Data analysis method that will be used is Stuctural Equation Modeling analysis. In this study data analysis using PLS approach. PLS is a model of SEM equations based on components or variants. Population in this research is all employees of Agency Personnel, Education and Training Area of Samarinda City. The results showed that; Leadership gives a negative influence on motivation, leadership does not have a significant effect on motivation, Leadership gives a positive influence on performance, leadership gives no significant effect on performance, organizational commitment has a positive influence on motivation, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on motivation, organizational commitment has a negative influence on performance, organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on performance, work ability has a positive influence on motivation, work ability provides significant influence on motivation, work ability gives a positive influence on performance, work ability provides insignificant influence on performance, motivation has a positive influence on performance, motivation has a significant influence on the performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of attitude has a significant influence on agent intentions, the influence of subjective norms on agent intentions, the effect of self-control on agent intentions in marketing halal mart products. This study uses the Theory Planned Behavior method and structured equation modeling (SEM) to see the effect of agents on the intentions and performance of agents to market halalmart products through measurement in terms of attitudes, subjective norms and self-control. The results of the research data show that attitudes, subjective norms and self-control have a significant and positive influence on the intentions of the agents to improve performance in marketing halalmart products.


This research aimed at finding the contribution of competence, motivation, and creativity toward teacher’s performance through work satisfaction on teachers at model schools in Batam. 117 teachers from three model schools were set as the targeted respondents. A questioner was given to the teachers to gain data on teacher’s competence, motivation, creativity, work satisfaction, and performance. The questioners were analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 22.0, for its reliability and validity, and System Equation Modeling (SEM) version 22.0 for normality, regression co-efficient, and determination. The data result showed that: (1)there are three variables which significantly have positive influence; competence toward work satisfaction, motivation toward work satisfaction, and motivation toward teacher’s performance;(2)one variable significantly have negative influence, that is creativity toward work satisfaction; (3) one variable has not-significant negative influence: creativity toward teacher performance;(4) two variables have not significant positive influence: competence toward teacher’s performance and creativity toward teacher’s performance. The contribution of competence, motivation and creativity toward work satisfaction is 76.1%, and the contribution of competence, motivation, and creativity toward teacher’s performance is 29.1%. In the three model schools in Batam, competence and motivation have positive contribution toward work satisfaction; motivation has positive contribution toward teacher’s performance; creativity does not contribute toward work satisfaction; competence and creativity contribute to teacher’s performance although is not significant.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model yang mampu meningkatkan komitmen organisasional. Peran ganda (dual identity) anggota Partisipasi penting untuk meningkatkan komitmen yang dipengaruhi beberapa faktor diantaranya karakteristik individu, kepribadian, attitude, proses belajar, kemampuan, dan persepsi, serta motivasi. Faktor-faktor tersebut akan membangun komitmen organisasional dan akan mewujudkan tinggi-rendahnya partisipasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) sebagai alat analisis dengan jumlah sampel 116 responden. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepribadian secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, motivasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, proses belajar secara langsung berpe-ngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan, kemampuan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggota.</p><p>The purposes of this research was to enhance organizational commitment. Members’ dual identity in a Koperasi as the owner and the customer at Koperasi is very important to improve organizational commitment since it is easier to achieve the Koperasi success. Implementing members’ dual identity is becoming the customers. The members’ participation in Koperasi activities is influenced by many factors such as; individual characteristics, personality, attitude, learning process, ability, perception, and motivation. Those factors will build the organizational commitment and realize the high or low participation. This researchis expected to produce a model whichcan improve organizational commitment and participation of Koperasi members. This study uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) as an analytical toolwith 116 respondents as the samples. The results showed that personality gave directly positive and significant influence toward motivation, motivation gave directly significant and positive influence toward organizational commitment, learning process gave directly positive and significant influence toward ability, ability gave directly significant and positive influence toward organizational commitment, organizational commitment gavedirectly significant and positive influence toward member participation.</p>

