This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size and leverage of the financial sector bond ratings in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The total sample of 36 manufacturing sectors the company's bond period in 2017, using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the logistic regression analysis and data processing using Eviews 9. The analysis showed that the positive effect on the profitability of bond ratings. liquidity positively affects bond ratings. Firm size positively affects bond ratings. Leverage negatively affect bond ratings. Companies should pay more attention and be able to increase the value of the company's liquidity so that companies ranked category of investment-grade bonds because investors are more interested in investing in bonds in the company investment-grade category.

This research aims to examine to analyze the effect of bonus scheme, exchange rate, intangible assets, and fiscal loss compensation on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing. The population in this research are all of the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 until 2018. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 93 companies. The data used secondary data and collected by documentation at www.idx.com. This research use logistic regression analysis as analysis method. The result of analysis in this research showed that bonus scheme, exchange rate, and fiscal loss compensation had no effect on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing. Intangible Assets had a positive effect on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing

This research was conducted at banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017, which were 42 companies. The sampling technique in this study was taken based on non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique so as to produce a sample of 32 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study was moderated regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that capital adequacy has a positive effect on profitability, credit distribution has a positive effect on profitability and firm size has a positive effect on profitability. The results of this study also show that credit risk is not able to weaken the influence of capital adequacy and lending to profitability and credit risk is able to weaken the influence of company size on profitability. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of profitability, company size, and leverage. The population in this study is a textile and garment manufacturing company totaling 18 (eighteen) companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling, so as to get 9 (nine) sample companies. This study uses secondary data types to get information about all the variables in this study that are on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses accounting analysis, descriptive statistics, and also logistic regression tests. The results showed that the profitability has positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while company size and leverage didn’t have effect on timeliness of financial reporting.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of liquidity, productivity and firm size on bond ratings on non financial companies in ranked PT PEFINDO and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2019. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method in order to obtain 31 non financial companies with a total research of 93 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 25 software. The results of this research indicate that the liquidity variable which is proxied by current ratio has no significant effect on bond ratings. While the productivity variable which is proxied by total asset turnover and firm size which is proxied by natural log total assets has a significant positive effect on bond ratings.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence the effect of distributed credit on profitability, and the influence of company size on distributed credit to profitability relation. This research was conducted in the banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2017. The samples were determined using purposive sampling method, and the amount obtained was 120 observations. The data analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the distributed credit had a positive effect on profitability and the size of the company weakened the relation of distributed credit to profitability. The theoretical implications are to add insight and knowledge of the reader and additional reference to further research. The practical implications are as additional information for the bank companies in making decisions and investors before making an investment. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of company size on audit fee, (2) The effect of audit complexity on audit fee, (3) The effect of company risk on audit fee, (4) The effect of KAP size on audit fee. Population in this research are non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 – 2017. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method with a total sample of 68 companiees. The data used in this research is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by the method of documentation at www.idx.com and the official website of each company. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that: (1) Company size influence a significant positive on audit fee, (2) Audit complexity influence a significant positive on audit fee, (3) Company risk no significant effect on audit fee, and (4) KAP size influence a significant positive on audit fee.

This study aims to test and empirically prove the influence of company size, profitability, liquidity and environmental performance on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. This type of research is quantitative research, uses secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or the Ministry of Environment. Based on the purposive sampling method, there are 33 samples of companies for 3 years in companies registered with ISSI. This study uses a special regression analysis for panel data using Eviews 10. The results of this study indicate that company size and profitability have a positive effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. While liquidity and environmental performance failed to have an effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. The results of this study are expected to be a consideration of what factors influence the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting on companies listed on the Indonesian Islamic stock index (ISSI) in 2015 - 2017 which are also listed on PROPER

At present the development of property and housing companies is very rapid. The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Company Size on Financial Distress in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2017. The approach used is quantitative research. Researchers use secondary data types and sources. The population of this research is 48 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sample is 29 Property and Housing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017 with 145 observational samples. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling method. Data Analysis Technique used is Logistic Regression. The results of this study are liquidity affecting financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Leverage does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The size of the company does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Liquidity, leverage and company size affecting financial distress in Property and Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, company size, and leverage on the timeliness of financial reporting. This research is quantitative research, using secondary data from financial statements. Purposive sampling method were used in this research, resulting 26 companies in basic manufacturing and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 2016 to 2018 period as sample. Analysis of the data used in this study is logistic regression. The results show that the profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, company size does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting, and leverage have significant negative effects to timeliness of financial reporting. This research can be used by the companies to improve their timeliness of financial reporting.

This study aims to determine the effect of listing age and ownership dispersion on voluntary disclosure with firm size as the moderating variable. The population of this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year from 2014 to 2016. The sample of this study was determined by using a purposive sampling method, and that the total sample of 89 manufacturing companies. The source of data is secondary data. The data was gathered www.idx.com. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results shows: (1) Listing age has not significant effect on voluntary disclosure, (2) Ownership dispersion has significant negative effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure, (3) Firm size is not able to strengthen the effect of listing age on the extent of voluntary disclosure and (4) Firm size is able to strengthen the effect of ownership dispersion on the extent of voluntary disclosure.Keywords: Voluntary Disclosure, Listing age, Ownership dispersion and Firm Size
