Prolific illegal timber trade between Russia and China cannot be stemmed by present certification schemes and Russian governmental strategies. Blockchain could present a new technological opportunity, simultaneously addressing illegal logging, regulating timber trade and meeting the needs of environmentally-sensitive markets. SWOT analysis of blockchain applicability in Russian-Chinese timber trade is presented. Decentralisation based on smart contracts could ensure timber supply chain transparency through each log cryptographic encryption. However, it is considered complicated as cryptocurrency (on which trade depends) is beyond the legislative sphere of both countries and energy demands are enormous. Beyond cryptocurrency prohibition, huge businesses and governments cannot accept blockchain for international trade because of transparency and cost risks. Digitalisation through blockchain implementation could provide a highly transparent, non-editable system to handle decentralised big data characteristic of the forestry economy, realise Industry 4.0 and develop the "China-Mongolia-Russia" economic corridor. Fundamentally, a workable Russian-Chinese Government-Science-Business model must be cultivated for effective blockchain implementation.

Once again in this study, we emphasizes strongly on applications of mathematical solutions for industrial uses. By using qualitative analysis, synthesis and inductive methods, together with statistic data, our paper target is to analyze aspects of SWOT analysis on blockchain technology and its opportunities for various industries and sectors in emerging markets such as Vietnam. This is based on the original foundation theory indicating that blockchain tech functioned as a mathematical solutions that can be applied for solving commerce secrets, with high data security and can be used for intellectual property. Among our research results is findings on the connection between IoTs - Internet of Things and blockchain tech, as well as relationship between AI - Artificial intelligence and blockchain tech. Last but not least authors propose cybersecurity risk solutions and there are policies implications attached.

Talking about human development, the topic that keeps existing in higher education is skill-gap between university and industry. The challenge is getting harder with shifting conditions in the globe including the issue of industrial revolution 4.0. This challenge has an immediate effect on the existence and the development of vocational academy such as Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute. Therefore, this study explores the changes that occur in as Indonesian Civil Aviation Institute as a result of higher education policy in Indonesia. Abstract Digital and technological innovations that have grown rapidly in recent years have been referred to as the 4th Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0. The paper comprehensively deals with the description of the Advanced building materials, Prefabricated and modular designs as part of Construction 4.0 with a focus on transport construction. The aim of the article is description of this issue comprehensively and with the help of SWOT analysis identify weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats with focus on the transport constructions. The content is complemented by an assessment of the current situation, indicating the possibility of use in practice.

ABSTRACT Industry 4.0 uses many technologies, such as smart sensors and IoT, to fundamentally improve manufacturing processes. These advanced tools can also be utilized by auditors for the purpose of achieving real-time auditing and monitoring, pushing the profession toward a new generation: “Audit 4.0.” Blockchains and smart contracts should be utilized to overcome new challenges in the transformation toward Audit 4.0. This paper explores the potential of blockchain and smart contracts to reengineer current audit procedures, thereby enabling Audit 4.0. First, this paper demonstrates a framework that summarizes where blockchain and smart contracts should be applied to help implement Audit 4.0. Then, it designs and implements a system to facilitate accountability audit for Chinese government officials regarding air pollution control. In this case, real air quality data are collected via crowdsourcing, verified and analyzed by blockchain and smart contracts to achieve a continuous audit of government officials' performance on air protection.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in the economic development of the People's Republic of China. SMEs contribute to the total of 60% gross domestic product (GDP) and 80% employment. Chinese SMEs contribute to the more than 50% of the country tax. In 2015, China released the Made-in-China 2025 plan to response to the German Industry 4.0, which focuses on knowledge-, innovation-, and quality-intensive manufacturing for cutting-edge technology, new materials, key parts of major products. The chapter aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by SMEs in China in the context of Industry 4.0 and Made-in-China 2025. This chapter has used SWOT analysis to explore the challenges and opportunities of Chinese SMEs. Presently, SMEs are facing limited credit facilities, low innovative human capital, sustainable performance as a challenge, and ineffective performance appraisal. This chapter has presented as internationalization, coastal outsourcing, rising middle-class (high consumption), ‘one belt, one road' opportunities for SMEs in Industry 4.0 context.

Abstract. Fardhani I, Kisanuki H, Parikesit. 2018. SWOT analysis for orchid conservation in a forest at Mount Sanggara, West Java, Indonesia. Asian J Ethnobiol 1: 69-74. Mount Sanggara, West Java, Indonesia, specifically in Legok Jero area has orchid diversity consisting of 46 epiphytic and four terrestrial. The diversity indexes (H’) were categorized as medium both for epiphytic and terrestrial species. The problems in Mount Sanggara are due to conversion of forest into coffee plantation and illegal logging although the forest status is protected forest. Besides, orchids are also threatened by illegal collecting. Strategic management is needed to solve these problems. The purpose of this study was to create the proper strategies to manage the forest in a sustainable way for orchid species, surrounding villages, company, and the sustainability of the orchid community itself. This paper explores internal and external factors by SWOT analysis to formulate management strategies. Data were gathered by structured and unstructured interview and questionnaire. The instruments were distributed to company as stake holder, farmer group, and local residents. From the SWOT analysis, several strategies were proposed to optimize the strengths and opportunities for the purpose of overcoming the weaknesses and to avoid the threats. Consequently, the proposed strategies can be an alternative for stakeholder to manage this forest sustainably not only for local residents but also for the orchid community itself.
