The influence of 5G has penetrated into all aspects of people’s lives. The field of garment production management is inevitably affected by 5G. The various advanced technologies it promotes can greatly promote the production and management of clothing. Learning and understanding these technologies can help you learn how to change in the changing garment factory to obtain more intelligent and efficient production methods without being excluded by age. The garment production line management system proposed in this paper is based on the garment production line, introduces Internet technology into the garment production process, and monitors all links of the garment production process through the Zigbee network. The system improves the automation degree of enterprises, greatly expands the application scope of wireless sensor networks, and improves the application level of data acquisition, monitoring, equipment maintenance, and diagnosis in China’s industrial field. Wireless network node location technology is also an important supporting technology for managing wireless Zigbee networks. The visual display of a physical topology map can effectively help administrators manage and maintain wireless networks.

Environmental degradation is one of the most discussed topics today, but organizations also consider it a source of competitive advantage. This study is qualitative and uses the Case Study Method. Data were collected in a pest control company located in Porto Velho, Rondônia, Brazil. As its main topic, it takes aspects of environmental management in a pest control company´s production process in the city of Porto Velho. Its specific goals are to (1) identify which tools and sustainable production methods are used by the company in its production process; (2) highlight the competitive advantages arising from the incorporation of aspects of environmental management in production processes; and (3) indicate the innovation process that best contributes to the improvement of the company´s environmental management. Assessing the environmental aspects of the company´s production management revealed satisfactory results. The company is engaged in sustainable development and is gradually pursuing improvements to its methods of maintaining and conserving the environment. The subsidies mentioned allow the degree of sustainability demanded by contemporary society, which benefits from the environmental services offered. This study is a university´s research contribution to managers and stakeholders who want to learn more about the applicability of concepts of an environmental management system in pest control companies

Currently, companies are trying to optimize production, even more so as the economic situation is gradually deteriorating in many countries around the world, which is currently caused mainly by the COVID 19 pandemic. A specific type of production is that on production lines, which are individual workplaces where various production and assembly operations take place. The aim of the article is to analyze the impact of the choice of the control method for the production process on the optimization of costs and the process. The subject of the research is the production of fire-fighting throttles on a production line that has three workplaces. The problem of waste on the production line was identified by direct measurements of time consumption at the individual workplaces and by using images of the working day schedule. The article compares three approaches to production line management and waste reduction. The first approach was based on counting the number of finished products on the production line. The second approach analyzed in detail the duration of the individual operations into which the workplaces were divided. In the third approach, a method of balancing workplaces was used, which brought time and cost savings. The achieved results, using different methods of production management, are analyzed in detail, and the conclusions evaluated. The article contributes a comparison of the achieved results of cost optimization through the course of production of fire dampers. The research results were applied in practice. The research used methods of industrial engineering in the field of ergonomics, technical and economic analysis, and production management. Visualization of hourly performances, downtimes and failures, execution of work procedures, Shop Floor Management and many others, are recommended as ways to implement waste elimination when using the methods of industrial engineering.

Aiming at the problems of low precision, slow data transmission speed and long response time of silk quality and temperature control in tobacco intelligent production line, a multi-index testing system is designed. According to the characteristics of PROFIBUS fieldbus technology, combined with PROFIBUS transmission technology, a factory level information network is formed with PROFIBUS-DP as the exchange mode. Based on the PROFIBUS technology, the dual redundancy structure of control ring network and management information ring network is adopted, and the whole network architecture is constructed by logic layering. From the point of view of building enterprise MES system, it locates real-time production monitoring, production task receiving and production line related data collection, integrates equipment control layer, centralized monitoring layer and production management layer, and designs system function structure. The functional structure of the system, and the establishment of a number of data tables, to achieve a tobacco intelligent production line silk quality detection system design. Experimental results show that this method can effectively speed up the data transmission speed and shorten the system response time.

In order to meet the development of economic globalization, a gearbox manufacturers need to optimize the production management through using digital factory technology to improve their market competitiveness. According a transmission production line industry characteristics and business processes, the digital factory information systems integrate ERP, MES and ANDON system making the real-time information flow. The system has been actually run in the company, passed technical appraisal and meet the design requirements.

