The purpose of this study was to determine the role of academic information systems in improving the quality of higher education implementation in PGRI STKIP Bangkalan, and the extent to which the policies of implementing higher education before and after the use of information systems and how satisfaction is felt by students towards academic information systems at STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, named STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad.The study was conducted by conducting a survey of users of the internet-based academic information system (Siakad STKIP PGRI Bangkalan), namely lecturers, students and employees with the method of observation and conducting in-depth interviews to obtain as much information as possible from all respondents/informants. The number of informants was 5 people consisting of the chairman of STKIP PGRI Bangkalan, Vice Chairman I, Head of BAAK and two students who had experience in their respective fields of work, knew deeply and had many roles in the process of using information systems.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that with the use of the information system/ STKIP PGRI Bangkalan’s Siakad which is one of the facilities for the smooth activities of the teaching and learning process, it proved to provide convenience, many benefits and benefits that greatly support the duties of serving lecturers, students and outsiders requiring. This is evidenced by the support of the support of lecturers and students, capacity, namely the ability of employees to process data and value, namely the benefits felt by lecturers, employees and students as well as outside parties in need.

The role of information systems and information technology is indispensable in a variety of fields of work and human resources required to have good quality so it could use the technology appropriately. The library is space that contained a lot of catalogs needed for learning and teachingas media seek knowledge and insight for students and lecturer, then the required information system that can hold all the information about then added data quickly and accurately. Therefore, the library shoidbeable to capitaliz on the presence of information technology to improve the quality of its services. It takes a strategic planning of information systems/information technology that isusedas the basis for the construction of an idea information system and in accordance with user needs.Strategic planning of information systems at the Library STMIK Palangka Raya using the methodology Wardand Peppard (Ward, 2002). With the strategic planning of the library can analyze and evaluate theexisting potential of the entire surroundings of the library in order to develop them selves in accordance with the progress of informationand communication technology as well as libraries have a guide in theform of strategies that should be run in the field of informationtechnolog y to improve its performance.It has a good performance of the library will be able to provide acompetitive advantage for the Organization so that it can continue tocompete in today's global era.

The significance of approaching Web information systems (WIS) from an engineering viewpoint is emphasized. A methodology for deploying patterns as means for improving the quality of WIS as perceived by their stakeholders is presented. In doing so, relevant quality attributes and corresponding stakeholder types are identified. The role of a process, feasibility issues, and the challenges in making optimal use of patterns are pointed out. Examples illustrating the use of patterns during macro- and micro-architecture design of a WIS, with the purpose of the improvement of quality attributes, are given.

Статья посвящена рассмотрению роли интеллектуальных информационных систем в современном мире. Проведен анализ и рассмотрена сущность интеллектуальных систем, отрасли использования интеллектуальных систем, выделены проблемы внедрения интеллектуальных информационных систем и предложены механизмы решения проблем внедрения интеллектуальных информационных систем. Рассмотрены основные отрасли, где используются интеллектуальные информационные системы для повышения скорости производства и улучшения качества оказываемых услуг. Рассмотрены основные три проблемы искусственного интеллекта, которые не решены на данный момент, и которые в будущем могут вызвать мировой хаос. Предложены механизмы решения данных трех проблем. The article is devoted to the role of intelligent information systems in the modern world. The article analyzes and considers the essence of intelligent systems, the branches of using intelligent systems, identifies the problems of implementing intelligent information systems, and suggests mechanisms for solving the problems of implementing intelligent information systems. The main industries where intelligent information systems are used to increase the speed of production and improve the quality of services provided are considered. The main three problems of artificial intelligence, which are not solved at the moment, and which in the future can cause global chaos, are considered. Mechanisms for solving the set here problems areproposed.

In this chapter, we view the development and maintenance of high-quality electronic commerce (ecommerce) applications from a Web engineering perspective. A methodology for deploying patterns as means for improving the quality of e-commerce applications is presented. To that regard, relevant quality attributes and corresponding stakeholder types for the e-commerce applications are identified. The role of development process, the challenges in making optimal use of patterns, and feasibility issues involved in doing so, are analyzed. The activities of a systematic selection and application of patterns are explored. Examples illustrating the use of patterns during macro- and micro-architecture design of business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce applications are given. The implications of the use of patterns in a Semantic Web context are briefly highlighted.

It is commonly known that customer loyalty is the most desirable asset in company activity. It provides steady income and feeling of safety on the marketplace. Building long lasting relationship is hard to achieve, especially when it comes to companies selling their product on the websites. The present article is aimed to give an outlook on this problem and indicate some directives from literature review. The survey indicates the important role of website quality and functionality at every stage of purchase process. Additionally, quality of customer service as a human factor, play an important role in creating customer loyalty. Moreover, there is a recognition of some limitations such as cultural factor or maturity of electronic commerce.

Accounting information systems is a very important thing in an enterprise to support theoperational activities and to make the process of identification and decision making easier. Inaddition accurate relevant, complete and on time information is one of vitalneeds of the enterprisein running business. The purpose of this research is to find out how a accurate program has animportant role relating to the effectiveness of credit sale report. By conducting this research, it’sexpected to provide advantage for all sides related, so that they see how the role of accurate programto the effectiveness of credit sale report. The result of this research shows that an accurate program is able toincrease the quality of sale report information at PT. Golden Citra Dinamika. By certain speed,the time can be made thrifty in data input processing and report equipping, it can be gottenaccurate dara, the completeness of data yielded can meet the enterprise’s goal. The accurateprogram is able to facilitate operational process and make it more detail in presenting the report, sothe owners will be able to analyze all transactions clearly.
