Abstract. Sexual crimes occur not only in urban areas but also in villages. This crime has a big impact especially the majority of victims are children. LRSAMPK Darussa’adah is an institution whose role is to provide services for victims. The purpose of this study was to determine the types of cases of child sexual violence, the strategies carried out by the assistants in terminating and barriers, challenges and support in terminating. This is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, then the research results are analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the types of child sexual abuse cases handled by LRSAMPK Darussa’adah were rape, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, neglect of the baby, sexual abuse and abduction for sexual purposes. The accompanying strategy in terminating child sexual abuse cases is to convince the victims’ families and communities by involving referrals, “geuchik”, social workers and related agencies. The challenges of Darussa’adah social workers are when client stakeholders are difficult to ask for information about victims and there are some people who refuse and some accept victims. The support received by Darussa’adah social workers is when the referrals are willing to work together to find ways to facilitate the termination of victims, and also families and there are still people who are willing to accept among the majority of people who refuse victims returning,  Abstrak. Kejahatan seksual marak terjadi tidak hanya di perkotaan tetapi meluas ke perkampungan. Kejahatan ini berdampak besar khususnya sebagian besar korbannya adalah anak-anak. LRSAMPK Darussa’adah merupakan lembaga yang berperan memberi pelayanan bagi korban. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui jenis kasus kekerasan seksual anak, strategi yang dilakukan oleh pendamping dalam melakukan terminasi dan hambatan, tantangan maupun dukungan dalam melakukan terminasi. Ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, selanjutnya hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kasus kekerasan seksual anak yang ditangani LRSAMPK Darussa’adah adalah perkosaan, pelecehan seksual, eksploitasi seksual, penelantaran bayi, pencabulan perdagangan dan penculikan untuk tujuan seksual.  Strategi pendamping dalam melakukan terminasi pada kasus kekerasan seksual anak adalah dengan meyakinkan keluarga korban maupun masyarakat dengan melibatkan perujuk, geuchik, pekerja sosial dan dinas terkait. Hambatan dan tantangan pekerja sosial Darussa’adah adalah ketika stakeholder klien sulit dimintai keterangan mengenai korban dan ada sebagian masyarakat yang menolak dan sebagian menerima korban. Adapun dukungan yang diterima pekerja sosial Darussa’adah adalah ketika perujuk bersedia kerjasama mencari cara agar mempermudah terminasi korban, dan juga keluarga serta masih ada masyarakat yang mau menerima di tengah-tengah sebagian besar masyarakat yang menolak korban kembali.

The role of social workers in safeguarding and child protection has received much critical attention in recent years, in an evolving political and social arena, where policy and practice has shifted following both public outcry of serious case reviews and subsequent policy and practice changes concerning the profession and how it services the needs of the most vulnerable in society. This article seeks to critically examine the current methodology for identifying suspected child sexual abuse signs and indicators, the evolving spectrum of abuse, including critical evaluation of current perspectives on child sexual exploitation.

Background Child sexual abuse and incest are the worst crimes and offences against children and the vulnerable in the society.  These have continued to plague South African communities and a major social issue for social workers.  The study drew from previous findings on psycho-social effects of father-daughter incest which was conducted in fulfilment of a Masters studies.  As well as how it affected the offender and the family. Objectives and Purpose of the study The study attempted to understand how incest manifest within and across nations, how the family is affected and what role it plays in an incestuous relationship as well the sanctioning of such social abomination. Social Work intervention is also scrutinize particularly in support of the family. Methods The study emanates from a Masters research undertaken where qualitative approach was utilized to determine psycho social effects of incest.  This piece of work looked at the prevalence and nature of incest, theoretical framework in respect of incest as well as South African punitive measures on child sexual abuse and incest. These were discussed as themes with subthemes.

Paedophilia—a sexual preference for the body scheme of pre-pubescent children—is defined as a disorder within the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) of the World Health Organization as well as within the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) of the American Psychiatric Association. Contrary to popular belief, not all sex offenders who target children are paedophiles, and not all paedophiles commit sexual offences. But quite obviously paedophilia is an emotionally charged and controversial topic, which might be an explanation for putting it out of focus within the healthcare system. Mental health professionals are mainly (and worldwide) not well trained in terms of assessment methods and intervention techniques available to develop and implement effective policies and practices. This presents an obstacle for prevention, in that proactive strategies to protect children from child sexual abuse and sexual exploitation by online offences, such as the consumption or distribution of child abusive images (so-called child pornography), which emphasises the internationally relevant dimension of the issue. The article will address key concerns and questions in dealing with this clinically relevant population, offer insights into a primary prevention approach developed in Germany, and discuss the situation on a European level.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation covers the sexual maltreatment of both children and young people. Part A deals with child sexual abuse (CSA) in India, its magnitude, and child sexual abuse in institutions. It deals with the national legal regime relating to CSA including the constitutional provisions, Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO). Law reform relating to some provisions in POCSO, child marriage laws, Right to Education Act and, and child victims and witnesses is recommended. Part B deals with commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking of minor children in the context of organized exploitation for commercial gain. The Indian laws dealing with commercial sexual exploitation and pornography are included. Important judgements and international instruments dealing with child sexual abuse and exploitation and the important role played by NGOs and government in dealing with cases of CSA and exploitation are included.

