The goal of this article is to take into consideration the role of the basis of entrepreneurship in the educational system. Author gives particular attention to EU educational strategy, which presumes the entrepreneurship is essential skill for young people to function in the knowledge society and on new job markets. The necessity of promoting the view that the entrepreneurship prepares for self-employment was indicated in European field of education. The entrepreneurship is one of five key subjects, by which European educational system, related to EU project on employment and unemployment, is implemented. Furthermore author presents how important the subject is for the personal and social development of students.

Transport of respiratory gases and the entire spectrum of substances for the metabolism of cells is carried out by coordinated work of circulation and blood. The review considers the main theoretical and experimental studies on microcirculation and hemorheology with an emphasis on the mechanisms of their interrelation and on the influence of individual hemorheological characteristics on the regulation of microvascular tissue perfusion. The analysis of the leading microrheological characteristics of erythrocytes - deformability is performed, the signal molecular mechanisms associated with the change of this cell parameter are shown. Data on the role of erythrocytes in the regulation of arteriolar tonus and functional density of capillaries are given. The mechanism of this regulation by exocytosis with erythrocytes adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and its stimulation of nitric oxide synthesis by endothelial cells is discussed. The review performed a comprehensive analysis of the participation of major hemorheological characteristics in the regulation of microvascular perfusion, including the role of the optimal viscosity of whole blood and the viscosity of plasma for effective tissue perfusion and oxygenation.

This article is devoted to the issue of stimulation practical methods of young specialists labor activity application in the enterprise to effectively and fully use their labor potential. The young specialists’ labor activity level depends on the conditions and possibilities offered by the organization to its young members for the professional and creative development, career development, communication, ensure a decent standard of living, etc. Therefore, the question remains relevant ways to attract promising young people in the company, their conservation and consolidation of the organization, the material and non-material stimulation of their activity, as well as create the necessary legal and institutional frameworks for the young specialists effective work implementation in the enterprise and increase the youth personnel policy efficiency.

This article is devoted to the topical topic of the application of interactive methods. Interactive teaching methods provide the solution of educational problems in various aspects. The interest in interactive methods is caused by the need to improve the modern system. The possession of interactive learning technology and its use in the educational process, including in Russian language lessons, will undoubtedly contribute to the development of students ' qualities that correspond to the processes taking place in life today. The paper also presents the technologies of conducting Russian language lessons using interactive methods and their significance.

Spermatozoa undergo exocytosis in response to agonists that induce Ca2+ influx and, in turn, activation of phosphoinositidase C, phospholipase C, phospholipase A2, and cAMP formation. Since the role of cAMP downstream of Ca2+ influx is unknown, this study investigated whether cAMP modulates phospholipase C or phospholipase A2 using a ram sperm model stimulated with A23187 and Ca2+. Exposure to dibutyryl-cAMP, phosphodiesterase inhibitors or forskolin resulted in enhancement of exocytosis. However, the effect was not due to stimulation of phospholipase C or phospholipase A2: in spermatozoa prelabelled with [3H]palmitic acid or [14C]arachidonic acid, these reagents did not enhance [3H]diacylglycerol formation or [14C]arachidonic acid release. Spermatozoa were treated with the phospholipase A2 inhibitor aristolochic acid, and dibutyryl-cAMP to test whether cAMP acts downstream of phospholipase A2. Under these conditions, exocytosis did not occur in response to A23187 and Ca2+. However, inclusion of dibutyryl-cAMP and the phospholipase A2 metabolite lysophosphatidylcholine did result in exocytosis (at an extent similar to that seen when cells were treated with A23187/Ca2+ and without the inhibitor). Inclusion of lysophosphatidylcholine alone, without dibutyryl-cAMP, enhanced exocytosis to a lesser extent, demonstrating that cAMP requires a phospholipase A2 metabolite to stimulate the final stages of exocytosis. These results indicate that cAMP may act downstream of phospholipase A2, exerting a regulatory role in the exocytosis triggered by physiological agonists.

Summary One cannot write about the relationship of young people and current sports stars in modern society without having previously studied the processes of mediation and globalisation of sport, and the transformation of traditional social values. The goal of the science and practice engaged in sports and education of young people is a constant quest for preserving universal ethical values and reconciling them with the modern-day social processes. This paper will present the result of a survey conducted with adolescents in five different Serbian cities in order to find the answer to the question if sportspersons were their favourite television role-models. According to the results of our survey, 45% of adolescents do not have a favourite TV personality and do not know for sure who that could be. Novak Đoković, who would be the choice of adults for a role model of the young, with 63.2% according to the survey conducted by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, scored 3.81% in our survey with adolescents who would chose Novak Đoković as their favourite TV personality. The necessity of raising media literacy of young people with the aim of clear identification of sports role models who are going to improve their quality of life still remains an open issue for further research on this course.
