<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model yang mampu meningkatkan komitmen organisasional. Peran ganda (dual identity) anggota Partisipasi penting untuk meningkatkan komitmen yang dipengaruhi beberapa faktor diantaranya karakteristik individu, kepribadian, attitude, proses belajar, kemampuan, dan persepsi, serta motivasi. Faktor-faktor tersebut akan membangun komitmen organisasional dan akan mewujudkan tinggi-rendahnya partisipasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) sebagai alat analisis dengan jumlah sampel 116 responden. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepribadian secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, motivasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, proses belajar secara langsung berpe-ngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan, kemampuan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggota.</p><p>The purposes of this research was to enhance organizational commitment. Members’ dual identity in a Koperasi as the owner and the customer at Koperasi is very important to improve organizational commitment since it is easier to achieve the Koperasi success. Implementing members’ dual identity is becoming the customers. The members’ participation in Koperasi activities is influenced by many factors such as; individual characteristics, personality, attitude, learning process, ability, perception, and motivation. Those factors will build the organizational commitment and realize the high or low participation. This researchis expected to produce a model whichcan improve organizational commitment and participation of Koperasi members. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) as an analytical toolwith 116 respondents as the samples. The results showed that personality gave directly positive and significant influence toward motivation, motivation gave directly significant and positive influence toward organizational commitment, learning process gave directly positive and significant influence toward ability, ability gave directly significant and positive influence toward organizational commitment, organizational commitment gavedirectly significant and positive influence toward member participation.</p>

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to propose a conceptual model and to investigate the relationships among internal marketing, organizational commitment and job performance in sport and fitness services. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected using a questionnaire survey from 254 employees at each of 12 municipal sport centers in Taipei City and were analyzed primarily using structural equation modeling techniques. Findings The results indicated that internal marketing has positive effects on organizational commitment and job performance. Moreover, organizational commitment has a positive influence on job performance and plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between internal marketing and job performance. The findings identify the relationships among internal marketing, organizational commitment and job performance. Originality/value This study proposed and tested an empirical model linking internal marketing, organizational commitment and job performance in sport and fitness services. Moreover, this study further probed into the path of influence of internal marketing strategies on job performance of employees by including their organizational commitment in the mediating process. The findings of this study have insightful implications and emphasize the important role of internal marketing in the management of customer service in sports.

This research aimed to analyze the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of leadership behavior and work environment towards organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Headquarter. The populations in this research were 317 employees. There were 177 employees were taken as sample using Slovin’s formula with 5% error tolerance. Then, a quota sampling method was used in administering questionnaires to respondents. Data collected were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.8 for Windows. The results showed that leadership behavior had a slight positive, but not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. However, work environment had a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment had positively and significantly mediated the influences of both leadership behavior and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior.

In this study there are 3 variables used, namely incentives, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. X1 = incentives, X2 = organizational culture, and Y = organizational commitment. Incentives in the form of rewards, awards or benefits provided to employees for their hard work given to the company, so that indirectly foster their loyalty to the company. While organizational culture is a belief in the values that are embraced, and trusted, which values are the guidelines for every employee of the organization in carrying out organizational activities. And for organizational commitment is where employees in this organization want to remain part of the organization's members and want to do anything to remain in the organization. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives and culture on organizational commitment. The data used in this study are primary data. and this research data is processed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). The choice of using PLS-SEM is because the sample used in the study was relatively small, namely 26 people. Which is because the population used in this study is small. The population consists of employees of PT. Rizky Indah Makmur. From the results of this study, the fact is that there is a positive influence between the incentives and organizational culture on organizational commitment.Pada penelitian ini terdapat 3 variabel yang digunakan yaitu insentif, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi. X1= insentif, X2= budaya organsisi, dan Y= komitmen organisasi. Insentif adalah berupa imbalan, penghargaan atau tunjangan yang diberikan kepada karyawan atas kerja keras mereka yang mereka berikan kepada perusahaan, agar mereka secara tidak langsung menumbuhkan loyalitas mereka kepada karyawan. Sedangkan budaya organisasi adalah kepercayaan yang dianut akan nilai-nilai yang dipercayai, yang mana nilainilai tersebut sebagai pedoman setiap karyawan organisasi dalam menjalankan kegiatan organisasi. Dan untuk komitmen organisasi adalah situasi dimana karyawan pada organisasi tersebut ingin tetap menjadi bagian dari anggota organisasi tersebut dan ingin melakukan apa pun agar tetap berada di dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data yang bersifat data primer. Yang mana data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). Pemilihan penggunaan PLS-SEM dikarenakan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian relatif kecil, yaitu 26 orang. Yang mana hal tersebut disebabkan karena populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kecil. Populasi tersebut terdiri dari karyawan-karyawan PT. Rizky Indah Makmur Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara indentif dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Individual characteristics, Job satisfaction of hospital nurse Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitments as Intervening Variable Background: A hospital organization supported by competent nurses encourages the creation of the best services from the hospital. Work in a hospital could flexible by individually and in a team, competent nurses can work professionally in hospitals and must be able to work in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as well.Purpose: To determine Individual characteristics, Job satisfaction of hospital nurse organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitments as Intervening VariableMethod: An analysis of the research with a structural equation model, at the Cut Meutia Lhokseumawe Hospital in North Aceh with a total sample of 120 nurses using simple random sampling method.Results: Finding that individual characteristics and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational commitment, individual characteristics and job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect on OCB. Pekerjaan dalam dunia kerja harus dikerjakan secara fleksibel oleh individu dan tim, oleh karena itu perawat dirumah sakit harus mampu menjalankan OCB yang baik.Tujuan: Menguji pengaruh karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengaruh karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja serta komitmen organisasi.Metode: Menggunakan analisa model structural equation modeling, dan dilakukan di RSUD Cut Meutia Lhokseumawe Aceh Utara.   jumlah sampel 120 perawat dengan teknik sampling metode simple random sampling.Hasil: Ditemukan karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja serta  komitemen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Peran komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening  memediasi hubungan karakteristik individu dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourcing in the period 2013-2015. Motivational influence on the performance of the jobholder and outsourcing. The influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction among permanent employees and outsourcing. The influence of commitment organizational to employee performance between permanent employees and outsourcing by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. A sample of 60 respondents ie 55 permanent employees and five employees of outsourcing from year 2013 to 2015, then the authors examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, as for data collection techniques used by the researcher is a questionnaire is a technique of data collection in research by using a questionnaire that contains a list of questions to the respondent. Analytical techniques used in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS operated by AMOS program 21.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) to Job Satisfaction (Y1), there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) on Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1), exists a positive and significant influence between a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) to Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Performance (Y2).