The ability to read at an early age greatly affects the level of intelligence of children. The earlier a child learns to read, the more fond he is to read and the better he will read. So parents and teachers should teach children to read from an early age. Because the ability to read is the basis for mastering various sciences. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the steps of implementing the "Kubaca" method which can improve the ability to recognize the words of early childhood Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 Bangsalsari Jember. This research uses a qualitative approach and types of field research. The data collection techniques used included observation, interviews, and documentation. This study concluded that the steps for implementing the Kubaca method that can improve the ability to recognize early childhood words in Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 are as follows: 1) the teacher prepares various kinds or kinds the words to be conveyed to students, 2) the teacher holds up the words that have been arranged neatly, and 3) the teacher reads the cards aloud and repeatedly. Kemampuan membaca pada usia dini banyak mempengaruhi tingkat intelegensi anak. Semakin dini seorang anak belajar membaca maka semakin gemar ia membaca dan semakin baik ia membaca. Maka seharusnya orang tua dan guru mengajarkan anak membaca sejak dini. Karena kemampuan membaca merupakan dasar untuk menguasai berbagai ilmu.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah penerapan metode “Kubaca” yang dapat meningkatan kemampuan mengenal kata anak usia dini Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 Bangsalsari Jember.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitianlapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi.Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa langkah-langkah penerapan metode Kubaca yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal kata anak usia dini di Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 adalah sebagai berikut: 1) guru menyiapkan aneka ragam atau macam kata-kata yang akan disampaikan kepada siswa, 2) guru mengacungkan kata-kata yang telah disusun secara rapi, dan 3) guru membacakan kartu-kartu tersebut secara nyaring dan berulang-ulang. This study aims to determine the skills of the kitabah through khat riq'ah with manhaj Hamidi. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is field research conducted at the Al-Quran Calligraphy School (SAKAL) in Jombang, East Java. The data sources in this study were SAKAL students and teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. The data obtained were classified and analyzed by descriptive method. For the presentation in the form of descriptive narrative. The results of this research indicate that: First, learning the book through khat riq'ah with manhaj Hamidi aims to realize a pesantren-based madrasa education model, as well as fostering students' skills, morals, intellectuals and spirituality, and building abilities, especially in the field of Al-Qur'an calligraphy. In the process of learning khat Riq'ah, two guide books/Kurrasah were used, including Kurrasah Yusuf Dzannun and Muhammad Izzat. Second, its application in learning begins with giving an example of one point from the teacher to the student, then a colon, the basic letter (ا-ب-م-ي-ق-ص-هـ-ج) followed by the letter mustakhrajat (د-ر-س-ض-ع-ف-ك-لا) after all the letters are finished, continue with murajaah or repeat all the letters that have been learned in one deposit. After the murajaah is finished, it is continued by imitating the sentences in the book. So that by using this method, students' book skills have increased significantly. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan kitabah melalui khat riq’ah dengan manhaj Hamidi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan di Sekolah Kaligrafi al-Quran (SAKAL) yang berada di Jombang Jawa Timur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru SAKAL. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh diklasifikasikan dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Untuk penyajiannya dalam bentuk deskriptif naratif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Pembelajaran kitabah melalui khat riq’ah dengan manhaj Hamidi bertujuan untuk merealisasikan model pendidikan madrasah berbasis pesantren, serta pembinaan keterampilan, moral, intelektual dan spiritual siswa dan membangun kemampuan khususnya bidang kaligrafi Al-Qur’an. Dalam proses pembelajaran khat Riq’ah memakai dua buku panduan/kurrasah, diantaranya kurrasah  Yusuf Dzannun dan Muhammad Izzat. Kedua, Penerapannya dalam pembelajaran diawali dengan pemberian contoh titik satu dari guru kepada murid, kemudian titik dua, huruf asasiyah (ا-ب-م-ي-ق-ص-هـ-ج) dilanjutkan dengan huruf mustakhrajat (د-ر-س-ض-ع-ف-ك-لا)  setelah semua huruf selesai dilanjutkan dengan murajaah atau mengulang semua huruf yang telah dipelajari dalam satu kali setor. Setelah murajaah selesai dilanjutkan dengan menirukan kalimat yang ada di kitab. Sehingga dengan menggunakan metode ini, keterampilan kitabah siswa mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan.

In times of easily accessible technology and the Internet, the number of technology-assisted child sexual abuse (TA-CSA) is increasing. Anonymity, the multitude of victims that can be reached at the same time, as well as the variety of online abuse forms are in some way conducive to the perpetrators of sexual crimes in undertaking the act. Nevertheless, specialists in the field indicate that the phenomenon itself, as well as its consequences are not fully investigated. The aim of this article is to introduce the reader to the issues of TA-CSA by: 1) to present what the phenomenon of child sexual abuse is and what notions it entails, 2) to identify different types and forms of online sexual abuse (cyber grooming, sexting, sextortion and web-cam sexting), and 3) to take a close look at several selected research studies in the field, examining the consequences of technology-assisted sexual abuse on children. From previous reports of researchers investigating the causes and effects of child sexual abuse, including technology-assisted abuse, it can be concluded that the consequences of online abuse are very similar to those of offline sexual abuse, and even include additional factors that victims must face. Further research on this topic should therefore be looked at in order to better understand the nature of technology-assisted sexual abuse and not succumb to the illusion of this type of experience minor importance over the experience of offline sexual violence. Understanding the relevance and consequences of this phenomenon will allow for effective interventions in support services and educational activities.
