The gushing water disaster in tunnels is a kind of harmful and risky engineering disaster. It has become a key problem to evaluate the risk of tunnel gushing water accurately and objectively. A case study of a typical highway tunnel is performed for theory and practice analysis. For this reason, the risk identification is carried out on the assessed objects, and 10 evaluation indexes are determined. In turn, the risk evaluation index system and classification standard are established. Furthermore, the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process are combined to assign the weight to each evaluation index. Therefore, a dynamic risk assessment system, including the pre-evaluation model and the postevaluation model, is constructed with the attribute identification model. As a result, the tunnel section with a high risk of water inrush is accurately assessed, which is consistent with the construction situation on site. Moreover, it is verified that the assessment results are reliable, which can provide a reference for the similar projects.

this paper referred to the existing green building assessment system at home and abroad, and combined with China's specific national conditions, then constructed evaluation index system of energy-saving and green building demonstration zone from eight aspects including section, water saving, energy saving, material saving, environmental protection, renewable energy utilization, demonstration area planning and operational management. At the same time, the green building demonstration area three-star evaluation standard was put forward. Besides, this paper introduced analytic hierarchy process and grey comprehensive evaluation method, and combined with the instance su qian lakeside newtown to carry out a full green evaluation by using the proposed index system and evaluation method. Considering the research on green demonstration area in China is not yet mature, this paper research on the development and promotion of energy saving buildings in China has great reference value.

In this current age of highly competitive global environment, teachers are under tremendous pressure to assess student learning in the most effective manner. Two tools that teachers commonly utilize to assess students in their classes are formative and summative assessment. In formative assessment, teachers gather data in order to improve student learning and in summative assessment they use the data to assess students’ learning at the end of a specific course of study. The scores on both types of assessment should meet the minimum standards of both reliability and validity. In this article we highlight the differences between the two forms of assessment, discuss the theories pertaining to summative and formative assessment, identify how educators at tertiary level in Bangladesh commonly utilize the two types of assessment and disclose opinions of teachers regarding whether the current assessment system is appropriate or need any further improvements. Findings from the study indicate that most teachers have an incomplete and unharmonious understanding about assessment often failing to clearly distinguish between formative and summative assessments.

Background: An objective, comprehensive and scientific evaluation of emergency medical rescue capability (EMRC) is of great realistic significance in assisting the health administrative department to grasp the overall response capability of all emergency medical rescue teams, enabling each team to have a full understanding of its own strengths and weakness and improve itself accordingly. At present, the research on the evaluation of EMRC in Hazardous Chemicals Accidents (HCA) is not systematic and in-depth, and the existing research results also have some shortcomings, such as, the lack of strong theoretical support for the evaluation index system, the relatively single function of evaluation methods, and so on. Objectives: The objective of this article is to research the evaluation index system and a new evaluation method of EMRC in HCA to overcome the above shortcomings. Methods: It establishes an emergency medical rescue capability model by employing the competency model and then constructs the evaluation index system on the basis of the analysis of all the factors of emergency medical rescue capability in hazardous chemical accidents and sets up an evaluation model based on the theory of connection numbers and partial connection numbers. It determines the competence ranking of several emergency medical rescue teams and the competence state of an individual emergency medical rescue team by calculating the connection principal value, and it also predicts how the emergency medical rescue capability will develop based on the values of partial connection numbers. Results: The example shows that the calculation process of this model is relatively simple, and its assessment results are objective and authentic, and moreover, its multi-functions can make up for the deficiency of the simplified function of other evaluation models. Conclusion: This method is scientific and rational to some extent and can provide reference for evaluation problems of the same kind.

<p>With the number of bridges increases, the bridge health monitoring (BHM) technique is developing from single bridge monitoring to collaborative supervision of bridge group. Therefore, there are many technical problems need to be solved especially the performance evaluation index for bridge group network. This paper analyses the performance evaluation index of the bridges and bridge group network, establishes the performance evaluation index for bridge group based on rating factor (RF) and technical condition evaluation index. Based on bridge field testing and monitoring data, bridge technical condition evaluation index and performance evaluation method for bridge group are proposed. A case study demonstrates that the research results provide support for bridge group networking monitoring and collaborative supervision.</p>

Deep mining is the current and future mining focus in the coalfield of North China. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a water inrush assessment method suitable for deep mining. The conventional water inrush coefficient ( T ) method is simple to use, but its accuracy is low when the mining depth is very small or large because it neglects the role of the aquifer water yield. The main purpose of this paper is to introduce a simple water inrush risk assessment method that is more applicable in deep mining than the T method. In this study, the hydrogeological characteristics in deep mining were studied and the role of the aquifer water yield in water inrush was analyzed. Afterwards, an improved T method considering the aquifer specific yield ( q ) was established. In the new method, the critical water inrush coefficient changes with changing q following a negative correlation. The parameter thresholds were determined based on systematic data analyses of 186 mining cases. The results of the statistical analysis show that the accuracy of the new method at different mining depths is higher than that of the T method.

The purpose of the study is to develop a model for the formation of professional reflection of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy and to study the impact of its implementation in the process of professional training. Based on the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature, we have developed a model for the formation of professional reflection of future specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy. The model developed is based on a reflexive approach, which assumes that a person has the capacity to take an active research position in relation to his activity and to himself as his subject, in order to critically analyze, understand and evaluate its effectiveness for its development. The approach to reflective activity allows us to consider reflection as a mechanism for the development and implementation of activity, in turn, activity is the object of reflection. The essence of this approach is most consistent with the understanding of the professional reflection of specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy as an integral part of professional activity, which led to the development of a program of work with students on its basis. Psychological methods, a specially designed questionnaire and an expert evaluation method were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the model. Formation of professional reflection of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy is presented in the form of three successive interrelated stages. The components of professional reflection of specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy are covered. We used the methods of diagnostics of reflexivity and examination twice, before the beginning of the experimental work and after its completion. The analysis of the experimental work showed that the students of the experimental group significantly increased the level of formation of each of the components of professional reflection of specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy. The results of the study make it possible to outline a number of unresolved problems, the development of which is dictated by the needs of the theory and practice of the entire education system. According to the results of the study, the introduction of the developed model in the process of professional training of future specialists in physical therapy and ergotherapy will contribute to the formation of professional reflection.
