SMAN 10 Padang is one of the leading schools in the city of Padang State School which has two majors, namely Science (Science Knowledge) and Social Sciences (Social Sciences). A distinctive feature of this school is one of the international standard pilot schools (RSBI) by implementing bilingual and accelerating classes. On average students lack understanding in the selection of majors according to their abilities. Many people fail in the way they have found. To facilitate the determination of majors, a Decision Making System (SPK) is needed to find criteria. In SPK there are several methods in searching criteria, which are usually used by SAW with MFED. Based on the research carried out, by comparing the two methods, the data are grouped into three criteria, namely the value of the Natural Sciences National Examination, Psychology tests, and Interests. The results of this study show about MFEP method take a high accuration between SAW. An accuration of SAW have 38.3 % and MFEP have 70.5%.

Data processing in the determination of scholarships in SMK Madyatama to date still use a system that is still manual. Where the absence of a well-computerized system in determining the acceptance of scholarship which then led to the emergence of some problems in this manual system. The problem that often arises is not exactly the distribution of scholarships to students. Problems like this are triggered by the lack of scrutiny of the scholarship selectors in conducting the selection process of the scholarship recipients, which is basically the selection process conducted by teachers from the school itself. The decision-making system at SMK Madyatama will be made using TOPSIS method to determine the right scholarship recipient in accordance with the scholarship recipient criteria. With the decision support system of awarding scholarship recipients at SMK Madyatama Palembang based on this website can help and facilitate the school in evaluating the selection of scholarship receipt.

Home used for shelter, .[1][2]  communities don’t  have home, its because poverty factor. .[3] The government has a program that can eradicate poverty, one of which is a home renovation program. Data obtained from about poverty rate in Lampung province amounted to 13.01% in September 2018, [4] This Program is given to residents according to the criteria specified. Currently A home renovation program  is still subjective, This research uses the method WP and saw There are 11 criteria , it needs  to solve this problem. They are Work, land Status of residence, Wall house, drinking water source, fuel for cooking, MCK Condition, consumption (meat, milk, chicken) per year, highest education of family head, family head income, roof structure, floor type

IKM selection process was conducted by comparing the GAP method is the difference between IKM indicator with standart value citeria indicator that given value. The results obtained from the determination of the selection criteria used eight criteria of product, price, place, promotion, process, people, physical environment, productivity and quality. A model that is designed to help decision making process in granting the aid DISPERINDAGKOP evenly. Abstract: The results of the study show that: (1) Tahfidzul Qur'an learning planning is done through the preparation of memorization targets and the determination of effective weeks and days in each semester; (2) Organizing is carried out through the division of tasks and responsibilities as well as the construction of the structure of the tutoring teacher; (3) The mobilization is carried out through the coordination meeting of the Tahfidz coordinator as a shering forum for decision making and direction of the Tahfidzul Qur'an learning program and the implementation of learning is carried out every Monday-Friday; and (4) Supervision is carried out through assessing teacher performance at the end of December and June. The highest achievement target for the second year of the implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an's 2017/2018 year program is juz 29 and 30, the lowest target for class 1 is juz 30 to Surat al Ghosyiyyah. For class 1, 85% of the target is achieved and 11% of students exceed the target. Class 2 targets reached 19%. Class 3, 10.86% reached the target and 0.35% of students exceeded the target. Class 4 tarjet reached 12.44%. Class 5 targets reached 4.24%, and the last grade 6 target reached 13.79% and 1.5% of students exceeded the target. Keywords: Learning Management, Tahfidzul Qur'an.
