The aim of this paper is to analyze the ways and identify the main trends of language learning transformation in universities for sustainable development in order to encourage students’ soft skills and competences for real commitment and interaction. Education is considered as a means through which individuals can improve their quality of life. If we redesign institutional educational programs on language learning based on students’ needs and expected outcomes, then both the quality of language education and the quality of life will improve dramatically. It also tries to consider the directions to implement sustainability in foreign language teaching through curriculum, interdisciplinary approach and innovation.

The article examines the current state of athletes’ training process in the snatch with an arbitrary change of hands without placing the kettlebell on the platform for 12 minutes. The dynamics of the fulfillment of the standard of the Master of Sports of Ukraine in the snatch with an arbitrary change of hands without placing the kettlebell on the platform for 12 minutes by male and femail athletes by weight categories in 2019 was  nalyzed and a comparative analysis was carried out with other disciplines of kettlebell lifting. The results of athletes (men aged 18–40 and women 18–35 years old) of the teams of regions of Ukraine of different weight categories (men: up to 63 kg, up to 68 kg, up to 73 kg, up to 78 kg, up to 85 kg, up to 95 kg, over 95 kg; women: up to 58 kg, up to 63 kg, up to 68 kg, over 68 kg) were studied. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, documentary method (study of competition protocols), methods of mathematical statistics. It was found that the number of athletes who first met the standard of the Master of Sports of Ukraine in 2019 in the snatch with an arbitrary change of hands is 5 people (3 men, 2 women); in biathlon – 7 men; in long cycle – 4 men, in classic snatch – 1 woman. It was revealed that in biathlon much more athletes fulfill the standard of the Master of Sports of Ukraine than in the snatch with an arbitrary change of hands, which indicates the insufficient efficiency of the system of training athletes in the snatch with an arbitrary change of hands without placing the kettlebell on the platform and the need for its improvement.

The use of wireless signals for the purposes of localization enables a host of applications relating to the determination and verification of the positions of network participants ranging from radar to satellite navigation. Consequently, this has been a longstanding interest of theoretical and practical research in mobile networks and many solutions have been proposed in the scientific literature. However, it is hard to assess the performance of these in the real world and, more importantly, to compare their advantages and disadvantages in a controlled scientific manner. With this work, we attempt to improve the current state of art methodology in localization research and to place it on a solid scientific grounding for future investigations. Concretely, we developed LocaRDS, an open reference data set of real-world crowdsourced flight data featuring more than 222 million measurements from over 50 million transmissions recorded by 323 sensors. We demonstrate how we can verify the quality of LocaRDS measurements so that it can be used to test, analyze and directly compare different localization methods. Finally, we provide an example implementation for the aircraft localization problem and a discussion of possible metrics for use with LocaRDS.

The article analyses both the theoretical provisions of the legal regulation of operational and search activities and the current state of the regulatory regulation of the activities in correctional institutions. On the basis of a comparative analysis of the current scientific literature on the subject, the author concludes that researchers generally identify the concepts of "legal regulation" and "legal basis" and do not pay due attention to the legal regulation of operational-search activities as a process, as well as the author 's definition of "legal regulation of operational-search activities." The author proposes to divide the normative regulation of operational-search activities in correctional institutions into three levels: constitutional; federal; departmental and interdepartmental. The study identified shortcomings in a number of legal norms and suggested ways to address them.

The quality and safety of nursing care vary from one service to another. We have only very limited information on the quality and safety of nursing care in outpatient settings, an expanding area of practice. Our aim in this study was to make available, from the scientific literature, indicators potentially sensitive to nursing that can be used to evaluate the performance of nursing care in outpatient settings and to integrate those indicators into the theoretical framework of Dubois et al. (2013). We conducted a scoping review in three databases (CINAHL, MEDLINE, and EMBASE) and the bibliographies of selected articles. From a total of 116 articles, we selected 22. The results of our study not only enable that framework to be extended to ambulatory nursing care but also enhance it with the addition of five new indicators. Our work offers nurses and managers in ambulatory nursing units indicators potentially sensitive to nursing that can be used to evaluate performance. For researchers, it presents the current state of knowledge on this construct and a framework with theoretical foundations for future research in ambulatory settings. This work opens an unexplored field for further research.
