The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of profitability, company size, and leverage. The population in this study is a textile and garment manufacturing company totaling 18 (eighteen) companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling, so as to get 9 (nine) sample companies. This study uses secondary data types to get information about all the variables in this study that are on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses accounting analysis, descriptive statistics, and also logistic regression tests. The results showed that the profitability has positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while company size and leverage didn’t have effect on timeliness of financial reporting.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, company size, and leverage on the timeliness of financial reporting. This research is quantitative research, using secondary data from financial statements. Purposive sampling method were used in this research, resulting 26 companies in basic manufacturing and chemical industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 2016 to 2018 period as sample. Analysis of the data used in this study is logistic regression. The results show that the profitability has a significant positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, company size does not affect the timeliness of financial reporting, and leverage have significant negative effects to timeliness of financial reporting. This research can be used by the companies to improve their timeliness of financial reporting.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

Timeliness is the availability of information to the decision maker when needed before the information loses power to influence the decision. If there is an unnecessary delay in financial reporting, the financial statements will lose their relevance. The purpose of this research is to know the empirical evidence of the influence of Profitability, Solvability, Company Size, Firm Size, and Age of Company to the timeliness of financial reporting to property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2016. This research uses logistic regression analysis method. The data used are secondary data taken through observation techniques. The sampling technique used is non probability, that is purposive sampling method. The result of logistic regression shows that profitability, solvability, and firm size have significant effect to timeliness. While the firm size and age of the company has no significant effect on timelinessThis study resulted in the conclusion that There is sufficient evidence of profitability (ROA) have a significant positive effect on timeliness. The result of Solvability (DER) and the Company's size on timeliness can not be concluded. There is not enough evidence of Firm Size has significant effect on timeliness. This study aims to test and empirically prove the influence of company size, profitability, liquidity and environmental performance on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. This type of research is quantitative research, uses secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or the Ministry of Environment. Based on the purposive sampling method, there are 33 samples of companies for 3 years in companies registered with ISSI. This study uses a special regression analysis for panel data using Eviews 10. The results of this study indicate that company size and profitability have a positive effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. While liquidity and environmental performance failed to have an effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting. The results of this study are expected to be a consideration of what factors influence the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting on companies listed on the Indonesian Islamic stock index (ISSI) in 2015 - 2017 which are also listed on PROPER

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size and leverage of the financial sector bond ratings in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The total sample of 36 manufacturing sectors the company's bond period in 2017, using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the logistic regression analysis and data processing using Eviews 9. The analysis showed that the positive effect on the profitability of bond ratings. liquidity positively affects bond ratings. Firm size positively affects bond ratings. Leverage negatively affect bond ratings. Companies should pay more attention and be able to increase the value of the company's liquidity so that companies ranked category of investment-grade bonds because investors are more interested in investing in bonds in the company investment-grade category.

This study aims to examine the effect of Economic Growth, Ownership Structure, Company Size, Age of Listing, and Profitability on companies in implementing Corporate Internet Reporting (CIR). The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of data from various industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used by 21 companies was chosen by purposive sampling method with the research period from 2013 to 2015. The conclusion obtained is that the Economic Growth variable has a negative effect on the practice of financial reporting through the internet (Corporate Internet Reporting), the Ownership Structure variable does not affect the practice of financial reporting through the internet (Corporate Internet Reporting). Likewise the Age of Listing, and Profitability does not significantly influence the practice of financial reporting via the internet (Corporate Internet Reporting). Only company size variables that significantly influence the practice of financial reporting through the internet (Corporate Internet Reporting).

At present the development of property and housing companies is very rapid. The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Company Size on Financial Distress in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2017. The approach used is quantitative research. Researchers use secondary data types and sources. The population of this research is 48 Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sample is 29 Property and Housing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017 with 145 observational samples. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling method. Data Analysis Technique used is Logistic Regression. The results of this study are liquidity affecting financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Leverage does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The size of the company does not affect financial distress in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Type of data used in the form of secondary data from www.idx.co.id and the another website that related with this research. The analysis technique uses a multiple linear regressions analysis.The results showed profitability has no effect of timeliness of financial reporting, leverage has negative significantly effect on timeliness of financial reporting, audit committee has positive significantly effect on timeliness of financial reporting, and rotation of external auditor has no positive effect on timeliness of financial reporting

This study aims to investigate empirical evidence about factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sample selection is using a purposive sampling method. The data obtained were then tested using logistic regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The results of the study identified that company size and profitability had a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting. In contrast, institutional leverage and ownership do not affect the timeliness of financial reporting of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This study aims to prove empirically the factors that affect the Timeliness of Financial Reporting. These factors are Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Company Size and Auditor Opinion as Independent Variables and Timeliness of Financial Statements as Dependent Variables.The population of this study is the Manufacturing Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2014. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method and 66 companies were obtained. The data used are obtained from the published company financial report. The method of analysis used is logistic regression at 5% significance level.Empirical study shows that ROA has significant effect on Timeliness of Financial Reporting.
