancing with the music, left or right to aim, launch and continuous emission and other interesting action. This work is valuable to education teaching and research.

In the design of the robot, we using the sensor redundancy design positioning obstacles in front of robot, we take full advantage of the proximity detector features in order to make the robot highly efficient and stable operation. The robot in the experiment operating in good condition, and it has reference significance for robot design.

It uses mainly compression spring to produce elastic energy which effect on the ground. The jumping robot leaps better to solve the problem of turning over obstacle. The jumping robot is controlled by single-chip microcomputer to walk, jump, and detect and so on, which can realize remote wireless control and has broad application prospect.

Taking the rapid development of electronic science and technology as an opportunity, MCU which undertakes the equipment control task is developing towards the direction of intelligence, self-learning and multi-function integration. They have been applied to all aspects of human production and life. Driven by computer network technology, the development of Internet of Things technology is promoted. In this era, only by strengthening the research and development and improvement of MCU control system can we promote the development of the entire society and economy. This article mainly studies the application of MCU Technology in IoT electronics. This article first briefly explains the definition of MCU, and then summarizes the entire development process of MCU. On this basis, it is effectively combined with the actual situation, and puts forward the practical application of the MCU Technology in the Internet of Things electronic products. On the basis of ensuring that the personalized needs of modern people are met, it can lay a good foundation for the future development of electronic products. The research experiments in this paper found that up to 70 meters, and found that a large number of packet loss has affected the basic communication. It is believed that communication can be performed at 70 meters but the communication quality is poor. It is not recommended to use, and the test is terminated. It can be seen from the results that the communication distance of the terminal node is finally within 30 meters, which can ensure that the data is almost 100% received. The packet loss rate within 60 meters is within 2%, and the communication quality is good. Guarantee basic communication functions.
