The application of JF Standard in learning Japanese especially in the Sakubun Shochukyu course is new and needs to be evaluated how the achievement of it’s learning targets. This study aims to find out how the semester 3 students' abilities are in writing. The research uses a quantitative approach and the research data are discussed with descriptive techniques. To assess the results of student essays used essay grading rubric based on JF Standard with 4 grading levels namely ganbare, mousukoshi, dekimashita, and subarashii for each item assessed. The results showed that in general, the students' writing ability was in the "dekimashita" or “very good” category with the note that there were still some errors in using grammar. Statistically, 1 student has a very high ability, 4 students have high ability, 18 students have the medium ability, and the remaining 8 are students who have low ability.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAI Almaarif Singosari Malang, yang berlokasi di Jl. Masjid No. 28 Singosari Malang dengan 65 responden dari semua pendidik. Penelitian ini merupakan sensus karena semua pendidik dijadikan responden. Objek penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui deskripsi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan loyalitas pendidik di SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap budaya organisasi di SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap loyalitas pendidik di SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (4) Mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas pendidik di SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (5) Mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah melalui budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas pendidik di SMAI Almaarif Singosari.            Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu suatu metode yang data penelitiannya berupa angka dan analisisnya menggunakan statistik. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif sedangkan analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Path. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel, yaitu: variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X), variabel budaya organisasi (Z), dan variabel loyalitas pendidik (Y).            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara deskriptif kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dianggap sangat tinggi, budaya organisasi dianggap tinggi dan loyalitas pendidik sangat tinggi. (2) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMAI Almaarif Singosari memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. (3) Budaya organisasi di SMAI Almaarif Singosari memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pendidik. (4) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMAI Almaarif Singosari memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pendidik (5) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah melalui budaya organisasi di SMAI Almaarif Singosari tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pendidik. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Loyalitas.            This research implemented at SMAI Almaarif Singosari Malang, located on Jl. Masjid No. 28 Singosari Malang with 65 respondents of all educators. This research is a census because all educators were made as respondents. The object of this research are (1) Knowing the description of the headmaster's leadership, organizational culture and loyalty of educators at the SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (2) Knowing the influence of the headmaster's leadership on organizational culture at SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (3) Knowing the influence of the headmaster's leadership on the loyalty of educators at SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (4) Knowing the influence of organizational culture on the loyalty of educators at SMAI Almaarif Singosari. (5) Knowing the influence of headmaster’s leadership through organizational culture on the loyalty of educators at SMAI Almaarif Singosari.            This research uses a quantitative approach, which is a method whose research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis while the statistical analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study is Path Analysis. This research uses three variables, that is: headmaster leadership variable (X), organizational culture variable (Z), and loyalty of educators variable (Y).            The results of this research showed that: (1) Descriptively the Principal leadership is considered very high, the organizational culture is considered high and the loyalty of educators is very high. (2) Principal leadership at SMAI Almaarif Singosari has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. (3) Organizational culture at SMAI Almaarif Singosari has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of educators. (4) Principal leadership at SMAI Almaarif Singosari has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of educators (5) Principal leadership through organizational culture at SMAI Almaarif Singosari has no significant effect on the loyalty of educators. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Loyalty.

