The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak. The sample in this research is all employee at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak which amounts to 45 people. Sampling was conducted using a sample of saturated (Sugiyono, 2010:96) "sampling saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample". While the variables studied in this research is the discipline of work and performance.Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity test, reliability test, normality, t test and R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results obtained value R-square at 0,711 which means that the discipline of work has contributed a donation of 71,1% to performance employees at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak. Partially acquired discipline of work variable  positive and significant impact on the performance employees at PT. Mega Finance Cabang Kandis Kabupaten Siak with simple linear regression equation in this study :Y = 4,954 + 0,738X significantly 0,000 smaller than alpha of 0.05. The final conclusion of this study that partial hypothesis between variables proven discipline of work to performance employees and can be accepted as true.

The sample in this study were all employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah totaling 34 people. While the variables studied in this research is the competence and performance. Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity, reliability, R2 and t test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on research results the effect of competence on the performance of employees with correlation value R = 0,656 which indicates a close relationship between the effect of competence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. While the R-square at 0,430 which can competence has contributed of 43% to the performance of employees at . Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah. Partially acquired competence variable positive and significant effect on the performance employees at . Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Simpang Pasar Bawah with simple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 18,342 + 0,627X significantly smaller 0,000 than alpha 0,05. The conclusion of this study that partial hypothesis between variables competence on performance employees is proven and can be accepted as true

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a positive and significant influence of organizational climate on performance in PT INTI Bandung. This study used a quantitative method. Data were collected through literature study and field study with observation, interview, and questionnaire towards 42 respondents. The number of samples in this study was obtained through simple random sampling technique. Research instruments were grouped into two variables, that is variable X (Climate Organization) and variable Y (Employee Performance). Data obtained from questionnaires were tabulated based on frequent frequencies, presented and analyzed qualitatively. Meanwhile, to find the influence between the two variables of this study the researchers used simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research it could be concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of organizational climate on companies performance of PT. INTI Bandung shown by simple linear regression equation Y = 5,53 + 0,688X. That is, the regression coefficient of 0.688 stated that each addition (due to the + sign) one score of the organization's climate value would give a score increase of 5.53 to the companies performance.

This study aimed to determine the effect of productive endowment on community welfare in Matang Panyang. This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who were selected using the Purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used was a simple linear regression method with the help of EVIEWS. Based on the test of the correlation coefficient of 0.837835, it showed that productive endowment had a strong relationship to improve community welfare. Based on the coefficient determination test, it showed that productive endowment had an effect of 70.19% on community welfare. From the results of the study, it revealed that productive endowment (X) significantly influenced the welfare community (Y). Based on the t-value of 8.120918 and the t-table value of 2.04841 with a significant level of 0.0000, it concluded that these tests accepted Ha and rejected Ho.

This study aims to identify, both simultaneously and partially between financial and non-financial compensation for employees and employees of PT United Sindo Perkasa. This research use Multiple Linear Regression method. The sample in this study used total sampling technique where everyone. The research instrument used is interview and questionnaire. The result of this research is positive financial compensation variable to work motivation. It is seen from tcount (3,203) bigger than ttable (1,66) with significant level (0,002 < 0,05). The non-financial compensation variable has an effect on work, different from 2,461 with significant level (0,007 < 0,05). Simultaneously, between financial and non-financial tax compensation variable on work motivation, it is seen from Fcount (13,451) bigger than Ftable (3.11) with significant level (0,000 < 0,05). Financial compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance, different from ttable (1.66) with significant level (0,005 < 0,05). Non-financial compensation positive variable on employee performance, different from ttable (1.66) with significant level (0,023 < 0,05). Adjacent simultaneously between financial compensation variables and non-financial compensation on employee performance, this is seen from Fcount (10,312) greater than Ftable (3.11) with significant level (0,000 < 0.05).
