In the context of the educational system in Romania, analysis of teacher perceptions on outdoor education becomes a crucial factor, as the role of teachers in this process involves a change in methodology, approach, organizational fonns, student- teacher relationship, evaluation. The comparative study of outdoor education has continued the results of European research project "Outdoor Education: Authentic Learning in the context of landscapes" financed by European Union Comenius 2.1 action, developed by a partnership of educational institutions in five European countries: Austria, Czech Republic. Germany, Sweden and UK over three years. The overall objective of the analysis focused national and European perspectives on outdoor education to promote a uniform approach to Jhis form of education.

To realize quality education, there needs to be a thorough and professional management of the resources available in educational institutions. One of the resources that needs to be managed properly in education is financial problems. In this context, finance is a source of funds that are urgently needed by schools as a means of completing a variety of suggestions for learning infrastructure in schools, and improving teacher welfare, services and supervision program implementation. That inside the financial management includes the financial administration process (preparation of rps, rkas, use, and accountability, examination and reporting and the role of teachers in its own financial administration.

The concept of inclusive education puts all educational institutions in front of new tasks in which the role of teachers and other important educator’s changes in line with the demands of education policies. Attitudes determine people's behavior and they are formed on the basis of different factors. In the context of inclusive education, the positive attitudes of teachers and other educators towards implementation and providing inclusive education is a key prerequisite for a successful inclusion process at the level of school practice. The aim of this paper is to present teachers' attitudes towards the inclusion process in elementary schools. The results of this research have highlighted the importance and role of teachers at the level of teaching in the inclusion process. The results also represent some other important areas in which teachers can contribute to raise the quality of the inclusion process in all its dimensions. Within the educational system and the pedagogical sense of meaning, reducing the differences in everyday practice means accepting differences among students as an incent in the process of teaching and learning, and not as an obstacle.

This article describe about Curriculum Adminsitration. The curriculum is one of the most important aspects in determining education success. The curriculum is a learning program system to achieve institutional goals in educational institutions, so that the curriculum plays an important role in realizing quality and quality schools. Curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements for education or teaching or teaching and the results of education or teaching that must be achieved by students, teaching and learning activities, empowering educational resources in the development of the curriculum itself. The purpose of writing this article is to know and understand the concepts of Curriculum Administration, Curriculum Administration processes and the role of Teachers in Curriculum Administration. Administrative curriculum is an activity that aims to implement and develop curriculum so that the curriculum can be used as an instrument in achieving educational goals and objectives. Curriculum administration is also a series of processes consisting of planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of the educational curriculum that must be taken by students. The purpose of applying curriculum administration is that the learning process can run effectively and efficiently so that the main objectives of education can be achieved.

The term “character education” appears to be a massive movement aroundthe world as a concern to rise up a generation of children who have strongmoral character. All primary and secondary educational institutions socializecharacter education, including Indonesia since 2010. The Islamic world uses aspecific term “akhlaq education”. It has taken place throughout the history ofIslamic civilization and has succeeded in cultivating Muslim characters. Thecore of akhlaq education is in the spiritual purification and obedience to God.Research from various Islamic countries show that the model of akhlaq educationis not changed much. It is conserved from generation to generation, thatmake it far behind the sophistication of character education. Muslims seemnot to put up with adequate characters to mingle with the global society. Theimplementation of akhlaq education let students comprehend a peaceful lifeonly in their environment. Due to everyone’s use of the Western science andtechnology, Muslims also adapt to this phenomenon and take a benefit tofacilitate their needs. The format of character education as an instrument needsto be modified into akhlaq education, so that students are not locked into anarrow local insight and can take part in the life of the global community.This modification includes 1) adopting the content of character education for the global community, 2) providing insights for the role of teachers and educationalinstitutions, 3) variety of learning model, 4) involving parents andthe community, and 5) accommodating students from various religions.Istilah “pendidikan karakter” muncul menjadi gerakan masif di seluruh duniasebagai bentuk kepedulian untuk menyiapkan anak didik berkarakter baik.Semua lembaga pendidikan dasar dan menengah menyosialisasikan pendidikankarakter, termasuk Indonesia mulai tahun 2010. Dunia Islam menggunakanterm “pendidikan akhlaq” telah berlangsung sepanjang sejarah peradaban Islamdan telah berhasil dalam pembentukan karakter Muslim. Karakteristikpendidikan akhlaq terutama dalam penyucian rohani dan kepatuhan kepadaTuhan. Penelitian dari berbagai Negara Islam menunjukkan bahwa modelpendidikan akhlaq tidak banyak perubahan, konservasi dari generasi ke generasi,jauh tertinggal dengan kecanggihan pendidikan karakter. Anak didik Muslimtidak disiapkan dengan karakter yang memadai untuk masuk dalam kehidupanmasyarakat global. Seperti penggunaan ilmu dan teknologi Barat oleh semuaorang (termasuk Muslim), format pendidikan karakter sebagai instrumen perludiadaptasi dalam pendidikan akhlaq, agar anak didik tidak terbelenggu dalamwawasan lokal yang sempit dan dapat memasuki kehidupan masyarakat global.Adaptasi tersebut mencakup 1) content pendidikan karakter untukmasyarakat global, 2) wawasan guru dan peran lembaga pendidikan, 3) modelpembelajaran yang variatif, 4) pelibatan orang tua dan masyarakat, dan 5)menampung siswa lintas agama.

Teaching-learning process is in the transition phase due to the rapidly changing global scenario where Information Technology (ICT) is playing a very important role.Presently our class rooms are not simply designed to feed the brains of the students, these are designed and equipped with higher level technology. Like other aspects of life, the teaching- learning environment among the educational institutions also came under the influence of highly digitalized techniques of ICT. It is generally believed that ICTs can empower the teachers as well as the learners to contribute their best in sustainable development of the nations. Its effective use can bring efficiency in teaching-learning process and also make excellent contributions towards the achievement of educational targets. This paper aims to identify the effective roles and uses of ICTs in teaching-learning process and also discusses the challenges and limitations that are imposed by the increasing use of ICTs.