This study aims to inform student errors in solving statistical problems type HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills). There are five varians students ability, that are very high, high, medium, low, and very low. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Subjects in the study involved 36 high school students. The object of this research is the students' errors in solving HOTS type statistical problems. Data collection tecniques used are test tecniques and direct communication teniques (interviews). The results resreach obtained are 3 students with very high ability, 12 students with high ability, 10 students with moderate ability, 6 students with low ability, and 5 students with very low ability to solve statistical problems in the HOTS type. Analytical framework for exposing errors using the Newman method. While the data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis of Miles and Huberman. Whereas the errors made by students are  reading errors (R), comprehension errors (C), transformation errors (T), process skill errors (P), encoding errors (E). This research is based on the low ability to write deductive paragraph, the average result of deductive paregrat writing ability obtained by students is 27,55 or with failure category. To improve the learning outcomes, the researcher performs improvement research by applying the drill merode. This research is a classroom action research conducted in class III C SD Negeri 006 Kubang Jaya, Kecamatan Siak Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar, this research is done in two cycles, using four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The result of research stated that the ability of writing paragraphs and learning activities has increased, in cycle I the activity of teacher get score 28 (46,6%), in cycle II activity of teacher have increase with score 57 (95,00%), while in activity of sisswa in cycle I get score 1395 (80,20%), in cycle II student activity have increase with score 1478 (84,90%). The ability to write a deductive paragraph of students also experienced an increase, in the first cycle average writing ability of students is 43.89 with the category less, and in the second cycle average writing ability of students is 68.03 with enough category. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the ability to write a paragraph deductive students class III C SD Negeri 006 Kubang Jaya, Kecamatan Siak Hulu, Kabupaten Kampar, increased after applied drill method.

Abstract A. altissima, native to China, is a short to medium-size deciduous tree valued chiefly for timber, shade and urban amenity plantings. It is tolerant of drought, poor soils and pollution and so can be grown in difficult urban locations, although it is considered as a potentially weedy species in the USA (Shah, 1997). It is an aggressive pioneer species, characterized by rapid juvenile growth and prolific seed production and has a very high ability to coppice once established. It requires well-aerated and moist soils to produce good, single-stemmed trees.

The aim of this research were to describe the implementation of Using G - Suite Docs to Improve Students’ Writing Ability at SMA Negeri 1 Batuan, Sumenep and to find out  the achievement of student’s writing ability in Using G - Suite at SMA Negeri 1 Batuan, Sumenep. The approach used in this research was classroom action research. Data collection tools in this study were observation sheets of learning management through G-Suite Docs media, student activity observation sheets and tests. The objects of this study were 25 students of class XII IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Batuan even semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The research showed that the result of implementing of using G-Suite Docs showed that the students were more enthusiastic in writing discussion text and all students could respond to their group work by commenting on the process in writing. Moreover, the students achievement from the initial conditions up to second cycle. The average of initial condition was 66.6 changed to be 79.64 or increased 80% with the result of completeness reaching 92%.   Keywords: G - Suite Docs, Writing ability, Discussion Text

ResumoEm nome de muitos “modismos” pedagógicos se sacrifica a infância com práticas inadequadas à fase da criança, desrespeitando seu modo de ser e sua linguagem própria, que é o brincar. Este artigo resulta de uma pesquisa realizada no Centro Educacional Amerecilda Conceição Fernandes Rezende, no município de Campo Verde (MT), com o objetivo de averiguar na percepção dos pais a importância que estes atribuem para o ensino da linguagem escrita e do brincar na Educação Infantil. Discute-se na problemática se há pressão por parte dos pais para que os professores iniciem o ensino da linguagem escrita nas fases de Pré I, II e III (4 a 6 anos) e se os professores sentem ou não tal pressão. Nesta trajetória se buscou traduzir a posição dos pais a respeito do problema, bem como o posicionamento dos professores. A metodologia considerada nesta investigação é de natureza aplicada, com uma abordagem quantitativa, no sentido de quantificar os dados e qualitativa no sentido de explicar a realidade pesquisada. Quanto aos objetivos é descritiva, e quanto aos procedimentos técnicos se caracteriza como pesquisa de campo. Os dados foram coletados mediante a aplicação de questionário com uma amostra de cinquenta e quatro pais e entrevistas coletivas e individuais com sete professores. Ao finalizar a pesquisa, conclui-se que há uma pressão implícita, por parte dos pais, e que os professores sentem essa pressão de várias fontes, até mesmo deles próprios. Palavras-chave: Cuidar. AbstractIn the name of many pedagogical “fads”, childhood is sacrificed with practices inappropriate to the child's stage, disrespecting their way of being and their own language, which is playing. This article is the result of a research carried out at Centro Educacional Amerecilda Conceição Fernandes Rezende, in the municipality of Campo Verde (MT), with the aim of ascertaining in the parents' perception the importance they attach to the teaching of written language and playing in early childhood education. . The issue is discussed whether there is pressure on the parents’ part for teachers to start teaching written language in the Pre I, II and III phases (4 to 6 years) and whether or not teachers feel such pressure. In this trajectory, it was sought to translate the parents 'position regarding the problem, as well as the teachers' position. The methodology considered in this investigation is of an applied nature, with a quantitative approach, in order to quantify the data and qualitative in order to explain the researched reality. As for the objectives, it is descriptive, and for technical procedures, it is characterized as field research. Data were collected through the application of a questionnaire with a sample of fifty-four parents and collective and individual interviews with seven teachers. At the end of the research, it is concluded that there is an implicit pressure from parents and that teachers feel this pressure from several sources, even from themselves. keywords: Caring. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU through genius learning strategies and lecture methods. Research data collection techniques using observation, documentation and tests. The research data analysis technique used a descriptive writing test through direct learning and observation models to see student learning activity. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to write anecdotes through genius learning strategies and lecture methods in class X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU. In cycle 1, an average value of 66.68 was obtained, students who achieved completeness were 22 students or the percentage of completeness was 61.11%. In cycle 2 the average value is 69.28%. Students who achieved completeness were 29 students or the average persetanse completeness was 80.56%. Furthermore, in cycle 3 the average value is 76.81. Students who achieved completeness were 34 students or the percentage of student completeness was 94.44%.

