New Santri Admission (Penerimaan Santri Baru) is an administrative process for the selection of new student candidates. The PSB process is always carried out manually at each school institution, especially the Islamic Boarding Schools, which will cause various difficulties from several related parties. Therefore the New Santri Admission System was created online or the term can be called the online PSB. . An idea emerged to create a new student admission information system based on the SQL database. With this system, pesantren or administrators can manage the implementation of student registration for web technology using the PHP programming language and new languages. such as rapid registration and announcements.

Acceptance of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions every year, the number of prospective students who register causes the new student admission committee cannot manage everything properly so that it is less effective in handling it. In this study, the new student admission system used by Al-Basyariah Vocational School Bojong Gede still uses the system manually, which still uses paper records, so that minimal damage and even data loss occurs. Making a new student registration information system is expected to facilitate new prospective students in registering by saving time and costs compared to coming directly to school and with the information system of new student admissions, it is expected to help and simplify the processing of students in this school.

Abstract: Registration information system is one form of technology whose development plays an important role in recruiting new members in a particular agency. In the tradition the boarding school registration system used still uses the system manually in accepting new santri or managing new santri data. The design of the new santri registration information system at this modern website-based boarding school Darunna’im aims to make it easier for new santri candidates to register for the pesantren boarding school online or as a media that facilitates the administration in managing the data of new santri candidates and the features of this website new online. This website is implemented on technology including, using the PHP language as a programming language and MySQL as a database with the design using CSS and using the waterfall method as the flow of making this website. This website is useful for new santri candidates and the administration of Islamic boarding schools in registering as to register prospective santri and managing the data of new santri online with it as an alternative form of media in this modern era, without having directly to the cottage and facilitate data collection. Keywords: Registration, Website, Waterfall, Santri Abstrak: Sistem informasi pendaftaran merupakan salah satu bentuk teknologi yang perkembangannya berperan penting dalam merekrut anggota baru pada suatu instansi tertentu. Dalam tradisi pondok pesantren sistem pendaftaran yang digunakan masih menggunakan sistem secara manual dalam menerima santri baru ataupun memanajemen data santri baru. Perancangan Sistem informasi pendaftaran santri baru pada pondok pesantren modern darunnaim berbasis website ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah calon santri baru melakukan pendaftaran kepihak pondok pesanteren secara online atau sebagai media yang memudahkan administrasi dalam memanajemen data calon santri baru dan adapun fitur didalam website ini yakni penyeleksian ujian calon santri baru secara online. Website ini memanfaatkan penggunaan bahasa pemprograman PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman serta MySQL sebagai database dengan desain menggunakan CSS dan menggunakan metode waterfall sebagai alur pembuatan website ini. Website ini berguna untuk calon santri baru dan pihak administrasi pondok pesantren dalam mendaftarkan diri sebagai calon santri dan memanajemen data calon santri baru dengan secara online sebagai bentuk media alternatif dalam era modern ini, tanpa harus mendaftarkan langsung ke pondok serta memudahkan dalam pendataan. Kata kunci: Pendaftaran, Website, Waterfall, Santri

One of the education problems in this country is the zoning policy in the new student admission system (PPDB). This is in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) in 2016 which began with the use of zoning for the administration of national exams. Then in 2017 the zoning system was implemented for the first time in implementing PPDB, and was refined in 2018 through Permendikbud Number 14 of 2018. The first problem faced is the zoning system organized by State Junior High Schools in Medan and the Education Office which still causes unrest for the community, especially parents, where the implementation has not been carried out in a transparent manner, both the number of prospective students who have registered at the school and the scoring system based on distance, the achievement of prospective students and the transfer of parents' duties. The second problem is the system for announcing the acceptance of prospective students who have passed a certain school is not generally published. The solution offered to deal with problems that occur to partners is by transferring science and technology in the form of management information system-based applications and services to partners in the form of a new student admission information system (PPDB), training related to the use of the PPDB system, and assistance to partners. . The result of this community service program is to increase insight and knowledge of skills for partners in optimizing the use of information systems and information technology to support PPDB operational activities, improving partners' skills and abilities in using school service management applications designed to facilitate the school PPDB process and implementation of PPDB. which is organized by schools and education offices to become more transparent to the public.

