Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction of teachers at the F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi college. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction with teachers. The subjects of the study were 120 teachers in the School of F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi. This research uses quantitative research where the data collection uses a questionnaire. The assumption test consists of a normality test and a linearity test. The data analysis method used is the Product Moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between job satisfaction with emotional labor (Pearson Correlation 0.280, Sig 0.001 <p = 0.05). Contributions given emotional labor to job satisfaction amounted to 7.1 percent. The conclusion of this study is the research hypothesis in the form of a positive relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction with teachers was accepted.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk hubungan antara emotional labor dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru di perguruan F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi. Subjek penelitian dari penelitian ini sebanyak 120 guru di Sekolah F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data. Uji asumsi yang dilakukan terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi Product Moment dengan bantuan SPSS Statistic 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan emotional labor. Sumbangan emotional labor terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 7,1 persen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara emotional labor dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru diterima.

AbstractThis research conducted to determine wether there is an influence of employee job satisfacation in terms of the transactional leadership style at UD. X in Medan. The hypotheses in this study is proposed that there is a positive influence in job satisfacation in terms of the transactional leadership style. On these study we used 105 people by using the saturated sample method. This research used quantitative research where the data collection uses a questionnaire. The assumptions test consisted of a normality test and a linearity test. The data analysis method uses the product moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS statistics 25 for Windows. The result showed that there was a significant influence between employee job satisfacation with transactional leadership style (Pearson Correlation 0.000, sig 0.000 < P= 0.05). The result of this study indicated that the contribution made by the transactional leadership style to job satisfaction is 81 percent. From the result of this study it can be concluded that research hyphothesis has a positive influence between transactional leadership style and job satisfaction. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Transactional Leadership Style, Employees. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja karyawan ditinjau dari gaya kepemimpinan transaksional pada UD. X di Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja yang ditinjau dari gaya kepemimpinan transaksional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional (Pearson Correlation 0.9000, Sig 0.000 < p = 0.05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 81 persen. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini ada pengaruh positif antara gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Karyawan.

This study aims to find out relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being. The hypothesis proposed in this study states that there is a positive relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being, assuming that the higher is spiritual well-being, the higher quality of life will be and conversely the lower is the spiritual well-being, the lower will the quality of life be. The subjects of this study were 80 student on on the evangelical theological seminary of Indonesia Medan. Data were obtained from a scale to measure quality of life and spiritual well-being. The calculation was performed by testing requirements analysis (assumption test), which consisting of normality test and linearity test. Data analysis was performed by using Product Moment Correlation Analysis through SPSS 18 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that  r = 0.405 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which indicates that there is a positive relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being. The results indicate that the contribution of the given variable, quality of life and spiritual well-being is 16.4 percent, while the remaining 83.6 percent is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis stating that there is a positive relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being.

This research is background by the existence of students who have low motivation, this situation is characterized by a lack of enthusiasm in the learning process activities, lack of student attention to the teacher which results in not achieving an expected goal. This study aims to determine the relationship between extrinsic motivation and mathematics learning outcomes. The type of research used is quantitative research with correlational methods. The sample was 2 classes at SD Muhammadiyah 6 Pekanbaru using Saturated Sampling techniques. Extrinsic motivation data taken from questionnaires that have been filled by students, mathematics learning outcomes data taken from odd semester exam scores. Data analysis techniques go through four stages, namely data presentation, normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing using the Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation test. From the results of data analysis, the relationship between extrinsic motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of 0.662 is relatively strong. With a contribution of 43.82%, the remaining 56.18% is determined by other variables and the significance value is t count> t table or 5.790> 1.681, then Ho is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship between extrinsic motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics..

This research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. This study aims to determine the relationship between religious and happiness in students class XII SMK 10 Nopember Sidoarjo. This research was conducted at SMK 10 Nopember Sidoarjo with a sample of 220 students who were selected using the cluster random sampling technique. Data  collection technique in  this study used two psychologycalscales with Likert models, namely the scale of religious and  happiness. The hypothesis in this  study is that there   is a  positive relationship between religious and happiness in SMK 10 Nopember Sidoarjo. Data  analysis was carried  out with Spearman Rank correlation  technique using SPSS 22.0 for  Windows program. The results of  the data  analysis showed a correlation coefficient  of 0.863 with significance  of 0.000 < 0.05. this means that is a positive relationship between religious with happiness.

