This research was conducted at the Cibaduyut XYZ shoe industry center, a company engaged in the SME sector of the leather shoes and sandals. Based on preliminary survey,  company XYZ is an industry of making shoes and leather sandals with active work competence and includes a creative industry that promoted by the government.The purpose of this study is to increase work motivation on work productivity, knowledge management on work productivity and simultaneous work motivation and knowledge management on work productivity. Used Verivication methodThe results showed that work motivation was positive and significant to work productivity by 14.9%, while management knowledge affected positively and significantly to work productivity by 5.3%. While work motivation and knowledge management are positive and significant at 16.81%.Based on results,  entrepreneurs need to provide stimulus to improve productivity with rewards and penalties, such as giving bonuses to companies that reach their targets and other rewards. to continue improving the sustainability of entrepreneurs it is necessary to increase the sustainability of knowledge and experience especially models of shoes and sandals. The next researcher needs to report other variables such as human capital, ROTI (return on investment in training) and other relevant themes

AbstractThis research was conducted in the District of Batang Cenaku Indragiri Hulu. This is because the District of Batang Cenaku an area that makes rubber commodity as one commodity and in meeting their needs. The purpose of this study was to determine how the income of farmers in the district rubber rod upstream and Indragiri district Cenaku To know that used descriptive analysis, the data obtained are tabulated and then described by existing theories. The survey results revealed that the rubber plantation is vital to the income of the people in the District of Batang Cenaku Thus it can be seen that the average income of farmers quality seeds rubber plant samples with an area of 1 hectare of Rp. 8,241,724, - per year, while the average income of farmers' traditional seed samples rubber plant with an area of 2 hectares of Rp. 8,463,739, - per year. A comparison of income between farmers using traditional quality seeds and that happened 2 times where income 1 hectare equals income prefetch queue seeds 2 acres of farmers using traditional seeds.Businesses manage rubber plantation is a tradition for the people of District of Batang Cenaku Indragiri Hulu. Many efforts have been done by the government in the development of rubber plantations, such as by providing quality seeds and adequate capital for rubber farmers.

This research was conducted at PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study was 2,390 customers. In this study sampling using Accidental Sampling techniques, which amounted to 96 customers. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed Y = 14.820 + 1.035 and the t test showed that t arithmetic> from t table (18,471> 1,98552) this meant that Quality of Service had a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Mandiri Tunas Finance Pekanbaru Branch. The influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction is 78.4% while the remaining 21.6% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to Know Sales Promotion Effect on  Purchase Decision Furniture at CV. Lautan Rezeki Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 51 store, while the sampling technique using Accidental Sampling method. The data analysis in this study with descriptive and quantitative methods with simple linear regression. Based on the research results through tests T, the value is greater thitung 7,002 dati t table with ttable value of 2,009, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, it means sales promotion variable (X) significantly influence the purchase decision variable (Y). It can be concluded that promotional sales significantly influence buying decisions Furniture on the CV. Lautan Rezeki Pekanbaru. Based on the result of determination, so in this study can be concluded that the sales promotion variable effect of 50% on purchasing decisions furniture in the CV. Lautan Rezeki Pekanbaru. while the remaining 50% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or are not examined in this study