New Student Admission Information System at Karyadarma University has not used a web-based information system. This information system is an information system used to facilitate the registration administration process so as to make it easier for the Admissions Committee at the University of  Kupang Karyadarma. In developing the New Student Admission Information System using the Laravel framework method. This information system uses the PHP programming language and MYSQL database server. The system testing method uses blackbox and usability testing. The results of this study are a website-based New Student Admission Information System that can help the ongoing performance. The results of testing the software that was developed obtained a functionality value of 1 (Good), testing the usability aspect obtained results with a percentage of 94.66% (Very Eligible).

New student registration is one of the processes that is normally carried out every year in educational institutions such as schools. New student registration is useful for screening prospective students who have been selected tobecome their students. In this research the process of registering new students at SMK Putra Rifara is done conventionally and has not been computerized, which allows many errors from writing data, stacking files and losing data. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to make a registration information system for SMK Putra Rifara. So the research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and library methods. The new student registration in formation system is buit with the PHP programming language and utilizes the MySQL database as a database server. The results of this study are web-based new student registration information systems that have the ability to provide data accuracy and ease for parents and prospective new students to obtain information about the school.

Abstrak: Pendidikan adalah hal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan suatu bangsa, pada era sekarang ini pendidikan sudah harus bisa menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang ada dengan mengagas kurikulum baru yaitu kurikulum 2013 berbasis komputasi. Pada Sekolah As-Sabiquun belum ada sistem yang terkomputerisasi dalam hal peneriman siswa baru sehingga sering terjadi kerangkapan data, karena sebab itu sekolah  As-Sabiquun sangat membutuhkan adanya sistem informasi yang menunjang dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru .  Dengan demikian sudah sewajarnya jika perombakan terjadi pada sistem sekolah dengan menggunakan teknologi terkomputerisasi salah satunya adalah untuk masalah penerimaan siswa baru pada sekolah As-Sabiquun. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data siswa pada sekolah As-Sabiquun.   Kata kunci: sistem informasi ,sistem penerimaan siswa baru, waterfall   Abstract: Education is a very influential thing on the development of a nation, in this current era education must be able to adjust to the development of existing technology by examining the new curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum based on computing. In the As-Sabiquun School there is no computerized system in terms of the acceptance of new students so that duplication of data often occurs, because of that the As-Sabiquun school is in need of an information system that supports the admission process of new students. Thus it is natural that an overhaul occurs in the school system using computerized technology one of which is for the problem of admission of new students to the As-Sabiquun school. The method used in the development of this system is to use the waterfall method. The clinic is one of the public services engaged in the health sector which is inseparable from the development of information technology. Smart Medica Clinic in data processing is still done manually where information about the Smart Medica clinic is difficult to obtain, such as information about the doctor and also the doctor's schedule on duty while the Smart Medica clinic is one of the largest clinics in Sekayu Regency and also already famous and has many patients. With this situation, web-based information systems are built so that services to the community can be comprehensive and the Smart Medica Clinic can provide information that is needed by patients up to date and also patient satisfaction is fulfilled. This information system was built using the WaterFall method, using the PHP programming language and the My Sql database.

This paper presents a methodology to bridge the gap between business process modeling and workflow specification. While the first is concerned with intuitive descriptions that are mainly used for communication, the second is concerned with configuring a process-aware information system, thus requiring a more rigorous language less suitable for communication. Unlike existing approaches the gap is not bridged by providing formal semantics for an informal language. Instead it is assumed that the desired behavior is just a subset of the full behavior obtained using a liberal interpretation of the informal business process modeling language. Using a new correctness criterion (relaxed soundness), it is verified whether a selection of suitable behavior is possible. The methodology consists of five steps and is illustrated using event-driven process chains as a business process modeling language and Petri nets as the workflow specification language.

The increasing need for property in Tanjungpinang City is very growing, especially in the housing sector. Selection of property based on location and facilities and infrastructure is always a consideration for the community in making decisions to buy a property. Difficulty finding property location information in a certain area often occurs, resulting in people not getting references about the properties offered in Tanjungpinang City. The purpose of this research is to create a web-based geographic information system (GIS) regarding the distribution of the number of properties on offer, especially in Tanjungpinang City using a web-based mapping approach. In the development of Property GIS the author uses the Waterfall method and in the analysis of system requirements it is modeled with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQLI database. It is hoped that the results of making this property's geographic information system can help the public to find out information about the distribution of properties offered, such as the location of property coordinates, addresses, prices, property photos, property specification data and property developer data.
