The Covid-19 pandemic hampers the cultivation of character values ​​in students, therefore it is necessary for the role of parents in Blended Learning to instill character values. This research is a quantitative research with sampling technique using stratified proportional random sampling. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test showed that the significance value of the parent's role was 0.157 > 0.05. The significance value for the student character is 0.280 > 0.05 so that the data is normally distributed. Test for linearity sig 0.305 > 0.05 so that the variables X and Y are linear. The results of the hypothesis test are 0.000 <0.05, and the Pearson Correlation value is 0.600, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a strong relationship between the role of parents in blended learning and the cultivation of character values ​​during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This study aims to determine the relationship: 1) Students 'Perceptions of Economic Learning and Initial Ability and Learning Outcomes, 2) Students' Perceptions of Economic Learning and Learning Outcomes, 3) Initial Ability and Learning Outcomes. The research was conducted on students at SMA Negeri 7 Padang. This type of research is a quantitative study with a correlational method. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional random sampling with a sample of 143 students. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and tests. Data analysis used descriptive and inductive analysis using normality test, linearity test, hypothesis test using person correlation test and determination coefficient test, where analysis was performed using SPSS Version 22. The results showed that 1) students' perceptions of economic learning and initial abilities had a moderate relationship with learning outcomes seen from the simultaneous contribution of 0.597 with sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05. 2) students' perceptions about economic learning and learning outcomes have a very strong relationship with the Pearson Correlation value 0.819 with Sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05. 3) initial ability with learning outcomes has a moderate relationship with the Pearson correlation value of 0.596 with sig 0.000 ˂ 0.05.Keywords : students perceptions of learning economics, initial abilities, learning outcomes

The aim of this study is to find out the effect of test-based on the ranking task through the learning model of REACT (relating, experiencing, applying, cooperating, and transferring) toward physics learning achievement. The research is held in 105 Senior High School in Jakarta on the even semester of 2015-2016. The population in this research is around 32 students roommates are all investigated. The sampling technique that use is purposing sampling technique. This research use quantitative research. After the data is distributed normally and the homogeneity based on the normality test and homogeneity, the data that is gained the lcount < ltable (0.11 < 0.156). The hypothesis test is done by using the t-test and the result tcount > ttable (8.575 > 1.689) (on the 0.05 significant extent) or 8.575 > 2.456 (on the 0.01 significant extent) which means H0 is rejected, H1 is therefore accepted. All in all this research could bring the effect of test-based on the ranking task learning model through the REACT toward physics learning achievement.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) determine the effect of flannel board media on children's cognitive abilities in RA Jam'iyyatush Shoolihiin, (2) determine the effect of blackboard media on children's cognitive abilities in RA Jam'iyyatush Shoolihiin, (3) find out the differences in media influence flannel board with whiteboard media on children's cognitive abilities at RA Jam'iyyatush Shoolihiin.</em><em>This type of research is quantitative research with Quasi Experimental Design. The sampling technique uses simple random with lottery techniques. Data collection instruments using experiments. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the relationship between the role of parents and understanding of the gender’s concepts of children in kindergartens. This research was conducted on 30 selected kindergarten students by using proportional random sampling technique. The type of this research used is quantitative research with correlation method. The populations of this study were children in Kartika 1-63 kindergarten of Padang, and the samples were children of kindergarten group B using the technique of proportional random sampling in groups B1, B2, B3, and B4. The research data was collected by using Parent Role Inventory (PRI) and Childhood Gender Concept (CGC) Inventory. The analysis of data was done validity and reliability testing and using the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. Research data were analyzed by regression analysis. The findings of the study indicate that there is a significant correlation between the role of the parent towards the understanding of gender concepts for the children in kindergarten group B, Kartika 1 - 63 kindergarten, Padang, with correlation coefficient ry. 1 = 0564 of alpha 0.05 and Ŷ = 52, 13 + 0.445X; Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that parent have a significant role for children understanding about the concept of gender.

The purpose of this articel is to analyze the effect Perseption of students about Effectivity of The Educational Internship Experience Program (PPLK) towards the readiness becoming a teacher. This type of the research is descriptive quantitative. The population of research is the economics students July to December 2017 period. The sample is 40 students that be selected from total 66 students by using Slovin formula with Insidential Random Sampling technique. The data collected by using the questionnaire. The instrument t is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using descriptive and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test is analyzed by using simple regression, determination coefficient and F experiment with α=0.05. The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant perseption of students about effectivity of the educational internship experience program PPLK to the readiness become a teacher, it has showed by the significant of 0,008 < 0,05 and TCR perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK variable (x) at 75,79%. Both TCR for variables of perseption of students about effectivity of PPLK and readiness become a teacher are determined in a good category. It has indicated that PPLK has contributed to the readness become a teacher. Based on the results of the study it is suggested that students are able to provide apperception the beginning of learning because with the provision of apperception the learning will be more directed and students must be able to adapt the new environment.Keywords: Perseption , Effectivity, Educational Experience Program , Readiness Becoming a Teacher

