This study aims to analyze loyalty analysis customers through product quality, price, service and satisfaction in stores Yogyakarta Blue Outlet. The independent variable used in the study this is roduct quality, price, service and satisfaction. The dependent used is customer loyalty. The population in this study are all consumers who have visited and make purchases at Yogyakarta Blue Outlet stores. Based on the method purposive sampling was obtained by 62 respondents. The type of data usedis primary data. Data obtained by the method of distributing questionnaires which is distributed directly to respondents who meet the criteria needed. Validity and realibility test of the questionnaire which was used as a tool showed that the questionnare is valid and reliable for use. Based on the results of data analysis, there is an influence on product quality to customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.031 < 0.05 means the first hypothesis is accepted, there is the effect of price on satisfaction consumers with a significant value of 0.016 < 0.05 means that the second hypothesis is accepted, there is an influence of service on customer satisfaction with value significant 0,000 < 0.05 means that the third hypothesis is accepted, there is an influence satisfaction with customer loyalty with a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05 means the fourth hypothesis is accepted. With the Adjusted R square value at stage 1 namely 0.672 and in stage II is 0.118.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT Pegadaian (Persero). Data analysis using path analysis with samples are 215 respondents and technique sampling with purposive sampling. The results showed that the quality of product and service quality through customer satisfaction indirectly no significant effect on customer loyalty.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

 The aim of study is to  analyze about effect  product  quality  and  service  quality  on customer’s satisfaction to build customer’s loyalty at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” in the branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. Population in this study are all consumers who make  purchases at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” the branch in the  branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. While the sample  in  this  study  is a portion of consumers who have  made  purchases at least twice in the past year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data  used in this study is primary data. The number  of studies  in  this  study were  sixty  samples  in  the  city of Yogyakarta which  were processed  using  multiple linear regression  analysis  and mediation analysis  using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study are: product quality dosen’t have a significant effect on customer satisfaction,  service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction doesn’t have a significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality  dosen’t  have a significant  effect on  customer loyalty and service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty of the two independentvariables dosen’t indicate a mediating  relationship  with  customer  satisfaction as a mediator variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on customer satisfaction which has an impact on customer loyalty, especially for telon oil baby care products. The hypothesis used in this study: Brand Image influences Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality influences Customer Satisfaction, Brand Image influences Customer Loyalty, Product Quality influences Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction influences customer loyalty. Research data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The population in this study were mothers who have babies <4 years old who use Cussons Baby Telon Oil in the DKI Jakarta area. The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 133 respondents. Data analysis uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) version 8.7 that meets the Goodness of Fit criteria. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence between the variables Brand Image and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction with t values ​​of 6.89 and 5.68, respectively. The influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty with t values ​​of 2.00 and 2.71, respectively. The influence of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty with a value of t 3.06. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yang berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan khususnya untuk produk perawatan bayi minyak telon. Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini: Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Citra Merek berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu yang memiliki bayi umur <4 tahun yang menggunakan Minyak Telon Cussons Baby di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan tehnik pengambilan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 133 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) versi 8.7 yang memenuhi kriteria Goodness of Fit. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antar variabel Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai t masing-masing 6,89 dan 5,68. Adanya pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan nilai t masing-masing 2,00 dan 2,71. For companies, loyal customers mean a lot besides illustrates the amount of profitability obtained by loyal consumers can also show the image or image of the company in the public eye. Loyal customers can become partners in developing new products, because they maintain and defend and even use the services of existing companies. According to Darsono (2004) a loyal customer becomes a valuable asset for the company. Loyal customers will reduce the effort to find new customers, giving positive feedback to the company. Companies must be able to satisfy old customers and create new customers, if you want to win the competition. PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk. Yogyakarta must be able to answer the existing competition challenges. The population in this study are customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Yogyakarta and have been customers for at least one year. While the sample in this study is a portion of the number of customers from BRI Bank Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling and purposive sampling. While the data used in the study are primary data, that is data obtained directly from respondents by the researchers themselves through questionnaires. Analysis tools using multiple linear regression The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image does not significantly influence customer satisfaction. Product quality, service quality and brand image together significantly influence customer satisfaction. Product quality does not significantly influence customer loyalty. Service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image does not significantly influence customer loyalty. Product quality, service quality and brand image together significantly influence customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of brand image on loyalty the customer.

The research aims to know the influenced of perceived ease to use and experince as a moderating variable in the taxpayer intensity in to use e-filing as a means of tax reporting. The variables used in this study was the dependent variable is the intensity in using the e-filing and it’s independent variable is perceived ease to use and as well as experince. The data used in the search is the primary data using questionnaries. The number of sample used in this 100 private person that taxpayers have NPWP and use e-filing. This sample collection method was purposive sampling. The data analysis techniquese is multiple linear regression analys. Based on the result of the search showed that perceived ease to use and as well as experince of significant to the intensity of taxpayers in using the e-filing.

This study discusses the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction at PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance Jakarta Branch. This research was conducted by using purposive sampling. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that service quality does not affect customer loyalty. So it can be said, good service quality may not necessarily make the customer loyal to PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance because there are still several factors that can make customers loyal. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. So it can be said, good service quality will increase customer satisfaction with PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. So it can be said, increasing customer satisfaction will make customers more loyal to PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance. Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. So it can be said, if the quality of service provided is getting better, it will form high customer satisfaction in the minds of customers, then this will further increase customer loyalty at PT. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of product quality and price on consumer buying interest in batik clothes Toko Muda Tanah Abang. The population in this research is all costumers of batik clothing of Toko Usaha Muda Tanah Abang, but the sample used with purposive sampling with customer criteria that have bought batik from Toko Usaha Muda Tanah Abang with the respondents as many as 20 customers. Technique of collecting data that is by method of questioner, interview and documentation. The variables studied include product quality and price as independent variable and buying interest as dependent variable. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. This study aims to examine and explain the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. To achieve the research objectives, data analysis using Path Analysis and Sobel Test. Sampling by non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method and the size of the sample taken is 120 respondents. The results of the analysis show that relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Furthermore, relationship marketing also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali and customer satisfaction can significantly mediate the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty at Livingstone Cafe & Bakery Seminyak Bali. Suggestions that can be recommended to the management of Livingstone Café & Bakery Seminyak Bali are to always build better relationship marketing to increase customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

The  purpose  of  this  research  is  to  test  and  analyze  1)  Influence  simultaneously  variable  of satisfaction and trust to customer loyality of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-District of Bungku Tengah District. 2) Partial influence of customer satisfaction variable on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. 3) Partial influence of customer trust variable on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district of Bungku Tengah District. This type of research is descriptive causally. Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling, obtained sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that based on the results of Test F, customer satisfaction variables and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. Partially, customer satisfaction variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty of Two Putri Restaurant in Matano Village, Central Bungku District. The variable of customer trust (X2) has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty of Two Princess Restaurant in Matano Sub-district, Bungku Tengah District. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis 1) Pengaruh secara simultan variabel kepuasan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. 2) Pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. 3) Pengaruh secara parsial variabel kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Tipe penelitian adalah deskriptif kausal. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil Uji F, variabel kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Secara parsial variabel kepuasan pelanggan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Variabel kepercayaan pelanggan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Rumah Makan Dua Putri di Kelurahan Matano Kecamatan Bungku Tengah.