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh  biaya operasional terhadap laba pada Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Perumusan masalah yang diteliti adalah Apakah biaya operasional secara berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba   pada Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. yang nantinya dihitung menggunakan SPSS versi 24 Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yakni pendekatan kuantitatiff yang memberikan gambaran secara objektif. Dengan metode pengumpulan data skunder. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda tentang pengaruh antara piutang dan biaya operasional terhadap laba.  Dari perhitungan diperoleh fungsi linier regresi berganda  Y =   98904500,120 -0,413X2 dimana a = 98904500,120, dan b2 = 0,413. Artinya a = jika Biaya operasional (x2)  sama dengan 0 (nol) maka Laba (Y) sebesar 98904500,120, Artinya b jika Biaya operasional (x) mengalami penurunan sebesar satu satuan, maka akan menurunkan Laba (Y) senilai Laba senilai -0,413. Koofisien Determinasi (R2) = 0,356% yang artinya 35,6% Laba dipengaruhi oleh Biaya operasional sedangkan sisanya sebesar 64,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Brownis home industry “ollanda” is a new bussines that was founded with is own capital, which is equel to Rp 28.028.000 . The produck produced in the form of brownis with various flavors. This study aims to determine the level of investment of a home industry  brownis “ollanda” which is lacated Jl. HR. Soebrantas Panam No. 73D, Tuah Karya, kec. Tampan, Pekanbaru City, Riau 28291. This research was conducted in February 2020 with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and dokumentotion. The methods used are market and marketing aspect, engineering aspect and production aspect . organizational and management aspect as well as financial aspect with investment feasibility calculation in the form of payback period(PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate  of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index( PI). Market and marketing analysis shows that the prospect of the “ollanda” brownis home industry is quite good, seen from the increasing number of requests every year. Technical analysis of production show that the lacation of the home industry is close to settlements making it easier to recruit workers. Analisis of organizational and management personal show that bussines oners have carried out management functions well.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of work conflict and work stress on employee performance CV. Apotik Keluarga Pekanbaru. This study uses descriptive and quantitative methods with a population and the sample is all employees that totaling 66 people. The average values for all Work Conflict statements and Work Stress variables are 3.00 and 3.02, respectively, which means that these two factors are in the medium class interval. The value of t_count for the work variable conflict t_count> t_table (-2.196> 1,998) and the significance of 0,000 <0.05, meaning that work conflict has a significant effect on employee performance. A negative sign indicates the higher the level of work conflict, the lower the employee's performance. As for the Work Stress variable t count <t table (-0.033 <1,998) and probability (0.974)> 0.05. So the Work Stress variable partially has no effect and is not significant on Employee Performance. Then from the simultaneous test results obtained that Fcount> Ftable (22,010> 3.14) and a probability value of 0,000 <0.05 then the variable Work Conflict and Work Stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance CV. CV. Apotik Keluarga Pekanbaru. Based on the Adjusted R Square value obtained at 0.393 on the coefficient of determination test, the effect is 39.3%.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Workshop UD. Sari Motor Pekanbaru. Population in this research is all consumer at Workshop UD. Sari Motor Pekanbaru until December 2016 amounted to 2,182 people. Samples taken as many as 96 people refer to the Slovin formula, data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis in this research use descriptive and quantitative analysis method. Descriptive is to compare the actual reality with theories that have to do with the problem to draw a conclusion and tabulated in the form of tables of frequency distribution. While quantitative methods of research based on the data can be calculated to produce a robust assessment. The result of simple linear regression research in this research is Y = 6.268 + 0.391X. By using t test, obtained ttabel value of 1,291 and a mean value 11,916 value t­count 11,916  >ttable 1,291, which mean service quality have significant effect to consumer satisfaction at Workshop UD. Sari Motor Pekanbaru with big influence of 60,2%.

In order to improve the quality and quantity of performance of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Pekanbaru City Health Office, it is necessary to conduct Competency research for all Civil Servants (PNS) of the Pekanbaru City Health Office. This competency is carried out so that office holders can occupy their positions in accordance with their educational qualifications, skills/ experience and attitudes. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on employee performance at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. The number of samples in this study were 91 employees. In the overall validity test the statement of competence and performance variables are declared valid because the rcount > rtable (0.206) is obtained. Simple linear regression results obtained by the value of Y = 2.729 + 0.899X. From the partial test results or t test obtained value of tcount (6.928) > ttable (1.986) with a sig level of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that competence has a significant effect on performance. The coefficient of determination test results (R2) of 0.350 or 35 %, meaning that the magnitude of the influence or contribution given by the competency variable to the performance variable is 35 % while the remaining 65 % is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa yang berbelanja secara online pada website-website berbasis aplikasi pada internet. Adapun Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas (X) terhadap variabel terikat (Y) digunakan analisa Regresi Linear Berganda Berdasarkan hasil Uji Regresi Linear Berganda di peroleh persamaan: Y = 7,994 + 0,243X1 + 0,149X2 + ε.  Kemudian secara simultan didapatkan bahwa kepercayaan dan kemudahan memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian berbelanja secara online. Sedangkan secara parsial baik itu variabel  kepercayaan maupun variabel kemudahan memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian berbelanja secara online. Sedangkan kepercayaan dan  kemudahan dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian berbelanja secara online sebesar 18,4%, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Disisi lain konsumen belumlah percaya sepenuhnya melakukan transaksi berbelanja pada toko online yang ada di website. Namun sebagian besar (80%) mengatakan kemudahan mereka berbelanja pada toko online, seperti mudah dipelajari, mudah digunakan, mudah untuk dilakukan, dan mudah untuk memperoleh informasi produk