ABSTRACTThis study  aimed to found out the authoritative parenting role of parents to developed  adolescent nationalism and patriotism in the framework of national resilience. Quantitative research by taking data using a Likert scale measuring instrument in the form of questionnaires, namely authoritative parenting, life-satisfaction, nationalism and patriotism. The subjects involved in this study amounted to 186 adolescents (male = 99 and female = 87 female, with an average age of 18.1 years). Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using statistical tests, namely logarithmic non-linear regression. The results showed that (a) parents' authoritative parenting played a significant role in developing adolescent nationalism and patriotism in the framework of achieving national resilience, (b) authoritative parenting parents played a significant role in achieving teen life satisfaction so that they also developed nationalism and patriotism in the framework of national resilience, (c) youth realized that the state hadfacilitated its citizens to had jobs so that parents were able to meet the needs of life for teenagers. Thus, they as teenagers were aware of being citizens who had nationalism and patriotism in their lives. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran pengasuhan otoritatif  orangtua untuk menumbuhkembangkan sikap nasionalismedan patriotisme remaja  dalam kerangka ketahanan nasional.Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan alat ukur skala Likert berupa kuesioner yaitu pola asuh otoritatif, kepuasan hidup, nasionalisme dan patriotisme. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 186 remaja (laki-laki = 99 orang dan perempuan = 87 perempuan, dengan rerata usia 18,1 tahun). Selanjutnya, data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik yaitu regresi non-linear logaritmik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) pola asuh otoritatif orangtuaberperan secara signifikan dalam menumbuh-kembangkan sikap nasionalisme dan patriotismeremaja dalam kerangka mencapai ketahanan nasional, (b) pola asuh otoritatif orangtua berperan secara signifikan dalam mencapai kepuasan hidup remaja sehingga mereka pun akan menumbuhkembangkan sikap nasionalismedan patriotisme dalam kerangka ketahanan nasional, (c) remaja menyadari bahwa negara telah memfasilitasi warganya untuk memiliki pekerjaan sehingga orangtua  mampu memenuhi kebutuhan hidup bagi anak remaja. Dengan demikian,  mereka sebagai remaja sadar untuk menjadi warga-negara yang memiliki sikap nasionalisme dan patriotisme dalam hidupnya.

The media is very instrumental and has a strategic function that directly or indirectly can affect motivation, interest and attention for young children in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of PAUD teacher learning media in Jambi Province. The method used is descriptive quantitative cluster sampling technique, in this case the District and City in Jambi Province as the cluster. The number of early childhood education units (schools) include TK / RA, KB, TPA, and SPS, totaling 7,584. Then every District and City was selected by 10% randomly PAUD teachers from each school. So the number of samples was 758. The research instrument was a questionnaire or Media Perception Evaluation Scale (MPES) questionnaire containing 28 question items. Data for all parameters using a Microsoft Excel database. Pearson correlation was used to study the correlation between variables and independent t-test was used to compare groups with SPSS version 22. All statistical analyzes were carried out at a significance level of 5% and P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. The results of the study show that learning media plays an important role in the learning process for PAUD children in Jambi Province. As a result 59.6% answered strongly agree. Through the SPSS analyst results where the most influential visual media statements in PAUD teacher learning in Jambi province are statements 18,19,20,21 and 22 where 100% stated that visual media can provide motivation, whereas statements that had no effect were statements 17 where only 50.4% stated that visual media can provide motivation. It can be concluded that the use of learning media in early childhood is very instrumental to motivate, stimulate, explore and experiment.

The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect influence of brand personality, brand reputation and price fairness toward customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Customer satisfaction influence customers to make an loyal. The population in this research is customers Kukubima Energi. The total sample in this research is 115 respondents with purposive sampling technique through a likert scale. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using classic assumption test and hypothesis test (t test and path analysis) with SPSS Statistics version 21 programs. Based on the hypothesis test, the results show that brand personality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, price fairness has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, brand reputation does not has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect customer satisfaction. Mediation test shows that positive emotion mediates the effect of brand personality, and price fairness on customer satisfaction.

Abstract This study put its interest in investigating parental reading beliefs and children’s reading performance. It also sought to determine whether there is an association between parental reading beliefs and children’s reading performance. This research employed a quantitative research design and it used a quota sampling technique to select the respondents. A total of 30 parents from Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Pusu Kuala Lumpur answered a questionnaire about parental reading beliefs. The questionnaire used was adapted from a study by DeBaryshe and Binder (1994). In order to measure the children’s reading performance, the parents were asked to state their children’s comprehension marks towards the end of the questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of five factors related to parental reading beliefs which were teaching efficacy, positive attitude, verbal participation, reading instruction and basic knowledge. The data collected was analysed using Pearson Correlation. The results showed that all the factors under parental reading beliefs had positive relationship with children’s reading performance except for one factor which was reading instruction. All of them were not significant and as this study was a preliminary study, hence the results should not be generalised due to number of reasons.  On the other hand, with concern from this research, it can encourage coffee business owners themselves to produce better and quality ground coffee to increase consumers to buy the Banaran coffee powder products. This study aims to analyze the relationship between marketing mix factors such as price, product, promotion, and location to the decision to purchase Kopi Bubuk Banaran in cafee restaurant Banaran Gemawang. This research was carried out in July-August 2018. The location located in the area of ??the Coffee Plantation road. Raya Semarang Yogyakarta Gemawang, Jambu District, Semarang Regency. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Respondents in this study were 50 respondents who visited and bought Banaran powder coffee. Data collection is obtained by means of interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature. The results show that the price factor (X1) has a positive and significant relationship with the purchasing decision (Y), and a strong level of relationship. Product factor (X2) has a positive and significant relationship with purchasing decisions (Y), as well as a strong level of relationship. Location factor (X4) has a positive and significant relationship with purchasing decisions (Y), as well as a strong relationship level. Promotion factor (X3) does not have a significant relationship with purchasing decisions (Y).