This study aims to observe the influnce of communication and leadership style to motivation and job satisfaction of employee salaries on Lhokseumawe secretariat the council representative people. This research is a quantitative research described by description. The instrument of data collection is a questioner. The sample of this research is 123 employee salaries on Lhokseumawe secretariat the council representative people. Data analysis method used is AMOS-22 program with SEM and Sobel test model. The result of data analysis get some findings as follows those are communication has a positive and significant effect to motivation, leadership style has a positive and significant effect to motivation, communication has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation mediates fully the influence between communication to job satisfaction, motivation mediates partially the influence between leadership style to job satisfaction. Keywords: Communication, Leadership Style, Motivation, Job Satisfaction

Basically, companies need not only qualified, capable and skilled employees, but most importantly they are willing to work hard and are eager to achieve optimal work. One of the things that can optimize employees in work is with business progress, because with the business progress of employees can perform their duties to the maximum in accordance with the set targets. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of supervisory leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction that contribute simultaneously and significantly to work business progress PDAM Malang Velage employees. In accordance with the principal problems and research objectives that have been formulated, then this type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this research is 157 employee PDAM Malang Velage. Data analysis method used is path analysis. Based on the data analysis found that : (1) the supervision of leadership and work motivation influence simultaneously and significantly to job satisfaction, (2) the supervision of leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously and significantly affect the business progress , and (3) the supervision of leadership and motivation of work simultaneously and significantly affect business progress through job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the relationship between the authoritarian parenting by parents and shyness. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship between authoritarian parenting and shyness, assuming the higher the authoritarian parenting, the higher the shyness and conversely the lower the authoritarian parenting, the lower the shyness. Subjects of this study are tenth grade students of SMA Methodist-2 Medan as many as 240 people with cluster sampling method. Data are obtained from a scale to measure authoritarian parenting and shyness. The calculation is performed by assumption test that consists of normality test of distribution and linearity test of relationship. The data analysis used is product moment correlation through SPSS 17 for Windows. Results of the data analysis show a correlation coefficient of 0.882 with p 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results show there is a positive relationship between authoritarian parenting and shyness. Authoritarian parenting is one of the factors that affect shyness by contribution (R2) of 77.8 percent and the remaining of 22.2 percent is affected by other factors not examined. In conclusion, the hypothesis of there is a positive relationship between the authoritarian parenting with shyness is accepted.

in this study is to find out how the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Benua Trans Maju Bersama Cabang Medan. The research was started in October 2020 – May 2021. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research techniques with the type of research being descriptive quantitative and the nature of the research was descriptive explanatory research. The population in this study were all customers has 223 customers. where validity and reliability were first tested in order to determine whether a questionnaire was valid or not, and researchers did it to 30 customers and the rest were 143 customers as a sample test. Then it is processed using the classical assumption test which includes: normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a service quality partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price partially positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Simultaneously the variables of service quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3), there is a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y).

The Covid-19 pandemic hampers the cultivation of character values ​​in students, therefore it is necessary for the role of parents in Blended Learning to instill character values. This research is a quantitative research with sampling technique using stratified proportional random sampling. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test showed that the significance value of the parent's role was 0.157 > 0.05. The significance value for the student character is 0.280 > 0.05 so that the data is normally distributed. Test for linearity sig 0.305 > 0.05 so that the variables X and Y are linear. The results of the hypothesis test are 0.000 <0.05, and the Pearson Correlation value is 0.600, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between the role of parents in blended learning and the cultivation of character values ​​during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to determine the method of adult Al-Qur'an education (Dirosa) on the ability to read the Koran. This research is descriptive quantitative research with the ex-post facto design. Determination of the sample is 50% of the population entitled 90, namely 45 research samples. The research data use questionnaire and test instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Before carrying out data analysis, the data were tested first, namely normality test and homogeneity test. Data analysis The results of the study used descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis analysis. The results showed that: (1) the method of adult Al-Quran education (Dirosa) as a whole respondents who answered always (SL) by 65%, who answered frequently (SR) by 30%, who answered sometimes (KD) for 5%, who answer rarely (JR) and never (TP) by 0%; (2) Ability to read al-Qur'an respondents with excellent predicate of 43 or 96%, good predicate of 2 or 4%, predicate sufficient, predicate less and predicate failed at 0 or 0%; (3) Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of adult Al-Qur'an education methods (variable X) on the ability to read the Qur'an (Variable Y) with the independent variable (method Dirosa) to the honest variable ( Qur'anic reading ability is 67.2%, while other variable costs. Significance value is 0,000 <0,05 so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is a significant (significant) influence of the Dirosa (X) method variable on the ability to read the Qur'an (Y). The interpretation of the r-value of 0.820 shows very strong
