The rapid development of tourism has brought us great economic benefits. However, more and more negative effect on ecology has begun to emerge with large resources and energy consumption. At present, how to improve harmonious development of tourism economy and ecological environment has been a study focus. The mathematic model of the relationship between tourism economy and ecological environment was constructed in this paper, in order to achieve an empirical analysis on the harmonious development of tourism economy and the ecological environment in Harbin City from 2000 and 2010. The results shows that the alternative augmentation of tourism economy and the ecological environment has improved from being slight disorder to being primary coordinated. The tourism economy and the ecological environment share a positive interaction and harmonious development with a coupling coordination. Nevertheless, the level of coupling degree and coordination is still too low. And some countermeasures should be taken to promote the sustainable development of tourism.

With the rapid development of social economy and information technology, the credit risk and financial risk of my country’s financial enterprises are also facing severe challenges. In financial enterprises, credit is related to the survival of the enterprise. As the business volume and scale of financial enterprises continue to expand, financial risks are correspondingly increased. Therefore, the research on financial enterprise credit and financial risks is of great significance. The research on the credit and financial risks of financial enterprises is helpful to help financial enterprises handle financial risks well and perform evasive operations on them. In addition, it can also enhance the credit awareness of enterprises and reduce the default rate in the financial industry. This paper studies and analyzes the financial enterprise credit and financial risk measurement based on the PSM model. First, it uses the literature method to study the PSM model, corporate credit, financial risk and other theoretical knowledge, and then establish a fuzzy neural network model for risk assessment. And the establishment of a PSM model to conduct a questionnaire survey experiment design, analyze the price sensitivity changes and acceptable price ranges under the PSM model, and get the optimal pricing of new financial products issued by financial companies. Finally, it analyzes the relationship between the default rate of corporate credit and internal finance. The conclusion is that when this financial product is priced at 45 yuan, the proportion of reserved recipients is the largest, reaching 66%; when the price is 75 yuan, the acceptable proportion is 23%, which is the acceptable number of people in the three price ranges. The proportion is the largest; if the price is 100 yuan, the unacceptable proportion is the largest, reaching 45%. This shows that the pricing of a new financial product is directly related to its sales. The reasonableness of the product pricing directly determines whether people are willing to pay for it and accept it.

As an efficient measure to protect the environment and reduce energy consumption, promoting prefabricated buildings can lead to the sustainable development of the world economy and long-term economic benefits for society. Nevertheless, for China, it is immature because of the high cost and difficulties in the promotion. The government’s strategies in economy and management are crucial to promoting prefabricated building policies. This paper establishes a quadripartite evolutionary game model composed of construction units, property developers, homebuyers, and government departments under the government supervision system by analyzing the entire interest chain of prefabricated buildings projects. It aims to study the impact of government management and economic strategies on promoting prefabricated building policies. The results show that: (1) The government should ensure the construction safety of projects through mature supervision systems to reduce citizens’ resistant moods caused by project quality problems; (2) The government should improve the reward and punishment mechanism to motivate construction units and developers; (3) The government should invite supervision consulting companies to increase information transparency, avoiding the economic losses of the people and the obstruction of policy implementation caused by information imbalance.

Sustainable development is difficult to be achieved in mountain regions because of their sensitivity to climate change. The rapid development of mountain tourism worldwide during the last years makes the goal for sustainable mountain tourism even more challenging. Key factor to the development of mountain tourism in Europe was the function of ski centres. According to the spirit of the Brundtland Report ski centres are not in general sustainable, because they may have economic benefits but they negatively affect the other two pillars of sustainability: environment and society. The present paper focuses on a ski resort in Greece, attempting to assess the impact of mountain tourism on the sustainable development of the area. Ski resorts played a crucial role to the bloom of mountain tourism in Greece. Its evolution is a relatively recent phenomenon which has been affected by the economic crisis that afflicts the country in the past years. Demographic data compared with tourism indicators were used to assess the environmental impact of tourism in the area. Moreover, meteorological data were used in order to examine the correlation of climatic conditions and the number of visitors. The results show that the ski centre in Elatohori despite the economic benefits has a major environmental impact, especially because of the increased carbon emissions caused by the visitors of the area. Additionally, the climatic conditions (precipitation and temperature, especially the absolute maximum air temperature) affect the number of visitors.
