This article uses a software architecture model that combines two architectures, based on the traditional Android environment. Through comparative research on network technology today, Java technology has been selected as a tool for developing network education systems for future research and maintenance upgrades. The underlying network education technology relies on APP to enable education between teachers and students. This technology can not only give play to the advantages of computers in network data transmission, but also embody a new teaching model with teachers and students as the main body. It can solve various practical problems in teacher and student education and educate teachers and students by simulating the actual educational environment of the classroom and educational process using a variety of practical education management strategies. The experimental results prove that with the help of this virtual classroom platform for ideological and political education, it can provide students with more ideological and political learning resources, increase students' interest and time in learning, and promote the diversification of ideological and political learning methods. The quality of teaching is more conducive to the learning of knowledge points for students. At the same time, the system is operating in good condition. Switching between different interfaces is maintained at about 0.1 seconds. The system performance is also perfect. The overall analysis function is basically designed. It is a better learning platform.

The construction of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities in China has begun to take effect. In view of the differences in the key points of different colleges and universities in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism, the quality evaluation of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism is particularly important. However, the quality evaluation mechanism is related to ability, fairness, and potential. It is essential to assume the effectiveness of moral education in college curriculum ideological and political education as the benchmark, adhere to positioning experts, teachers, and students as the key elements of the main body of the evaluation mechanism, as well as establish a diversified quality evaluation standard system based on the teaching management, infrastructure, and moral education effectiveness. Building a scientific and multi-dimensional quality evaluation mechanism for ideological and political education in colleges and universities would promote the connotative development of ideological and political education in courses.

The rapid development of new media industry has not only changed the social network, but also set off a wave of change in many fields. At present, the new media industry has spread all over the society, and also caused scholars to think about the innovative reform of education.. The continuous progress of network technology has changed the learning and life style of college students, which not only broadens the channels for students to obtain outside information, but also strengthens the communication between students and teachers, and brings teachers and students closer together. As an important way to guide students' value orientation and cultivate students' discernment ability, teachers need to keep up with the development of new media, actively innovate educational methods, and also be alert to the challenges brought by new media technology to ensure the effectiveness of ideological education. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed all aspects of life and learning in the world and in Ukraine. Quarantine restrictions made it impossible to conduct the educational process in medical universities by traditional methods (oral and written questioning, testing, attending lectures, participation in clinical trials and operations), which led to the restructuring of the educational process and the transition to distance learning. The aim of the work was to highlight the features of the organization of distance learning in higher medical institutions of Ukraine during the pandemic on the example of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University. Learning management systems (LMSs) use the online learning platform Moodle to effectively conduct distance learning. Due to the dynamism, modularity, flexibility of this platform, students have continuous access to educational materials, undergo current and final test control of the level of knowledge acquisition and preparation for the exam Step-1, Step-2. The online service Microsoft Teams allows teachers and students to communicate in real time, conduct video lectures, discussions, surveys, control of students’ self-preparation, increase the motivational component of training by creating creative questions in Forms, running marathons and others. A high-quality distance learning process requires its digitization and informatization, teamwork of teachers and students, changing the role of the teacher as a mentor and coordinator, increasing the motivational component by introducing creative approaches to learning.

Through the new teaching demand of ideological and political education in universitys, the author used his own rich experience of teaching practice of ideological and political education to explore innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education teaching method in practice, breaking through the old mode of ideological and political education and constructing the innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education pattern.