The contribution proposes innovative methods for design and ergonomic configuration of tools, equipment and manual workplaces for automobile assembly tasks, in order to increase the worker’s welfare and the system’s performance by improving general safety conditions. Developed activities are part of the research project “DEWO – Design Environment for WorkPlace Optimization”, financed by Italian Government to the Second University of Naples. The aim of this project is to identify new methods for optimization of assembly tasks  in a virtual environment in terms of overall integration among materials management, working tasks organization and layout, starting from the principles of "WorkPlace Organization" and the modern theories of "Lean Production ". The manufacturing industry is heading to the ever more pushed use of digital technologies in order to achieve very dynamic production environments and to be able to develop continuous process and product innovations to fit into the so called Fourth Industrial Revolution, Industry 4.0. The main goal of Industry 4.0 is to “rethink” companies through the use of digital, to reconsider the design approach and to monitor the production process in real time. The research addresses the evolution of innovation 4.0 in relation to the discipline of design, where the management of knowledge in the production process has led to the strengthening and improvement of tangible goods. Starting by current ergonomic analysis models and innovative approaches to the process of industrial production line, the manufacturing processes in the virtual environment were defined and optimized with the use of innovative 3D enjoyment technologies. The constant interaction among the different disciplines of design, engineering and occupational medicine, enables the creation of advanced systems for simulating production processes based on virtual reality and augmented reality, mainly focused on the needs and requirements of the workers on a production line where it is possible to bring out the interaction between real and virtual factory (Cyber-Physical System). Science and technology for the Community (IbM) is intended to provide reinforcement for the management of business management Aisyiyah Twig Source Sekar and Jetak Ngasri Dau District of Malang. Aisyiah as social organizations have considerable social activities, for example in the fields of education, social, and community. Of course, to carry out these activities require considerable funds. The funds obtained from dues spontaneity or the officers and members of the donors and sympathizers. How to fund the acquisition of its existence is not one hundred percent reliable. Therefore, the board Aisyiah should start thinking about alternative sources of other funds, namely by establishing profit-oriented business units. Board Aisyiyah already have a business stub meatballs and nuggets but less good product display and marketing only to the scope of its own (for the surrounding communities). Based on this fact, IbM this time wanted to give a strengthening of business management for the board Aisyiyah. Strengthening the management here is more emphasis on production management and marketing as well as the accounting for business results. Team dedication to provide training related to business development, including: Tips entrepreneurship, Efficient Production Management, Marketing Strategy Strategies, Planning and Financial Management Small Business. In addition, the team dedication also provide assistance in the form of equipment: 2 pieces of meat milling machine, 1 meat mixer, and 1 hand sealer. Assistance was also given the initial capital to start production. Results are expected in the form of meatballs and nuggets products more attractive. Besides Tim also makes packaging and label design for brochures and trial manufacture of products using the machine and add the product variants. Other activities that have been carried out, namely: creating ads, advertise on the radio and on social networking Facebook. Operating results showed a significant increase, from an average sales per week 100 packs of meatballs and nuggets to 500 packs per week.

The aim of the paper is to present the results of introducing the SMED method on one of the production lines in a selected production company. For the purposes of this study, a single bottling line for filling 200 ml and 250 ml glass bottles with carbonated drinks was selected. Upon analyzing the process of mixer washing in terms of time, it was shown that in individual steps, the total single washing time was 5 hours 3 minutes on average, which accounted for about 19% of the total retooling of the production line. However, after using the SMED method, this process has taken 3 hours 50 minutes. Thus, a saving of 1 hour 13 minutes was obtained after shortening the retooling, which allowed to extend the production process.

Sequencing of hybrid assembly production directly affects the balancecontinuity and punctuality of production process. First, the mathematical models with MILP of hybrid assembly production are established, and then the sets of sequencing scheme of minimum makespan which meet customers demands are obtained. Furthermore workshop simulation models with Flexsim software are established. In this paper, the painting hybrid assembly production line of some automobile engine manufacturing plant was employed to analyze the sequencing as an example, and the obtained painting production line sequencing scheme is consistent with the actual production of enterprises and it improves production capacity.

Every modern production is faced with the problem of improving the quality of finished products. The relevance of this issue follows from the decisions of the government, the subsequent instructions of the president. The task of improving the quality of goods and products was named among the leading ones aimed at increasing the level of management, accelerating scientific and technological progress, more complete use of production potential, all material, labour and financial resources. The theory and practice of the modern production management system are designed to ensure the search for the most perfect elements of the method of complex analysis and assessment and quality management of finished products manufactured in order to increase the economic efficiency of modern production, to better meet the material and spiritual needs of the Ukrainian people. An attempt is made in the work to improve the system for measuring, analyzing and managing the quality of finished products in order to find ways to improve the quality of finished products, reduce labour costs for controlling the quality of finished products. Improving the quality of finished products is considered as a cumulative element of the method of interrelated influencing factors determining the intensification of the production process. Particular attention in the work is paid to the issues of establishing the relationship between the qualitative properties of the product and the influencing factors that form it, as well as an attempt to identify the influence of the quality of the finished product on the economic performance of the industrial enterprise. Such a task is realized by economic and mathematical modelling of the phenomenon under study using statistical information data on the functioning of the production process in past periods. The specific application of some of the described elements of the method has found its embodiment in the development of models and algorithms for solving individual problems of the quality management system in a functionally developed quality management subsystem of a ship machine-building industrial enterprise and etc.