The objective of this research is to examine empirically determinant of motivation and its consequence. The consequence of motivation are satisfaction and performance. This research used purposive sampling in data collection. Data were collected from 150 nurse in Harapan Keluarga Hospital. Data analysis used AMOS. The finding sugest that : (1) leadership is positive influence to motivation and satisfaction, (2) compensation is positive influence to motivation, (3) compensation is negative influence to satisfaction, (4)  work environment not influence to motivation but influence to satisfcation, (5) stres is not influence to satisfaction and performance. (6) Satisfaction is not mediating the relationship between stress and performance. (7) motivation is not influence to performance. The purpose of this research is to know the magritude of the influence of the working ability and motivation work towards job satifaction and performance of employees. As well as to know the influence of job sansfaction of the employess en performance. The population in this study as many 232 employees, determining the number of sampel using sloving formula with a sample of 70 employees. The sampel using purpose sampling technique, the study analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of software Smart PLS 2 basaed variance.From the result of the regression in obtai n(1) the result and research shows that the positive effect of work ability and significantly to job satisfaction. (2) the result of the analysis of the influence of work on perpormance capabilities of employees shows there is significant and positive influence amongst (3) he working the analysisand the research shows there is a positive and significant influance between the motivation of working towards job satisfaction the thirtd hypothesis as proven the result of (4) the analysis on the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the working motivation afects so (9) this hypotesis proved the result on the analysis the research indicates there is a positive and significant influence between the job satisfaction on performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dan karyawati pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia yasebanyak 232 karyawan, penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 70 karyawan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, penelitian ini dianalisis melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 2 berbasis varians. Dari hasil analisis dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (4) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Semen Tonasa di Kabupaten Pangkep

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in construction specifically steel fabrication. The problem encountered by company was frequent overtimes with low remuneration but cannot meet production target. The objective of study was to know the influence of motivation, environment,stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. The method used was Structural Equation Modeling with IBS SPSS AMOS software. The results of study indicated that motivation had positive influence of 0.229, environment had positive influence of 2.746, and stress had significant influence of 0.139 on job satisfaction. Motivation had positive influence of 0.910, environment had positive influence of 2.526, and stress had negative influence of -0.221 on employee performance. Motivation had positive influence of 0.093, environment had positive influence of 1.120, and stress had positive and significant influence of 0.056 on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. Job satisfaction had positive influence of 0.408 on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, environment, stress, structural, equation, modeling

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees. The population is the sum total of the object of research. The population in this study is all employees who exist in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Due to the small number of employees in the company, this study did not use sampling. So the sample in this study is the total number of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study is a list of questions (questioner), study documentation and interviews (interview). While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test and determinant coefficient. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence of organizational culture on performance, and there are positive influence and significant organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

This study examines whether board diversity affects firm performance. We investigate this study using panel data of a sample of S&P 500 firms during a 12 year period. After controlling for industry, firm size, and other board composition variables, we find that all three board diversity variables of interest – gender, ethnicity, and age have a significant influence on firm performance. While ethnicity and age have a positive influence on firm performance, it was found that gender has a negative influence. Implications for future research are discussed.

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. Purpose This study aims at investigating the effect of psychological empowerment on job burnout and competitive advantage with the mediating role of organizational commitment and creativity. Design/methodology/approach The statistical population included all the managers and staffs of Tooka Company in Iran, and for data analysis, 120 completed questionnaires were used. Data analysis was carried out by SPSS 18 and Amos 20 software and structural equation modeling method. To test the mediating relationships, bootstrap method was used. Findings The findings showed that psychological empowerment has a significant direct effect on job burnout and competitive advantage. Also, psychological empowerment has a significant indirect effect on job burnout through the mediating role of organizational commitment. In addition, psychological empowerment has a significant indirect effect on competitive advantage through the mediating role of organizational creativity. Originality/value This study is among the first to investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment, job burnout, competitive advantage, organizational commitment and creativity.
