Present objective of the study the effects of pure thinking on the management of the supply chain housing construction projects Foundation in Gulistan province. Research methodology used in this study, descriptive and of solidarity. All statistical community managers and experts active construction projects in the time of the study can be - that their number is estimated at 370 people. The number of 189 people. For the sample was selected. In this study sampling method is random. Gathering information tool that it was standard questionnaires to confirm the validity of experts and professors expert. For reliability questionnaire Cronbach's and other related indicators used their results confirm that represents the reliability of the questionnaire. The questionnaire using factor analysis was confirmed by LISREL software. Research hypotheses were examined using multivariate regression. Research results showed that pure thinking on the management of the supply chain construction projects in the Gulistan province. It also intended to determine the value, making the uninterrupted pursuit of perfection and impact. Pure and fairly new management to reducing time, cost and waste and raising the quality of the pure of construction, and its interaction with supply chain management in order to achieve their objectives and principles.

Introduction. The study of the causes affecting the formation of the ecological situa- tion in various regions of Russia seems to be of relevance. The purpose of the paper is to identify trends and contradictions in the transformation of the socio-ecological system of a region by means of a case study of the Astrakhan Region. Materials and Methods. The materials used were the pieces of sociological re- search conducted in the Astrakhan Region in 2010-2016. Among the methods used were: questioning, interviewing, and analysis of statistical information. The study was conducted in terms of the systemic approach that combines the ecological and social components. Results. The analysis of the causes of the unfavorable ecological situation in the Astrakhan Region has been carried out. The study has revealed lack of awareness among the residents of the existing level of air and water pollution, which usually characterize the ecological aspects of the quality of life of people, directly affecting their health, work efficiency, and development of the territorial community. Discrep- ancy between the positive assessment of air and water quality and the real state of affairs in the region has been revealed. Discussion and Conclusions. The data obtained allow to draw a conclusion about the imbalance of the socio-ecological system of the Astrakhan Region and its un- stable state. The practical significance of the study is in the possibility of using the results of the research to predict changes in the socio-ecological system of a region and in the development of methodological recommendations on how to manage it.

Abstract Badung regency in Bali, where the tourism industry is growing very rapidly. Building continues to grow, such as hotels, villas, resorts, hospitals, and so forth. Implementation of building construction projects in Badung not be separated from the issue of costs, quality of execution and completion time of the project. These problems arise due to lack of skills / competencies project manager of the responsibility to integrate and coordinate all available resources for the achievement of project objectives. In this case the role of Project Manager will determine the success of a project. So, there should be a study of the basic capabilities that must be owned by the Project Manager, among others: Conceptual Skills, Technical Skill, and Soft Skills. Data collection is done by the method of observation and surveys. Factor analysis was conducted to identify factors / characteristics Project Manager that affect the quality of the construction project implementation performance. Multiple linear regression analysis determined the relationship of the performance characteristics of the project manager building construction projects in Badung. Factor analysis resulted in the identification of 22 variables that affect the quality of the building construction project implementation performance. Multiple linear regression analysis determines the characteristics of the Project Manager greatest influence on the quality of the building construction project implementation performance is Social Skills aspect of 33.08% compared to the other two aspects, namely the conceptual skills (32.10%) and Technical (9.40%) . The total value of the influence of the three aspects of the characteristics of the project manager of 74.58% means that there are still approximately 25.42% influenced by other factors, such as the state of nature, the environmental situation, location, and so on, the implementation of building construction projects in Badung.

One of the research objectives was formulated to improve the quality of education, namely by understanding the problems of students and teachers. There were three main groups of quality characteristics of education highlighted in scientific and academic literature in Russia, namely the quality of educational objectives, the quality of the educational process, and the quality of educational outcomes. The problem of education in Indonesia is the quality of the education process. The development of teaching materials is an alternative to improve the quality of the education process. Research so far has only focused on the implementation of learning models by teachers in the classroom, but the model is not integrated into the teaching materials used. This paper examines how the effectiveness of a product that has been developed for two years on 27 Indonesian students. The product produced is a guided discovery-based module in the Complex Analysis subject. This product was developed after the preliminary analysis (defining) process. Students are given 16 modules during lectures; then students are given a final test containing all the competencies that must be achieved. Test results are scored, and statistical analyses are conducted to compare them with student score before using the module. The test used is t-test. The design used is one of the experimental research designs, One Shot Case Study. The results of the study showed that students who were taught with modules developed effectively to improve student learning outcomes. Further research can be done by implementing different learning models in teaching materials.

In construction projects, reinforcing iron is a very important material in the implementation of construction work. The remaining iron material cannot be avoided in the field, so the figure for the remaining unused material affects the costs incurred by the contractor. Given that iron material is one of the materials with a high price on the market. One solution to reduce the amount of remaining iron material is to optimize iron cutting to get the number of pieces as needed with minimal cutting. The method used is Linear Programming with the help of the Solver Add-In program in Microsoft Excel. The research was conducted on a 3-storey building construction project, namely Puskesmas Kampung Dalam, Kab. Padang Pariaman. Works that reflect iron work on the upper and lower structures. The analysis results were obtained from 7.31% and cost Rp. 27.067.887,-.  for the ironworks reviewed. So that the use of the Linear Programming method in the case study of this research is able to optimize the remaining iron material quite well and produce minimum remaining reinforcing iron.

This research work shows how building construction material effects environment, it is based on the performance of ecofriendly (mud) and non-ecofriendly (concrete) materials on the similar residential buildings, located in the climate of Delhi, India. Comparative study of Mud and concrete has been performed. The analysis of each case study includes the calculation of annual carbon emission and energy use, was simulated by using Autodesk Revit software (version2015). As per result, it is clearly visible that by using ecofriendly material we are able to save 93% annual energy cost.

PurposeThis research aims to propose a comparative environmental analysis of conventional and prefabricated construction techniques utilizing a building information modelling (BIM) technique.Design/methodology/approachA set of indicators are selected to assess the environmental emissions throughout the construction life cycle, based on BIM platform. An existing project involving ten apartment buildings in Shanghai is selected as a case study.FindingsThe results reveal that prefabricated construction demonstrates environment-friendly performance with some exceptions of acidification and mineral resource consumption. Environmental impacts can also be further reduced by increasing the projected area ratio and percentage of project prefabrication.Originality/valueOverall, the proposed method can be used to identify relevant environmental merits and for decision-making of appropriate construction techniques in building construction projects.
