This paper presents an educational praxis of classroom assessment in curriculum and learning outcomes of “Introduction to Education”, and constructs assessment tool and analyzes them based on the mathematical modeling, the former with Q Matrix and ISM (Interpretive Structural Modeling), the latter mainly with Nagai’s GSP (Grey S-P) Chart, RaschGSP Curve, GSM (Grey Structural Modeling) and MSM (Matrix Based Structure Modeling). It aims: (1) To use and implement numerical value as the code for processing data, (2) To analyze and diagnose based on raw numerical values, (3) To illustrate and explain in visual diagraph analysis. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that applying mathematical logic in educational research, and such tools are not in favor of the quantitative approach, rather claimed unique feature of math logic, in benefit to: (1) Interface qualitative contextual analysis and quantitative numerical characters as the whole, (2) Convert teaching-learning praxis into binary numerical data, (3) Address alternative interdisciplinary educational research.

The aims of this research is determine the effectiveness of daily tests using Wondershare quiz creator of the acquisition of knowledge of students compared to the daily test manually in the second half of 7th grade students in UPT SMP Negeri 4 Mojokerto. This research is a quantitative research with experimental design guidance (guide experiment design) with pretest posttest design pattern. 7G class as the control class and the class as a class experiment 7H treated with replications using Wondershare quiz creator. Data were obtained as follows: The results of the validation aplikasi Wondershare quiz creator of validator with an average value of 4.94 with a value of excellent category, validating the instrument about an average value of 5 with excellent category. Validation instrument student questionnaire responses on average 4 value with very good category. Test the hypothesis with a significance level (sig.2-tailed) was 0,000 less than 0.05 then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted with no criteria for effective use of learning outcomes assessment tool using Wondershare Quiz Creator of the value before (pretest) and after (posttest). Constraints in the use Wondershare especially when the power to the computer is off will cause students to stop the test, but can be overcome by installing a power storage device power supply. Based on the findings, it was concluded that there is a daily test the effectiveness of the use of Wondershare Quiz Creator is an honest students build character, confidence, because students get random questions that appear on the computer with other students. so the opportunity to cheat or ask other students is very difficult to do. More students master the knowledge because of problems in the design more interesting by giving the animation in the form of pictures and video in daily tests. Better use of assessment of student learning outcomes-based computer by using aplikasi Wondershare Quiz Creator is more effective teachers because it can facilitate teachers in the process of correction results of a test, questions and answers have been documented in the aplikasi so that once students click submit complete replay, it will automatically answer results and student scores shown on a computer screen.

The problem in this research is the low of Civics learning outcomes in fourth grade (IV) SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam, this can be seen from the average grade, that is 66,23 (with KKM 70). The purpose of this study is to improve the results of learning Civics fourth grade students SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam with the application of quantum teaching learning model. This research is a class action research (PTK) with 2 cycles. Based on data analysis of research results after applying quantum teaching model, the average percentage of teacher activity in cycle I 66.66% increased to 85.4% in cycle II. The average percentage of student activity also increased by 56.25% in the first cycle increased to 87.49% in cycle II. Student learning outcomes on the basic score with the average class 66,23 and in the first cycle has increased with the average grade grade 71.11 with the percentage increase in learning outcomes 8.87% and the percentage of students who complete 73.07%, and on the second cycle increased again with the average class of 77.60 with the percentage increase in learning outcomes 17.16% and the percentage of students who complete 84.61%. The results of this study showed that the application of quantum teaching model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 19 Balik Alam.

Achievement test is of very important assessment tool to evaluate the student’s current level of knowledge and skill acquired from classroom instruction. This test is designed to evaluate the student’s level of achievement in a particular subject for a particular class prescribed under the board or the university. In other words, to assess how much the pupils have achieved the educational objectives in teaching learning process at the end of the course and if achieved then to what extent, it has been achieved. Achievement tests are proved to be very helpful in various ways to the people who are involved in the field of education such as the teachers, the administrators, the planners, to the parents as well as for the students. The teacher very carefully develops and conduct achievement test in the class which enable the teacher to get an overall idea of the progress or the level of achievement of his students in the subject area. The teacher can determine the pupil’s strength and weakness in the subject area. So, based on this the teacher can take necessary remedial instructional strategies for the betterment of the pupil’s progress. In the same time, it also provides feedback for the teaching efficiency of the teacher. As with the time changes there have been many educational reforms taken place and in between syllabus had also been changed under different Boards of Studies. In order to maintain uniform standard of education the Government has formulated a policy to implement NCERT syllabus common to all School Boards throughout the country and accordingly the State Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) follow NCERT syllabus and to evaluate students’ achievement in terms of the policy formulated by the Board. Till now, no any standardized achievement test has been conducted for the secondary school students of Assam. Therefore, the investigators felt to construct and standardize an achievement test in the subject General Science which will definitely help in educational research.

The purpose of this study is to find out the improvement students’ motivation using ice breaker in learning English at the tenth grade of software engineering major in SMK TI Garuda Nusantara Cimahi. The data obtained from the result of observation and students learning outcomes from the test (pretest and posttest). The result showed Students who were completed value with KKM > 70 in the pre-cycle has 28.60% and in the first cycle increased to 67.80% than in the second cycle improved to 100%. The average student learning outcomes in the first cycle amounted to 66.29 and the second cycle increased to 73.09 so the average student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II increased by 6.8. It means there was an improvement in students’ motivation after carried out classroom actions research. Based on the fact, the researcher concluded that the ice breaker was effective to improve students’ motivation in learning English at the tenth grade of office software engineering major in SMK TI Garuda Nusantara Cimahi. It was also proved by observation students when teaching-learning in the classroom. Students feel enjoy, be active, feeling happiness, focus on material and stay in the classroom during the learning process. Keywords: Teaching Method, Motivation, Ice breaker, learning process

The Lut desert is one of the largest and most attractive deserts in Iran. The value of desert tourism remains unclear for Iran’s economy and has only recently been taken into consideration by the authorities, although its true national and international value remains unclear. This study was aimed at investigating the factors that influence tourism development in the Lut desert. Data collected through the purposive sampling method was analyzed using Interpretive Structural Modeling and the MICMAC Analysis. According to the results, cost-effective travel expenses, security, and safety provided in the desert, together with appropriate media advertising and illustration of the Lut desert (branding) are the leading factors that influence tourism in the Lut desert in Iran. This paper highlighted the importance of desert tourism, especially in this region.

This paper shows a tool for the analysis of written productions that allows for the characterization of the mathematical models that students develop when solving modeling tasks. For this purpose, different conceptualizations of mathematical models in education are discussed, paying special attention to the evidence that characterizes a school model. The discussion leads to the consideration of three components, which constitute the main categories of the proposed tool: the real system to be modeled, its mathematization and the representations used to express both. These categories and the corresponding analysis procedure are explained and illustrated through two working examples, which expose the value of the tool in establishing the foci of analysis when investigating school models, and thus, suggest modeling skills. The connection of this tool with other approaches to educational research on mathematical modeling is also discussed.
