In 2012 the need for meat for consumption or industrial materials in Indonesia reached 484,000 tons and increased to 686,270 tons in 2019. The high demand for meat causes the intensity of slaughter to also increase so that the existence of slaughterhouses is very necessary. In the implementation process, RPH must pay attention to several aspects so that the quality of the meat produced is good, clean and the meat is halal. In the context of the codification of Islamic law (fatwa) in Indonesia, stunning is one of the important studies. This is evidenced by the fatwa of the MUI number 12 of 2009 concerning Halal Beef Certification Standards. This fatwa is motivated by several things, namely the practice of slaughtering animals in Islam must follow the provisions of Islamic law and in the implementation of the slaughter process many use modern equipment in line with technological developments, so that there are various models of cutting and processing that raise questions about the suitability of the implementation of slaughtering with Islamic law. The enactment of the Fatwa of the MUI number 12 of 2009 concerning Halal Slaughter Certification Standards by the Fatwa of the MUI on Mechanical Slaughter of Animals on October 18, 1976, the decision of the Coordination Meeting of the Fatwa Commission and LPPOM MUI and the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, on May 25, 2003, in Jakarta, Fatwa of the MUI Number 4 of 2003 concerning Standardization of Halal Fatwas; Results of the Decision of the Ulama Ijtimak of the Indonesian Fatwa Commission II in 2006 at the Gontor Ponorogo Islamic Boarding School on Critical Issues in Halal Auditing; The results of the Working Group Meeting of the ICU Fatwa Commission for Food, Drugs and Cosmetics and the ICU LPPOM Team on November 12, 2009. This fatwa resulted in a decision, one of which was related to stunning. Stunning to simplify the slaughtering process is legal, provided that: (1) Stunning only causes the animal to faint temporarily, does not cause death or permanent injury; (2) aims to facilitate slaughter; (3) its implementation as a form of ihsan, not animal torture

Emission sources at airports and compressor stations have the potential to emit pollutants, the effects of which can degrade local air quality. In most cases, the basis of gas pumping units includes either aircraft engines that have exhausted their flight life, or their targeted modifications to fulfill the tasks of gas pumping units and compressor stations in various gas transportation systems. The methodology for calculating the concentration of pollutants contained in the emissions of enterprises does not take into account all possible features of emission sources, in terms of passive stationary sources and cold emissions, the algorithm of the methodology requires clarification and the justifications given in the article indicate possible ways of clarification. According to the decision of the CAEP SG-2020 Coordination Meeting "detailed documentation for the Ukrainian POLEMICA air quality model provided in CAEP / 12-FESG-MDG / 2-WP / 09 should be considered as the final documentation for verifying this model for compliance with ICAO document 9889 requirements" ... The results of calculating the maximum concentration for the test scenario using Gaussian models, verified in CAEP, differ by almost 2 times. A similar result according to the PolEmiCa model ~ 1.5 μg/m3 is almost two times less, which is due to the inclusion of the effects of the initial rise in the emission of the mixture from a stationary source into the algorithms of the OND-86 method

The article presents an epistemological analysis of definitions that reflect various aspects of the economic category “development” used within the system approach. The analysis shows that these definitions mostly do not single out the features of the social component of the economic system and management tasks are defined from the subjective point of view of those who fall under managerial influence. It has been noted that this approach can be called mechanistic, since the behavioral characteristics of the social component are neglected and the management of the system is considered from the standpoint of one-vector influence of decision-makers. It has been argued that this negatively affects the effectiveness of development management due to the diversity of stakeholders’ interests. An explication of the essential content of “development” definition has been made and components that reflect the specifics of the socio-economic systems management according to the concept of “sustainable development” have been identified. Management of socio-economic system structural balance has been proposed to consider as a dynamic process of forming the optimal proportions of its future state, which is determined by the equal vectors of economic and other interests of its actors and their positions coordination meeting the priorities of sustainable development and competitiveness and following the principles of stakeholder interaction and social dialogue. It has been noted that the management of the socio-economic systems development should be carried out both from the standpoint of achieving structural balance of the system and taking into account the development goals of the system (increasing competitiveness through quality change).
