Support Vector Machines (SVM) is a set of popular machine learning algorithms which have been successfully applied in diverse aspects, but for large training data sets the processing time and computational costs are prohibitive. This paper presents a novel fast training method for SVM, which is applied in the fault diagnosis of service robot. Firstly, sensor data are sampled under different running conditions of the robot and those samples are divided as training sets and testing sets. Secondly, the sampled data are preprocessed and the principal component analysis (PCA) model is established for fault feature extraction. Thirdly, the feature vectors are used to train the SVM classifier, which achieves the fault diagnosis of the robot. To speed up the training process of SVM, on the one hand, sample reduction is done using the proposed support vectors selection (SVS) algorithm, which can ensure good classification accuracy and generalization capability. On the other hand, we take advantage of the excellent parallel computing abilities of Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) to pre-calculate the kernel matrix, which avoids the recalculation during the cross validation process. Experimental results illustrate that the proposed method can significantly reduce the training time without decreasing the classification accuracy.

Metode latihan simple circuit dengan running circuit dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskular dan kelelahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang dugunakan adalah two-group pre-test-post-test design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa putra tingkat empat semester genap tahaun ajaran 2019-2020.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik stratified random sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah multi-stage fitness test (MSFT) untuk tes daya tahan kardiovaskular (vo2max) dan flamingo balance tes. Uji analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis yaitu paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskular pada metode latihan simple circuit sebesar 2.06%, Persentase peningkatan daya tahan kardiovaskular pada metode latihan running circuit sebesar 15.02%. Sedangkan hasil penelitian kelelahan pada metode simple circuit sebesar 22.36%, Persentase peningkatan kelelahan pada metode latihan running circuit sebesar 9.58%. Kesimpulannya adalah metode latihan simple circuit dan running circuit berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap daya tahan kardiovaskular, sedangkan pada variabel kelelahan meningkat secara negatif. Penulis menyarankan agar adanya penelitian lanjutan bagian durasi pemberian latihan pada ke-dua metode latihan tersebut agar hasil penelitian yang didapatkan lebih baik.This research aims to determine the simple circuit training method with running circuits to increase cardiovascular endurance and fatigue. The research method used was experimental. The research design used was a two-group pre-test-post-test design. The study was male students in the fourth semester of the 2019-2020 academic year. The sampling technique used was the stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used in this research were the multi-stage fitness test (MSFT) for the cardiovascular endurance test (vo2max) and the flamingo balance test for fatigue. Test data analysis using hypothesis testing, namely paired sample t-test. The results showed that increased cardiovascular endurance in the simple circuit training method was 2.06%; the percentage of increased cardiovascular endurance in the running circuit training method was 15.02%. While fatigue research results on the simple circuit method were 22.36%, the rate of increased fatigue in the running circuit training method was 9.58%. The conclusion is the simple circuit training method and running circuit have a significant effect on cardiovascular endurance, while the fatigue variable increases negatively. The author suggests that there should be further research on the duration of giving exercise in both training methods. The research results obtained are better.

Tennis is a sport that has a high level of skill complexity. Therefore, increasing mastery of punch techniques especially the forehand groundstroke and the backhand groundstroke techniques is essential. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of forehand and backhand groundstroke skills of students of Physical Education, Sport, Health and Recreation (PJKR) department, Health science Faculty, Jenderal Sudirman University (UNSOED), using block and random practice training method. Research employs experimental methods. The research sample is 2017 class male students of PJKR FIKES UNSOED using the purposive random sampling technique. The research instrument employs Dyer Tennis Test, with a validity of 0.85 and a reliability of 0.90. Moreover, data analysis uses a prerequisite test consisting of normality and homogeneity tests and hypothesis testing applies t test with a significance of 0.05. The results is random practice method has better effect compared to block practice method in improving the students forehand groundstroke and backhand groundstroke technical skills.

Abstract The objectives of this research are to obtain information the effect of coach comprehension , sport facilities and training method on sport injuries at the Training Centres Athletes - National Sport Committee of DKI Jakarta Province periode 2009 – 2012. This study was conducted at DKI Jakarta Province by using survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number of 55 subdivisions as a sample is selected random sampling. The research findings are: (1) There is a non-direct effect of coach comprehension on sport injuries; (2) There is a non-direct effect of sport facilities on sport injuries; (3) There is a direct effect of training method on sport injuries; (4) There is a direct effect of coach comprehension on training method; (5) There is a direct effect of sport facilities on training method; (6) There is an effect of coach comprehension on sport injuries through the training method; (7) There is an effect of sport facilities on sport injuries through the training method. The problem in this study is the low ability of grounstroke students at the Faculty of Sport Science, Padang State University. This study aims to find out how much the groundstroke ability of students at the Faculty of Sports in Padang State University is using drill drill method. This type of research is quasi-experimental (quasi experimental). The population in this study were sports coaching students who took basic tennis tennis courses, while the sample was taken by random sampling with a total of 13 people. The instrument test used is the Hewitt Tennis Acheivement Test, one of which aims to evaluate the basic technique of a groundstroke. While the data analysis technique uses normality test and t-test. The results of this study are that there is an effect of the drill training method to increase the ability of FIK Groundstroke Students at Padang State University. This is proven by tcount = 3.41> t table = 1.77.
