Due to the inconsistency between resource environment and value data types, the hybrid model of resource environment value chain cannot effectively coordinate the relationship among resources, environment, and value chain. The circulation of resource chain, ecological chain, and value chain is not completed independently; they are intertwined and promote each other. Therefore, this paper proposes a hybrid resource environmental value chain model based on a discrete time algorithm. Analyze the hybrid internal structure of resource chain, environment chain, and value chain model; integrate the natural resource information through the objective function of natural resource integration; obtain the indicators affecting the environment; and complete the analysis of the characteristics of environmental change. On this basis, the relationship between resources, environment, and economic value is analyzed, and the hybrid content of resources, environment, and value chain is determined. The discrete-time algorithm is introduced to transform the hybrid content into the same data format, obtain the objective function and constraints of the resource environment value chain hybrid model, and complete the construction of the resource environment value chain hybrid model based on the discrete-time algorithm. The simulation results show that the hybrid model designed in this paper can effectively improve the resource saving rate, up to 97%, and the error of resource environment value chain data fusion is the lowest, and the time is less than 1 min which was a considerable achievement.

This study seeks to determine the nature of the relationship between the value chain model and knowledge development of the , has been selected research problem that can be identified in performance weakness value chain model for porter with all its activities than effects on knowledge development deceleration, the subject of interest the value topics that are still in the process attention given, the aim of research to supply organization to the solution effective implementation for value chain model activities, the importance research to raising the level of knowledge development and standing on point strengths and weakness organization n and has been using checklist involved (75) and personal interview (21) and watched the purpose information collected and corrected as a located for conduct research, and the researcher reached a set of conclusions important the company ability weakness to provide had quality products because many challenges that faced and the severe competition, so the two researchers necessary put plan and programs to process improvement to achieve value add to activities for empowerment organization to the competition.

Oil and gas industry is a sector that has a vital strategic role on national development. East Java is one of the provincein Java that has an enourmous potential on oil and gas and has not been optimally explored. Industrial cluster is anindustrial development concept that comphrehensively organize the relationship and behaviour of stakeholder in industry so that they can co-operate to increase the competitiveness of the industry. The increasing of industrial competitiveness is supported by completeness and contribution of each industry in oil and gas industial cluster in each java by identifying the behaviour of stakeholder and system in this sector which is described in stakeholder model and value chain model. In this research, lubricant industrial cluster is used as an embryo for developing oil and gas industrial cluster. The complexity of the system in terms of system behaviour will be presented in a dynamic system model, which will make it possible to identify the influence between each variables. The Porter’s Diamond model is adapted to model the behaviour of the competitiveness. The result of this research showed that in increasing the industrial cluster competitiveness some variables are significantly influencing then the others.

This world is constantly changing and rapidly moving,-particular in the Industry 4.0 revolution, people must change to follow and keeping with this new trend. Education is the human foundation toward the “Truth - Good - Beautiful”, and comprehensive development of personal competencies as knowledge, skills and behaviors. A nation, such as Vietnam, if they want to integrate into global economy and affirming their position, they will need the “Talented - Virtuous” human resource who could meet the high demand of society. The purpose of this study was to propose a model of competency value chain at individual level for the educational managers, analyzing some factors of this value chain model and how to apply to Vietnamese education system in the fourth Industry era. The authors wanted to focus on the social value added that the educational managers’competency could bring as the result of this research.

Abstract The layout of seafloor datum points is the key to constructing the seafloor geodetic datum network, and a reliable underwater positioning model is the prerequisite for achieving precise deployment of the datum points. The traditional average sound speed positioning model is generally adopted in underwater positioning due to its simple and efficient algorithm, but it is sensitive to incident angle related errors, which lead to unreliable positioning results. Based on the relationship between incident angle and sound speed, the sound speed function model considering the incident angle has been established. Results show that the accuracy of positioning is easily affected by errors related to the incident angle; the new average sound speed correction model based on the incident angle proposed in this paper is used to significantly improve the underwater positioning accuracy.
