In order to adapt to the development trend in current vocational education, we developed a multi-functional hydraulic test bench for mechatronics teaching practice. The component structure and functional features of the test bench was introduced in this paper and the application to vocational education was proved to be effective. Practice shows that the bench not only provides students with good experimental conditions close to the actual production and inspires learning enthusiasm and innovation consciousness of the students, but also provides teachers with a platform for scientific research, improves the utilization value of equipment.

This paper uses principal component analysis (PCA) and entropy method to construct the evaluation index system of the scientific research performance of universities in 31 provinces and cities in China. Based on the traditional DEA model, the development trend of the scientific research performance of the research objects from 2015 to 2019 is dynamically evaluated by the Malmquist index method. The results show that the scientific research performance of universities in various regions of China is not ideal, and the level of scientific research performance is declining. The total factor productivity of scientific research in the central and western regions is much higher than that in the eastern region. The main factor that hinders the improvement of scientific research performance is the efficiency of technological progress. Finally, aiming at the existing problems, some feasible suggestions are put forward to further improve the input-output efficiency of scientific research in universities.

The service industry have become vital strength of today’s global economy. The traditional service are almost designed and drived from enterprise. This article firstly brings forward the concept of ‘Reverse Service’, which feature is ‘Customer Pull’, individuation, green low carbon and circulation friendly. The article introduce the meaning of the reverse service from the perspective of customer experience with its core content of the optimization of customer experience, path of reverse service and system optimization, intellectual value added and interface innovation, which objective is implementing cycle use of resource, green environment protection, maintaining service reputation, building up brand image and enterprise sustainable development. Based on this, this article summarize the scientific significance of research from this perspective including particularity, systematic science and green sustainability. Finally, the article gives the summary of the current research status and development trend of the relevant field.

Industrial development is the pillar of regional economic development, and the development of tertiary industry is the focus of the entire industry. This paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the tertiary industry in Xinjiang from three aspects: output value, output value growth rate, and output value contribution rate. On this basis, this paper also analyzes the investment in fixed assets of Xinjiang’s tertiary industry and uses the gray correlation model to measure the correlation between fixed assets and output value. The results of the study show that from 2014 to 2019, the tertiary industry in Xinjiang has developed better overall. Among them, culture, sports and entertainment industry, information transmission, software and information technology service industry, education, health and social industry and other industries are developing very well, which is in line with the vision goal of the construction of the “Five Centers” in Xinjiang on the Silk Road Economic Belt.

Due to the huge potential in gene expression analysis, which is helpful for disease diagnosis, new drug development, and life science research, the two-way clustering algorithm was proposed and it was widely used in gene expression data research. In order to understand the economic data of medical and health industry, this paper analyzes the economic data of the medical and health industry in different regions of China based on blockchain technology and two-way spectral cluster analysis and makes statistics on the economic data of the medical and health industry in eastern, central, and western regions of China. This paper studies the development status of China’s medical and health industry and the factors affecting the agglomeration of medical and health service industry and analyzes them under the blockchain technology and two-way spectral cluster analysis method. The results show that the overall development trend of China’s medicine and health is from government-led to government, society, and individual sharing. After the transformation of blockchain technology and two-way spectral cluster analysis, the output value of the pharmaceutical industry increased by about 10%.