The research focusing on expanding scientific studies to see the effect of internal communication by checking employee’s perception in keeping the company internal symmetric communication for maintaining the commitment to the company. This research further discuss about the organization casual commitment relationship, internal communication, meaning of works and work engagement. The method conducted in this research is through survey with descriptive approach. Causal modeling or relations and cause, or known as path analysis is the model used for this research. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SMARTPLS 3.0 program. The direct effect from exogen variable to the endogen will be analyzed through the Partial Least Square. Research said that there is  a positive and significant influence of internal communication to colleague, organization commitment and meaning of works. Furthermore, meaning of works is giving a positive influence and significant to organization commitment and work engagement. The outcome of this research can be used as reference and information for developing knowledge, specifically in the field of human resource management in developing theory in organizational commitment.

Data analysis method that will be used is Stuctural Equation Modeling analysis. In this study data analysis using PLS approach. PLS is a model of SEM equations based on components or variants. Population in this research is all employees of Agency Personnel, Education and Training Area of Samarinda City. The results showed that; Leadership gives a negative influence on motivation, leadership does not have a significant effect on motivation, Leadership gives a positive influence on performance, leadership gives no significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a positive influence on motivation, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on motivation, organizational commitment has a negative influence on performance, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on performance, work ability has a positive influence on motivation, work ability provides significant influence on motivation, work ability gives a positive influence on performance, work ability provides insignificant influence on performance, motivation has a positive influence on performance, motivation has a significant influence on the performance.

Along with the forming of East Halmahera Regency at 2003, development activities develop rapidly. One of several determining factors of development success is determined by nation apparatus resource. The number of PNS that become the population in this research are employees in the Capital of East Halmahera Regency that isMabaCitywhich total population is 617 persons.           Human resources management influences organizational performance by increasing employee’s commitment that supported by good behavior of all employees. When each employee has commitment, good individual characteristics and good motivation, every employee is hopefully will be able to get working satisfaction and then, these satisfied employee will be able to increase their performance.           In this research, there is 200 employees or 31,32 percent (200/617 x 100%) from the whole population. However, the fact in the field shows that the number of questionnaire as the result of respondents’ answer cannot be tabulated completely, because there is only 194 questionnaire that considered appropriate. It is because 6 of them are destroyed and cannot be interpreted. Sample collection is done by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. Relation among variables in this research is analyzed with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS 4.01 program.          The result of examination to Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) criteria after model is modified shows that confirmatory analysis and structural Equation Modeling in this research can be accepted because of model fit with Chi-square score = 164.94 (critical value < 124.34); GFI = 0,924 (critical value > 0,90); and AGFI = 0,841 (critical value > 0,90). From the result of this research model, it is found out that organizational commitment, career development and work motivation is effective enough when it is used as stimulator of jobb satisfaction and employee’s performance. In other words, work satisfaction and employee’s performance can be improved through organizational commitment, career development; work motivation and individual characteristics. Among organization commitment, career development, work motivation and individual characteristic variables in the forming of jobb satisfaction and employee’s performance, individual characteristic gives the lowest contribution. It shows that individual characteristic is a factor that needs to receive better attention in order to support employee working achievement. Keywords:    organizational commitment, career development, work motivation, individual characteristics, job satisfaction, employee performance, East Halmahera Regency.

This study examined the effect of individual characteristics and transformational leadership on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the employees at the Department of Islamic Shari'a. The samples were 114 employees. The analytical tool used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) tools. The results showed that individual characteristics and transformational leadership affected job satisfaction. Individual characteristics and job satisfaction also significantly affected organizational commitment. However, transformational leadership did not influence organizational commitment. Then, in testing the indirect relationship, job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment. But job satisfaction fully mediated the effect of individual characteristics on organizational commitment