One important element in public information disclosure is the Information Commission. the information commission has a function in conducting mediation and adjudication. The Cirebon Regency Regional Information Commission is one of the commissions authorized to resolve information disputes in Cirebon Regency. the important thing in carrying out its duties is the Cirebon Regency Regional Information Commission's performance. The performance will be related to human resource competencies. The formulation of research is the competence and performance of the Secretariat and the Regional Information Commission of Cirebon Regency in resolving information disputes. The purpose of the study was to determine the competence and performance of the Secretariat and the Regional Information Commission of Cirebon Regency in resolving information disputes. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data was taken through a questionnaire with a total sampling method from the secretariat elements and commissioners. The results obtained that human resource competencies secretariat unit  and commissioner have very good competence in resolve information disputes. the performance of the secretariat and commissioners based on statistical calculations is stated to be very good.

This study aims to examine the role of managerial in firm decisions. This study recognizes that managerial plays an important role in corporate decision making. Decisions carried out by the company are not only influenced by the manager's explicit mandate to maximize firm value, but also by the manager's ability to manage the company. In previous research it was found that high-ability and low-ability managers have opposite effects on firm behavior and firm value. High-ability managers accept risk-taking whereas low-ability managers refrain from taking risks. Managerial Ability in this study was measured using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) while for firm risk-taking behavior using the return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and research and development costs to total assets (R&D). The model used in this study is a causality model or the relationship of influence between research variables. The proposed model is analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) causality technique. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) in 2013-2017. However, unlike previous studies, the results of this study indicate that highly capable managers play a role in minimizing corporate risk taking. This research contributes as a reference for Indonesian corporate investors and also regulators as a reflection of the effectiveness of regulations made in Indonesia.

This research was quasi-experimental research that aimed to find out the extent of the improvement students' writing ability by using the Four Square Technique on the descriptive text at students X SMAN 3 Takalar. the researcher took 53 samples, 28 students as the experimental group and 25 students as the control group. The research data was obtained by giving a pre-test and post-test and analyzed by using the Dependent Sample T- Test. The result of the data showed that students' writing ability improved. It was proved from score result of tobs (16,673) which was higher than ttable (2.052) and sig. P (0.05) was higher than sig.score (0.000). Students' writing ability improve by 0.1% after using the Four Square Technique from pre-test mean score was 65.07 and the post-test mean score was 75.14. So, it can be concluded that using Four Square Technique can improve students' writing ability in writing a descriptive text at students X SMAN 3 Takalar. By using it, students showed that they can be motivated in writing, students more easily generate and organize their ideas into a text so that students’ writing was more organized also easy to understand.
