Health is considered an important foundation for students’ success. However, with the accelerated pace of life, rising pressure from various parties, weak health awareness, lack of exercise time, and other reasons, students’ physical quality is generally declining, the incidence of health diseases is increasing, and the onset age tends to be younger. With the development of the concept of “health first,” health management continues to expand and extend and students’ health management has attracted more attention from many aspects. Due to the late and low starting point of health management research and the lack of professional theoretical support, a complete, mature, and effective health management service system has not been established to deal with the students’ health. In order to make student health management more scientific, normative, and effective, this article has proposed big data technology to build the student health information management model. The first step of the approach is to store and analyze the data of students’ physical health. It is necessary to combine the data collection, supervision, data analysis, and data application of students’ physical health and gradually improve the national monitoring and evaluation system of students’ physical health. Student health check-up management platform is mainly used in realizing the school student information management and student health information relationship between system, science, standardization, and automation, and its main task is to use a computer to perform daily management of all previous medical information of students, such as query, modify, add, delete, and enhance the physical health of students information management ability given the large data analysis of useful information. In addition, we have built a doctor recommendation model based on online questions and answers to give specific health recommendations for students of different physiques.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Intansi Kearsipan memiliki berbagai pengetahuan yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan arsip yang dimilikinya, <em>knowledge management</em> digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, mengelola, dan menyebarluaskan pengetahuan yang dimiliki, sehingga pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh instansi kearsipan dapat digunakan untuk kemajuan intansi dan tidak hilang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Salatiga. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara petugas kearsipan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang pengetahuan yang dimiliki dan cara penyimpanan serta penyebarluasan yang diterapkan di intansi kearsipan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengelompokkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh intansi kearsipan sesuai dengan model <em>Choo-Sense Making</em>, untuk kemudian diterapkan di <em>Confluence</em> sesuai dengan hasil dari pengolahan data dengan model <em>Choo-Sense Making</em>. Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk model <em>Choo-Sense Making</em> pengetahuan di intansi kearsipan dibagi atas 3 tahap yaitu <em>Sense Making</em> yang berisi tentang pengetahuan yang berasal dari luar intansi dibuatkan wadah sebagai media diskusi, <em>chatting,</em> <em>Knowledge Creating</em> berisi tentang pengetahuan-pengetahuan yang dimiliki intansi kearsipan yang telah di dokumentasikan diubah dalam betuk <em>softfile</em> kemudian diunggah kedalam <em>space</em> untuk memudahkan penyimpanan serta penyebarluasan pengetahuan yang dimiliki, dan <em>Decision Making</em> yang berisi tentang jadwal-jadwal intansi dan evaluasi yang dilakukan intansi kearsipan. Hasil dari model <em>Choo-Sense Making</em> dimasukan ke <em>Confluence</em>, memperoleh hasil <em>space</em> yang dapat memudahkan menyimpan pengetahuan yang dimiliki berupa file aplikasi, <em>softfile</em>, serta memudahkan dalam pencarian kembali dan penyerluasan pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Penerapan <em>Choo-Sense Making</em> selain untuk mempermudah penyimpanan dan penyerbaluasan serta komunikasi, dapat mengurangi resiko kehilangan pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh intansi kearsipan.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Kata kunci<em>: </em></strong><em>Knowledge Management, Model Choo-Sense Making, Confluence</em>, Perpustakaan dan Arsip</p><p align="center"><em>Abstract</em></p><p><em>Archival Agency has several knowledge that are used to manage the owned archive, knowledge management is used to collect, manage and disseminate the owned knowledge so that the knowledge that the archival agency has can be used for the agency progress and it will not missing. The research is conducted in Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Salatiga. Data collecting is conducted by interviewing the archival officer to gather data related to its knowledge, the storage system and dissemination applied in this archival agency. Data analysis is conducted by categorizing the agency knowledge according to Choo-Sense Making model and then it is applied in Confluence in accordance with the result of the data analysis from the Choo-Sense Making model. The result of this research, for Choo-Sense Making model, the knowledge in the archival agency is divided into 3 steps; Sense Making, Knowledge Creating and Decision Making. Sense Making contains knowledge coming from the outside of the agency that has forum as discussion media, chatting. Knowledge Creating contains knowledge that owned by the archival agency that has been documented and changed in the form of softfile then uploaded into space to ease the storage and the knowledge dissemination. Decision Making is about agency schedules and evaluation toward the activity in this archival agency. The result of Choo-Sense Making Model is input into Confluence, get space result that ease to save the knowledge in the form of application file, softfile, and ease to search and disseminate the owned knowledge. The application of Choo-Sense Making eases the storage system, dissemination, and communication. In this article, we present a new model for distributed intelligent management networks. This paper presents a approach for the design and implementation of a distributed intelligent system that is designed through the normalization of knowledge management. Our study focuses on a language for formalizing knowledge management descriptions and an intelligent framework and combining them with an existing Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) management model. Further, this work outlines the development of an example based on our proposed standard.

With the continuous development of the computers networks, new problems have been posed in the process of keys management in the cryptographic systems. The main element in the cryptographic technologies is the keys management, as the cryptographic algorithms are known, while the keys have to be either secret (for unauthorized users that do not need them), or public (for users that need them). With an efficient cryptographic keys management system and the existing encryption techniques, there may be implemented a proper security system in the informational systems of the organizations. The process of cryptographic keys management consists in the following operations: keys generation, distribution, update, revocation, storage, backup/ recovery, import and export, usage control, expiration, and destruction. The cryptographic keys management techniques depend on the type of the keys, i.e. symmetric or public. Nowadays, the efforts of the researches in the cryptographic keys management are focused on the standardization and interoperability of the keys management. In this paper, the authors analyze the existing keys management systems and standards available for the keys management techniques, emphasizing the advantages and disadvantages of different systems. They also propose a cryptographic keys management model based on the ideas and principles of the INTERRAP architecture (a conceptual model developed by Jőrg Műller for intelligent agents). Also, there are incorporated some intelligent techniques to manage emergency situations, such as keys losing or their improper usage.

[Title: The Roles of Museum Arma and Museum Burung Bali in Empowering the Culture and Local Society] This article aims to identify roles of Museum Arma and Museum Burung Bali in empowering the culture and local society and to interpret its meaning. The research model is qualitative research. The data collection were done by observation technique, deep interview and documentation, and the data analysis were done inductively. The result shows two ways in empowering the culture and local society. Museum Arma empowers them by museum integrated management model and living museum. Museum Burung Bali empowers them by employing local artist to make collection, souvenirs and traditional Balinese dance performances. The process can be interpreted as local cultural response towards global culture, the deconstructive strategy towards inversion from outside to inside, and the capitalization towards local culture. The conclusion is both museums have roles in empowering the culture and local society towards certain strategies reflexing the meaning of cultural response, local culture improvement, and cultural capitalization.
