Innovation and entrepreneurship service platforms in colleges and universities bear the dual responsibility of education on and support for innovation and entrepreneurship. However, at present, they are confronted with such problems as insufficient government policy publicity, insignificant transformation effect of scientific research achievements, fragile business environment, and weak financing function. To continue to advance the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship service platform for college students, it is necessary to improve the government environment of those platforms within colleges and universities, build the service platform based on the transformation of teachers’ scientific research achievements, enhance the business environment for college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, and promote the financing capacity of colleges’ incubators.

Related surveys show that at present, with the continuous improvement and optimization of urban development level, the number and scale of construction projects in China are gradually increasing. Based on this, all sectors of society pay more and more attention to architecture and design, which effectively promotes the development and exploration of architecture and design education in colleges and universities. The researchers pointed out that at present, there are still some deficiencies in the teaching process of architecture and design major in colleges and universities in China. Based on this, educators should actively make changes and adjustments in teaching concepts, and then formulate and improve targeted optimization strategies in combination with teaching practice, so as to lay a solid foundation and guarantee for the cultivation of architecture and design platform in China. This study analyzes the teaching situation of architecture and design specialty in China at present, and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions, aiming at further realizing the reasonable training of architectural design talents in China.

With the vigorous development of new media, aesthetic education plays a pivotal role as a vital and necessary link for the development of quality-oriented education in colleges and universities. However, colleges and universities nowadays value knowledge education more than aesthetic education, aesthetic education curriculum remains to be diversified and enriched, and aesthetic education practice activities tend to be in a superficial form, all of which have turned aesthetic education into an obstacle affecting the overall development of college students. The cultivation of foreign language innovation talents must start from its concept. First of all, it is necessary to accurately understand the core concepts of innovation talents, foreign language innovation talents and innovative talent cultivation practice. The cultivation of innovative foreign language talent is a holistic design. It is the overall orientation and guidance of thought and spirit. It involves education theory, innovation theory, and talent development concepts. These categories boil down to basic theory and basic principles. Colleges and universities use this theory and principles as the basis, innovate in organizing various teaching elements to achieve the goal of cultivating foreign language creative talents. The cultivation of foreign language innovation talents is not composed of a single concept. In order to do a good job in cultivating foreign language innovative talents, we must accurately define the important concepts it includes. This article aims to cultivate the necessary foreign language talents for social development. It tries to integrate innovation training theory into talent education and eventually puts it into teaching practice.

Shuangchuang talents refer to talents with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial abilities. This is also the main goal of training talents for education and teaching in my country’s higher education institutions. In the process of training and teaching innovative and entrepreneurial talents, there are problems such as imperfect training facilities and insufficient teachers, which have seriously affected the training of innovative talents in universities. The rise of VR technology has provided a new way for the training of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, which not only greatly eases the resource input of talent education in colleges and universities, but also effectively improves the efficiency of talent training. This article conducts detailed research on the application of VR technology in talent education and training from multiple perspectives.

Die vergangenen Jahre haben der bundesdeutschen Pflege einen unerwarteten und überaus großen Entwicklungssprung beschert: binnen Kürze entstand eine Vielzahl von Pflegestudiengängen. Zusätzlich hielt Pflegewissenschaft Einkehr in die Hochschulen und begann der Aufbau von Pflegeforschung, womit wichtige Voraussetzungen dafür geschaffen sind, Pflege als wissenschaftliche Disziplin zu entwickeln. In dem vorliegenden Beitrag wird eine erste Bilanzierung vorgenommen und der erreichte Entwicklungsstand im Bereich der Pflegepraxis, der Pflegestudiengänge, der Wissenschaftsentwicklung und Pflegeforschung betrachtet. Dabei wird gezeigt, daß – trotz der Vielzahl in den letzten Jahren erreichter Erfolge – eine ganze Reihe weiterer Aufgaben der Bearbeitung harren. Dazu gehört, das nach wie vor vorhandene Vakuum auf der Ebene der Wissenschaftsentwicklung zu füllen, den Ausbau von Pflegeforschung voranzutreiben und geeignete Bedingungen für die Förderung von wissenschaftlichem Nachwuchs zu schaffen.
