Taking into account the experimentally recorded nomenclature of the specific educational and social needs of students with disabilities and in the context of the notion that the adapted basic professional educational program at the university involves the adaptation of the conditions for obtaining education rather than its content, the structure of the adapted environment of the university as an ordered set of information and educational institutions is characterized architectural, spatial, socio-psychological and rehabilitation-educational the conditions necessary for the successful development of students with disabilities the normative content of the educational program, specified by the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education. Within the framework of the corresponding logic and based on practical experience, the place is determined for special technical educational and social facilities, special formats for organizing and teaching methodological support of the educational process, as well as psychological and social rehabilitation support for students with disabilities, etc. in the system of inherent attributes of the university adapted basic professional educational program.

Today, Russia is actively working to introduce the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ (FSES HO 3++) into the educational process. At the same time, it is assumed that these higher education standards will contribute to improving the quality of training students of domestic universities for professional activities in domestic organizations. However, as practice shows, the continuous improvement of FSES HO, according to the Bachelor-Master system, does not solve the key problems associated with the training of professionals demanded by domestic organizations, who should be trained by the universities. This paper shows the problems associated with the formation of professional competencies among students of domestic universities in the implementation of FSES HO 3++, as well as possible ways to solve them and to improve the quality of training students as future professionals for domestic organizations. At the same time, all proposals are based on the practical experience of the authors and scientific analysis of existing problems, as well as feedback from employers justifying their requirements for graduates of domestic universities from the standpoint of the needs of organizations in the young professional staff they need, which allows them to successfully solve the issues of timely provision of the required level of competitiveness.

The paper considers, how to adapt requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of the 3rd generation to the educational process, conducted at the clinical Department of Cardiovascular surgery and cardiology, the Faculty of Professional Development and Re-Training, SBEI of HPE �Kuban State Medical University�. The issue of training operating cardiovascular surgeons under the conditions, when approaches to training and teaching at the higher school have changed is considered. The authors suggest the option of learning and teaching support for the educational activities of a Department, which are in tune with the new requirements and conducive to training the knowledgeable clinicians. Special emphasis is put on the process of developing culture-general competencies of meta-subject and creative nature in resident medical practitioners. Considered is the idea of critical and creative application of the construct, already at hand in the pedagogical theory and international practice and helpful for assessing the level of personal culture-general development of a to-be-professional.

One of the most important tasks of higher education is to transform the research potential of higher educational institutions into a factor of economic development of Russia. According to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education and qualification requirements of the Unified Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and civil servants, the organization, management, participation, and conduct of research work is one of the job responsibilities of lecturers, associate professors, and professors of the department, especially workers of science. Meanwhile, the results of research activities should be implemented in the educational process - only then the process of creating new knowledge and the process of its assimilation will be well-balanced, and the cycle of updating knowledge itself will be shorter. The article examines the experience of the Moscow University for the Humanities in the organization of work related to the implementation of the results of research activities in the educational process. Research work is considered in the article as a scientific activity that includes the formulation of a research task, scientific search, collection and analysis of information, its systematization, conducting research and experiments, identifying patterns that manifest themselves in nature and society, scientific generalizations, determination and justification of the scope of implementation of the obtained results. The final result of scientific activity should have practical significance and novelty. The article considers the experience of the Moscow University for the Humanities in terms of integrating research work into the educational process.


Communicative technologies in professional educational institutions form the basis for the activation of the educational process, contribute to the improvement of the level of formation of competencies of graduates. The purpose of the article is the consideration the effective experience of the implementation of communication technologies in professional educational institutions to identify the main functional aspects with subsequent usage in the educational process. The paper describes the experience of formation of professional competencies with usage communication technologies to students of higher education institutions enrolled in the master's program in the direction of training 44.04.04 "Vocational training (by industry)", profile – "Management of educational systems". The authors rely on the included competence of the Federal state educational standard "the ability to use modern communication technologies", which is proposed to form through the usage of various communication technologies in the training of graduates. The authors reveal the most frequently used in the educational process types: discussion, case, project, electronic and other types of technologies. Features of application and realization of each type are allocated. Presented the criteria for assessing the performance of students’ tasks (on the complex module "Theory and methodology of vocational education") in the framework of the implementation of these technologies. The aspects identified in the process of analyzing the experience of usage communication technologies can be taken into account in the further improvement of the process of implementing communication technologies in higher education and better formation of competencies.

The need for basic training in toxicology of students of pharmaceutical universities and departments of toxicology is justified. The experience of teaching toxicology and medical protection to students of the St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy was analyzed. Academic teaching staff were trained in the methodology of teaching toxicology, and a participated in the preparation of the all-Russian textbook «Toxicology and Medical Protection» (2016) and three tutorials for students of medical and pharmaceutical universities. It is shown that in accordance with the current Federal State Educational Standard of the third generation, toxicology issues are included in the curriculum of a complex discipline «Life Safety. Emergency Medicine» as a stand-alone module. Students study toxicology in the fifth year having received a good basic training in medical, biological, and professional disciplines in previous years. For realization of cognitive and creative activity of students in the educational process, modern educational technologies are used which make it possible to improve the quality of teaching and to use school time more efficiently. The potential of using algorithmic workbooks, interactive forms of training, test control, case-method for facilitating the perception of theoretical knowledge and improving the quality of practical skills development is demonstrated. Results of the anonymous questionnaire survey, in which 153 of 198 students who studied toxicology and medical protection in the autumn semester of the 2017/2018 academic year participated, are reported. It was shown that more than 80% of the students surveyed are convinced of the need to study toxicology during the undergraduate training of specialists of pharmaceutical profile and positively assessed the methodology of teaching toxicology that is performed at the St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy.
