This research has a purpose to know the influence of five dimension of service quality that is, Reliability, responsivness, assurance, emphaty, and tangible may  affect statification bus route Efisiensi Yogyakarta, Purwokerto, Purbalingga dan Cilacap. Quantitative type research. Sampling with purposive sampling that has the minimum criteria  ever  ride  bus  2  times.  Data  collection  used  questionnaries  with  validity  and reliability testing, in the data analysis using multiple regression analysis, t test, f test, and R square. the subjects of this research are the pasanggers of the bus Efisiensi of Yogyakarta route, Purwokerto, Purbalingga, and Cilacap. The result of the study 1) reliability affect consumer statifications  2) responsivnes does not affect costumer statifications 3) assurance affect costumer statifications 4) emphaty affect costumer statifications and 5) tangible affect to costumer  statifications. Together, reliability, assurance, responsivness, emphaty and tangible have a  significant effect on statifications. By regression equations Y = 0,387 + 0,260X1 – 0,003 X2 + 0,251 X3 + 0,198 X4 + 0,226X5. R square of 0,639 or 63,9% is influential and the remaining 36,1% is influenced by other variabels that are not in the research.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>This study was aimed at discovering the perception of the financial workers in SKPDs in Ternate city about the effect of effectiveness in internal control, the organization s ethic culture and compliance to accounting rules on the tendency of accounting fraud. This study was conducted with SKPDs of the Ternate cities Government, as one of the implementing lamenting of the region’s government in the form of offices. The sample consisted of 72 workers in the offices of the Ternate cities government. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires with a set of questions or statements to the respondents to be answered using Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability testing, normality testing, Mullticolinearity testing, Heteroscedasticity testing and hypothesis testing using SPSS program 21.0 for Windows. The results showed that: (1) there was a negative and significant effect between the effectiveness in internal control and the tendency of accounting fraud in the SKPDs in Ternate city, (2) there was a negative and significant effect between the organization’s ethic culture and the tendency of accounting fraud in the SKPDs in Ternate city, (3) there was a negative and significant effect between the compliance to accounting rules and the tendency of accounting fraud in the SKPDs in Ternate city.</p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi para pegawai pengelola keuangan pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) Kota Ternate mengenai pengaruh efektifitas pengendalian internal, budaya etis organisasi dan ketaatan aturan akuntansi terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SKPD Pemerintah Kota Ternate, yaitu salah satu unsur pelaksanaan pemerintah daerah yang berupa dinas-dinas. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 72 pegawai pada dinas-dinas Pemerintah Kota Ternate. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dengan memberi seperangkat pertanyaan atau pernyataan tertulis kepada responden untuk dijawabnya dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara efektifitas pengendalian internal terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) Kota Ternate, (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara budaya etis organisasi terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) Kota Ternate, (3) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan ketaatan aturan akuntansi terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) Kota Ternate.</p>

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate tocopedia.com online advertising, a positive and significant effect on brand image and tokopedia.com service quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image.Keywords: online advertising, service quality, brand image

Maria Tritis Cave is a holy place that has its uniqueness, a natural cave and has the beauty of stalagmites and stalagmites in it. This cave is located in the southern way, which is the way to get to some of the beaches in Gunungkidul. Besides being a beautiful cave, Maria Tritis Cave also has various supporting facilities for holy tours. Easy location and complete facilities will enhance the tourist’ decision to visit. The sampling technique was done by an accidental sampling of 100 archipelago tourists visiting tourists attraction of Maria Tritis Cave Gunungkidul. Methods of data collection use documentation and questionnaires, data analysis with instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), and partial or simultaneous our multiple regression analysis using SPPS for Windows version 16. The results showed that the location and facility variables significantly influence tourist’ visiting decision. Location and facility variables influence jointly the decision of archipelago tourists in visiting Maria Tritis Cave Gunungkidul. Suggestions from the research, the managers should pay attention to matters that are relating to the location such as the access to the cave and the clear directions from/to the cave, add facilities that support outbound activities and maintain existing facilities

The aim of this study are: First, to explore the effect of brand image on purchase intntion. Second, to explore the effect of service quality on purchase intention. The method of data collection is convenience sampling. The samples of this research are collected from 150 respondens, who are the customers of Coffee shop in Jakarta. The technique of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis and classic assumption test. Testing the result of Hypoteses used the F-test, t-test, and R2. The results are: (a) the effect between brand image have a significant and positive impact toward purchase intention; (b) the effect between service quality have a significant and positive impact toward purchase intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : pertama, untuk menguji efek dari brand image terhadap minat beli. Kedua, untuk menguji efek dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli. Metode dari pengambilan data adalah convenience sampling. Sampel merupakan pelanggan kedai kopi di Jakarta. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 150 responden. Teknik dari data analisis penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dan Uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian hasil hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F, Uji-t, dan R2.. Hasilnya adalah : Hasilnya adalah (a) brand image mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention. (b) service quality mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap purchase intention.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. in this study is to find out how the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Benua Trans Maju Bersama Cabang Medan. The research was started in October 2020 – May 2021. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research techniques with the type of research being descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers has 223 customers. where validity and reliability were first tested in order to determine whether a questionnaire was valid or not, and researchers did it to 30 customers and the rest were 143 customers as a sample test. Then it is processed using the classical assumption test which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a service quality partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

This research was conducted at the Soppeng Polres Police. The Population is all 200 Police officer, because of the large number, Slovin is used, the result is 67 respondent who are sampled with a margin of error set 10% or 0.10. Data collection methods used are direct interviews with parties involved with the problem being discussed and giving questionnaires to Police in accordance with the research conducted. Data analysis was performed using linear multiple regression analysis, T-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the analysis show that (1) leadership influences performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police; (2) competence influences performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police; (3) discipline that supports performance of the Police in Soppeng District Police; (4) leadership, competence, and discipline influence performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police.?

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of taxation socialization, tax service quality and tax rates on individual taxpayer compliance at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all individual taxpayers registered at the Padang Satu Primary Tax Office. Sampling was done using the Convenience Sampling method, with the Yamane formula calculation and a sample of 100 taxpayers was obtained. The data collection method used is using a questionnaire, and the analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that: (1) Tax socialization has a positive significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance, (2) Service quality tax does not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers, (3) Tax rates do not affect individual taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Taxation Socialization, Tax Service Quality, Tax Rates and Individual Taxpayer Compliance.

The main purpose of this research is to identify the influence of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) towards King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is King Cake’s customers. The sample size is 63 respondents. Respondents are selected using non-probability sampling, which is Purposive Sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The validity and reliability testing to each indicator is taken before performing the multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that  product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) significantly influences King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The finding shows that service quality (X2) gives more significant value towards customer satisfaction (Y) than product quality (X1) does.
