SummaryThere is currently no standardized approach for parsing output that the numerous bioinformatical tools generate. Because the framework approach of the Bio-toolkits has some shortcomings, we searched for alternative approaches. To this end, we evaluated scanner generators for various programming languages with respect to their potential of creating standalone, small, and fast applications that can easily be delivered on any modern and many ancient operating systems. We developed sample applications that generate standard SQL database code and thereby greatly simplify the parsing work of data integration and data analysis. At the sourceforge project page the source code and some binaries for a selection of our applications are freely available at http://bioscanners.sourceforge.net.

AbstrakSoftware komputer atau perangkat lunak komputer merupakan kumpulan instruksi (program atau prosedur) untuk dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan secara otomatis dengan cara mengolah atau memproses kumpulan intruksi (data) yang diberikan. (Yahfizham, 2019 : 19) Sebagian besar dari software komputer dibuat oleh (programmer) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman. Orang yang membuat bahasa pemprograman menuliskan perintah dalam bahasa pemprograman seperti layaknya bahasa yang digunakan oleh orang pada umumnya dalam melakukan perbincangan. Perintah-perintah tersebut dinamakan (source code). Program komputer lainnya dinamakan (compiler) yang digunakan pada (source code) dan kemudian mengubah perintah tersebut kedalam bahasa yang dimengerti oleh komputer lalu hasilnya dinamakan program executable (EXE). Abstract. In this work we present the Open Plot Project, an open-source software for structural data analysis, including a 3-D environment. The software includes many classical functionalities of structural data analysis tools, like stereoplot, contouring, tensorial regression, scatterplots, histograms and transect analysis. In addition, efficient filtering tools are present allowing the selection of data according to their attributes, including spatial distribution and orientation. This first alpha release represents a stand-alone toolkit for structural data analysis. The presence of a 3-D environment with digitalising tools allows the integration of structural data with information extracted from georeferenced images to produce structurally validated dip domains. This, coupled with many import/export facilities, allows easy incorporation of structural analyses in workflows for 3-D geological modelling. Accordingly, Open Plot Project also candidates as a structural add-on for 3-D geological modelling software. The software (for both Windows and Linux O.S.), the User Manual, a set of example movies (complementary to the User Manual), and the source code are provided as Supplement. We intend the publication of the source code to set the foundation for free, public software that, hopefully, the structural geologists' community will use, modify, and implement. The creation of additional public controls/tools is strongly encouraged.

The selection of the computer language to adopt is usually driven by intuition and expertise, since it is very diffcult to compare languages taking into account all their characteristics. In this paper, we analyze the effciency of programming languages through Data Envelopment Analysis. We collected the input data fromThe Computer Language Benchmarks Game: we consider a large set of languages in terms of computational time, memory usage, and source code size. Various benchmark problems are tackled. We analyze the results first of all considering programming languages individually. Then, we evaluate families of them sharing some characteristics, for example, being compiled or interpreted.

The article reveals the conditions for choosing the programming environment as a means of teaching students of the general education school to programming in modern languages. The main conditions that influence the choice of the programming environment are determined: technical characteristics of computers and system requirements of the programming environment; availability of operating systems and additional software required for the functioning of the programming environment; functional of the programming environment; the interface of the programming environment; availability of documentation for the software environment; availability of educational and methodological support; level of competence of the teacher of computer science. The characteristics of the most common programming environments in C / C ++, C #, Java are analyzed. The selection of the programming environment for studying each of the specified programming languages is substantiated for the training of beginning programmers and students who have programming skills.

New Santri Admission (Penerimaan Santri Baru) is an administrative process for the selection of new student candidates. The PSB process is always carried out manually at each school institution, especially the Islamic Boarding Schools, which will cause various difficulties from several related parties. Therefore the New Santri Admission System was created online or the term can be called the online PSB. . An idea emerged to create a new student admission information system based on the SQL database. With this system, pesantren or administrators can manage the implementation of student registration for web technology using the PHP programming language and new languages. such as rapid registration and announcements.

he report explores and analyzes the application of the most popular programming languages from different organizations: GitHub; Stackoverflow; the TIOBE's Community index. The main client technologies: HTML; CSS; JavaScript; Typescript are presented and analysed. Features are characterized and the advantages and the disadvantages of the server technologies are described: Java; PHP; Python; Ruby. The application areas for web site development technologies have been defined. Abstract The failure analysis community working on highly integrated mixed signal circuitry is entering an era where simultaneously System-On-Chip technologies, denser metallization schemes, on-chip dissipation techniques and intelligent packages are being introduced. These innovations bring a great deal of defect accessibility challenges to the failure analyst. To contend in this era while aiming for higher efficiency and effectiveness, the failure analysis environment must undergo a disruptive evolution. The success or failure of an analysis will be determined by the careful selection of tools, data and techniques in the applied analysis flow. A comprehensive approach is required where hardware, software, data analysis, traditional FA techniques and expertise are complementary combined [1]. This document demonstrates this through the incorporation of advanced scan diagnosis methods in the overall analysis flow for digital functionality failures and supporting the enhanced failure analysis methodology. For the testing and diagnosis of the presented cases, compact but powerful scan test FA Lab hardware with its diagnosis software was used [2]. It can therefore easily be combined with the traditional FA techniques to provide stimulus for dynamic fault localizations [3]. The system combines scan chain information, failure data and layout information into one viewing environment which provides real analysis power for the failure analyst. Comprehensive data analysis is performed to identify failing cells/nets, provide a better overview of the failure and the interactions to isolate the fault further to a smaller area, or to analyze subtle behavior patterns to find and rationalize possible faults that are otherwise not detected. Three sample cases will be discussed in this document to demonstrate specific strengths and advantages of this enhanced FA methodology.

In this study using Data Mining, namely K-Means Clustering. Data Mining can be used in searching for a large enough data analysis that aims to enable Indocomputer to know and classify service data based on customer complaints using Weka Software. In this study using the algorithm K-Means Clustering to predict or classify complaints about hardware damage on Payakumbuh Indocomputer. And can find out the data of Laptop brands most do service on Indocomputer Payakumbuh as one of the recommendations to consumers for the selection of Laptops.
