Pipe structures are at the base of the entire industry. In the industry structure, heat and vibration are transmitted in each pipe. The minimum distance between each pipe is significant to the security. The assembly error and the deformation of the pipeline positions after multiple runs are significant problems. The reconstruction of the multi-pipe system is a critical technical difficulty in the complex tube system. In this paper, a new method for the multi-pipes structure inspection is presented. Images of the tube system are acquired from several positions. The photogrammetry technology calculates positions, and the necessary coordination of the structure is reconstructed. A convolution neural network is utilized to detect edges of tube-features. The new algorithm for tube identification and reconstruction is presented to extract the tube feature in the image and reconstruct the 3D parameters of all tubes in a multi-pipes structure. The accuracy of the algorithm is verified by simulation experiments. An actual engine of the aircraft is measured to verify the proposed method.

This study analyzes the influence of design parameters on the dynamics of straight bevel gears by constructing a model that allows variation in the shaft angle, pressure angle, and backlash. According to the statistical analysis, the order of influence of these parameters on weight is shaft angle > pressure angle > backlash. When the shaft angle is 90°, the statistical results show the drive is stable and the stress fluctuation level is low. The pressure angle, on the other hand, can affect the gear’s dynamic property by influencing the driving component force on the gear and the component force on the shaft. The results for the shaft and pressure angles are used to determine the appropriate backlash. Overall, the analysis not only provides designers with an important reference but explains the dominance in the market of gear designs with a 90° shaft angle and a 20° pressure angle.

For a certain type of aircraft landing gear retraction-extension mechanism, a multi-body dynamic simulation model is established, and the time-dependent curves of force and angle are obtained. Considering the random uncertainty of friction coefficient, assembly error, and the change of hinge wear under different retraction times, the reliability model is built including three failure modes of landing gear, i.e. blocking failure, positioning failure and accuracy failure. Based on the adaptive Kriging model, the reliability and sensitivity of retraction-extension system under the condition of single failure mode and multiple failure modes in series are analyzed, and the rule of reliability and sensitivity changing with the number of operations is given. The results show that the system failure probability of landing gear mechanism tends to decrease first and then increase when considering the given information of random factors, and the influences of random factors on the failure probability vary with the number of operations. This work provides a viable tool for the reliability analysis and design of landing gear mechanisms.

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to study the two dimensional deformation due to an internal heat source in a thermoelastic microelongated solid. A mechanical force is applied along an overlaying elastic layer of thickness h. The normal mode analysis has been applied to obtain the exact expressions for the displacement component, force stress, temperature distribution and microelongation. The effect of the internal heat source on the displacement component, force stress, temperature distribution and microelongation has been depicted graphically for Green-Lindsay (GL) theory of thermoelasticity.

Navy as a marine core in the defense force is responsible for providing security for realizing stability and security of the country. At any time there was an invasion of other countries past through sea, TNI AL must be able to break the enemy resistance line through a sea operation to obtain the sea superiority. But this time the endurance of Striking force Unit at only 7-10 days and required replenishment at sea to maximize the presence in the theater of operations to meet a demand of the logistics: HSD, Freshwater, Lubricating Oil, foodstuffs and amonisi. For the optimal replenishment at sea required scheduling model supporting unit to get the minimum time striking force unit was on node rendezvous. Replenishment at sea scheduling model for striking force unit refers to the problems Vehicle routing problem with time windows using Genetic Algorithms. These wheelbase used is roulette for reproduction, crossover, and mutation of genes. Genetic algorithms have obtained optimum results in the shortest route provisioning scenario uses one supporting unit with a total time of 6.89 days. In scenario two supporting unit with minimal time is 4.97 days. In the scenario, the changing of the node replenishment Genetic Algorithm also get optimal time is 4.97 days with two supporting units. Research continued by changing the parameters of the population, the probability of crossover and mutation that can affect the performance of the genetic algorithm to obtain the solution.
