Presented in the work decision is also based on the use of silvicultural method of priority-target systematization of natural and anthropogenic factors of influence on forests certain rock formations, established in accordance with natural conditions and bio-ecological properties of spruce forest species science-based target characteristics as the individual plantings, and their ag-gregates (forest fund), for which is developed and applied appropriate systems silvicultural oper-ations ensuring achievement of the established parameters.

Riverbed under the influence of natural and anthropogenic factors is constantly being transformed. The changes of the channel parameters related to natural phenomena are rarely dynamic. Contrarily it is in the case of human activity. The introduction of river engineering structures to the riverbed aims to quickly adapt the river to the requirements. If construction of such forms is designed taking account of natural conditions prevailing in the riverbed, then negative effects cannot be observed. The situation is different when the river's characteristics were not considered in the design process. The article discusses the changes that the riverbed has undergone due to its intensive contraction at the ferry crossing at km 488 of Vistula, in Gassy. Current and archival aerial photographs were analyzed in terms of the transformation of the riverbed width, as well as the size of the mid-channel islands. The focus was concentrated on a section of the river 2 km above and 4 km below the ferry crossing. In particular, the parameters of the channel bar located directly below the narrowing and their change over the last decades were analyzed. Conclusions were drawn regarding the case study and recommendations for designing analogous solutions ensuing from the analysis were formulated.

Lower Casamance harbors enormous economic potentialities due to the importance of its forest resources. Among the forest species of the area, Elaeis guineensis is one of the most exploited for its many services and products. Despite its importance, the oil palm tree is experiencing real threats linked to a combination of natural and anthropogenic factors. The overall objective of this study is to contribute and evaluate the goods and services provided by the agroforestry parks in Lower Casamance which will lead to an alert to the whole community about the threats to these secular systems. For that purpose, an individual questionnaire was administered to a sample of 146 invidious (33 in Carounate, 57 in Kabiline and 56 in Kaguite) according to their business sector in the palm plantation in each of the sites. Corresponding to 5% poll rate. It should be noted that most of the surveyed population acquires their product through harvesting (72% in Carounate, 70.97% in Kabiline and 70.21 in Kaguite). All parts of the oil palm are exploited by the local population for various purposes. Thus the most important frequencies are the use in construction (100%), the production of palm oil on average (94.87% and the making of brooms on average (92.97%). The sale of the palm products is a source of unshakeable revenue that can provide up to 865000F cfa for palm oil, 675000Fcfa for palm wine and 280000F cfa for brooms. This is why, according to 90.91% of the respondents in Carounate, 37.41% in Kabiline and 45.71%, the exploitation of the oil palm occupies the second place, after agriculture, in their activities. It is therefore all the interest to permanently preserve these secular systems.

This paper presents some results of various studies conducted in the highlands of the Azerbaijani part of the Main Caucasus and Lateral Ridges of the Greater Caucasus using materials from field surveys and interpretation of satellite images. The results of these works, together with the analysis of studies by other researchers, made it possible to characterize the peculiarities of the development of the natural conditions of highlands, to identify the most degraded areas of mountain landscapes and to determine the most optimal ways of protecting the natural environment.

The paper analyzes the factors that affect the amount of effort required to create a mobile application and its cost. It is established that the main factors of influence are the design of the application, its functionality, the type of mobile platform, the availability and level of testing and support, as well as the individual characteristics of the developer. Based on the analysis of information sources, the main methods and approaches to forecasting the cost of software products are identified, which include the COCOMO model, Price-to-win method, expert evaluation, algorithmic methods and the method of analogies. It is proposed to consider the method of analogies as a tool that allows you to make predictions about the cost of resources required for the successful implementation of IT projects based on the experience of similar projects. It is proved that the advantages of this method are the simplicity of its implementation and the clarity of the results obtained, which follows from the practical orientation of this tool. Among the limitations of the method of analogy is the mandatory need for reliable data relating to similar projects, as well as the difficulty of taking into account unspecified indicators. Taking into account the mentioned limitations of the method of analogies and on the basis of the analysis of scientific sources the possible directions of its optimization are determined. Thus, among the ways to improve the effectiveness of this method are those aimed at optimizing the project selection process, the data for which are used as a basis for forecasting. Attempts to improve the method of analogies by including parameters that were previously ignored by this technique seem promising. This in turn can lead to an expansion of the scope of the method of analogies and increase the accuracy of forecasts. As prospects for further research, the need to continue research in the field of optimization of the method of analogies with the subsequent practical verification of theoretical positions on the data of real projects.
