Manajemen sistem penjualan dalam masyarakat Muslim masih kerap menggunakan sistem tradisional, berdasarkan pada pena, buku atau bahkan hanya ingatan. Kini sistem komputerisasi telah merambah dalam dunia perekonomian khususnya di sektor bisnis. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih membuat masyarakat termasuk kalangan pebisnis Muslim dapat bekerja lebih mudah. Hal tersebut karena dalam suatu transaksi, arsip memegang peranan yang sangat penting. Menggunakan Microsoft Acess akan memudahkan alur proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa akses Microsoft Acess telah dapat digunakan dengan baik pada manajemen sistem penjualan di Toko Sinar Bulan Kolaka. Namun, tahap penyebaran teknologi ini ke toko penjualan atau pemilik lain di masyarakat Muslim di pedesaan masih membutuhkan didikan lebih.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Sistem Penjualan, Microsoft Access, Toko Sinar Bulan

Sebagai penyedia layanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, Rumah Sakit Umum Islam Madinah yang terletak di Kecamatan Kasembon, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur perlu memanfaatkan teknologi komputer untuk mendukung kebutuhan pasien seperti obat dan alat kesehatan yang dikelola oleh pihak gudang. Lingkup kerja pada bagian gudang masih berskala kecil karenanya Microsoft Access yang merupakan aplikasi paket instalasi Microsoft Office menjadi pilihan yang tepat dan mudah, aplikasi ini juga dapat diterapkan pada komputer yang memiliki jaringan lokal. Pada penelitian ini, metode Waterfall digunakan untuk mempercepat proses pengembangan aplikasi gudang dikarenakan proses desain, implementasi hingga pengujian aplikasi berkesinambungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi gudang yang di bangun dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access mempercepat kerja staf dalam membuat laporan, rekap stok dan melihat perubahan harga tanpa perlu harus melihat kartu stok yang tertera pada rak penyimpanan.

The scientific and methodological approach to the evaluation and analysis of the efficiency of system management by innovation factors for sustainable development of national economy from the point of view satisfaction vital interest’s population is developed. This is the calculation of the modernized index human development based on the adjective model based on 26 indicators (social, economic and environmental subsystems), as well as using the methods of the main components and the slip matrix. The resultant value is the modernized Human Development Index (MHDІ) of Ukraine. The architectonics MHDІ of Ukraine in 2007–2017 from the position of sub-indices of the ecological, social and economic subsystems is analyzed. Consequently, the scientific and methodological approach based on the MHDI change allows us to draw conclusions regarding the effectiveness of the work and public administration bodies in the context of making managerial decisions regarding the satisfaction of the vital interest’s population. MHDI considers the main regulated parameter of the system management in the innovation factors of sustainable development in socially oriented economy. The tendency of steady decline MHDI of Ukraine in 2007–2017 on 53.45 % was confirmed, which confirms inefficient state regulation of crisis situations in Ukraine. In order to increase the efficiency management of innovative factors by sustainable development of the national economy, from the standpoint of satisfaction vital interest’s population, it is proposed to intensify the use of public debt and savings bonds, market and non-market methods of relief and debt load. This is due to the fact that at the current stage of development in the national economy, public external debt is one of the most significant indicators of the state economy. It is at the same time a criterion for the effectiveness of public financial policy, as well as a threat and opportunity for the Ukrainian economy. In order to optimize its size, various methods, approaches, tools are used. Based on the analysis of world experience, it has been established that the securities market, in particular debt securities, plays a strategic role in regulating this issue. Therefore, it makes sense to recommend government debt bonds and government savings bonds to optimize the amount of external public debt.

Service at the “Kelurahan” is a very important part in determining the success of development, especially in public service. The problem faced is the lack of skill level of the “Kelurahan” apparatus with the more dynamic demands of the community and the archive management system is still conventional and manual that is writing the identity of the archive into the book agenda, expedition, control card, and borrowed archive card, so it takes a more practical electronic system, effective and efficient so required to develop themselves in order to improve public services. Conventional administration and archive management must be transformed into cloud-based computing (digital), for which archiving managers should always be responsive and follow these developments and wherever possible in order to utilize for archival activities, with greater access expected archives are evidence at once able to talk about historical facts and events and be able to give meaning and benefit to human life, so archives that were only visible and readable at archival centers can now be accessed online, and even their services have led to automated service systems. Using Microsoft Access which its main function is to handle the process of data manipulation and manufacture of a system, this system is built so that the bias runs on Cloud which means Cloud itself is a paradigm in which information is permanently stored on servers on the internet and stored. The purpose of this program is the implementation of administrative management that has been based cloud computing (digital) and is expected to be a solution in managing the archive so that if it has been designed and programmed, it can be stored in the computer and benefi- cial to the “Kelurahan” apparatus and add in the field of management archives in the form of improving the quality of service to the community, can facilitate and scientific publications.

ABSTRACT In this case, students assume the role of an accounting professional asked by a client to investigate why net income is not as strong as expected. The students must first analyze a set of financial statements to identify areas of possible concern. After determining the areas to investigate, the students use a database query tool to see if they can determine causes by examining transaction level data. Finally, the students are asked to professionally communicate their findings and recommendations to their client. The case provides students with experience in using query-based approaches to answering business questions. It is appropriate for students with basic query and financial analysis skills and knowledge of internal controls. A Microsoft Access database with transaction details for the final seven months of the current year as well as financial statements for the current and prior year are provided.
