Basically, companies need not only qualified, capable and skilled employees, but most importantly they are willing to work hard and are eager to achieve optimal work. One of the things that can optimize employees in work is with business progress, because with the business progress of employees can perform their duties to the maximum in accordance with the set targets. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of supervisory leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction that contribute simultaneously and significantly to work business progress PDAM Malang Velage employees. In accordance with the principal problems and research objectives that have been formulated, then this type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this research is 157 employee PDAM Malang Velage. Data analysis method used is path analysis. Based on the data analysis found that : (1) the supervision of leadership and work motivation influence simultaneously and significantly to job satisfaction, (2) the supervision of leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously and significantly affect the business progress , and (3) the supervision of leadership and motivation of work simultaneously and significantly affect business progress through job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction,  the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction,the influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation together on job satisfaction This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are Mathematic teachers. The sample of the study was 75  teachers.Data collection was done by using questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used is regression technique supported by T test, path analysis test and classical assumption test with SPSS 20.00 for windows application. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 shows that there is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership to job satisfaction. There is no positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on job satisfaction. And There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction at mathematics Teachers

This study aims to observe the influnce of communication and leadership style to motivation and job satisfaction of employee salaries on Lhokseumawe secretariat the council representative people. This research is a quantitative research described by description. The instrument of data collection is a questioner. The sample of this research is 123 employee salaries on Lhokseumawe secretariat the council representative people. Data analysis method used is AMOS-22 program with SEM and Sobel test model. The result of data analysis get some findings as follows those are communication has a positive and significant effect to motivation, leadership style has a positive and significant effect to motivation, communication has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, motivation mediates fully the influence between communication to job satisfaction, motivation mediates partially the influence between leadership style to job satisfaction. Keywords: Communication, Leadership Style, Motivation, Job Satisfaction

This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance. This research was conducted at Dira park Ambulu Jember. The population in this study were all employees of Dira park Ambulu Jember, totaling 186 employees. The sample used was 46 respondents chosen by random sampling. Data analysis method uses path analysis. To determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance was analyzed using the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also showed that job satisfaction did not significantly influence employee performance. In the results of this study also explained that the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of the relationship between leadership on the employee performance of Amba Jember Park. The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of e-trust, risk perception and company reputation on purchasing decisions. This was quantitative research, using the SEM data analysis method assisted by AMOS software. Data collection was done by distributing an e-questionnaire (a google form); 270 responses were obtained. Participants were consumers who had already purchased electrical equipment online in Denpasar and Surabaya. This study aims to compare the leverage and managerial ownership of earningsmanagement with agency cost as an intervening variable. This study took apopulation of several companies listed on IDX and the number of samples in thisstudy were 16 companies, the sample technique used was purposive sampling.The data analysis method used is the path analysis. The results of this studyafter testing the first stage showed simultaneously that leverage and managerialownership affect agency cost and testing the second stage of leverage, managerialownership and agency cost affect earnings management. Partially through the ttest, in the first stage of testing that leverage affects agency cost and managerialownership does not affect agency cost. The second stage of testing that leveragedoes not affect earnings management, managerial ownership does not affectearnings management and agency costs affect earnings management.

Work satisfaction and motivation have been believed to directly connect to employee performance. These two indicators are potential to either decrease or increase the level of performance, how many items an employee can meet in an accordance with company terms. Employee with well-satisfaction may be motivated to show up their maximum performance while working, which consequently increase company performance or organization after all. This study aims to analyze job satisfaction in moderating the effect of work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative research approach by means of a survey research. The population of this study were all employees of Hotel Paradise Batu, so that the sampling used total sampling technique. Descriptive data and moderated regression were used as data analysis. The results show that work motivation has an effect on employee performance, work motivation and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction moderates the interaction of work motivation and employee performance

Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction of teachers at the F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi college. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction with teachers. The subjects of the study were 120 teachers in the School of F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi. This research uses quantitative research where the data collection uses a questionnaire. The assumption test consists of a normality test and a linearity test. The data analysis method used is the Product Moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between job satisfaction with emotional labor (Pearson Correlation 0.280, Sig 0.001 <p = 0.05). Contributions given emotional labor to job satisfaction amounted to 7.1 percent. The conclusion of this study is the research hypothesis in the form of a positive relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction with teachers was accepted.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk hubungan antara emotional labor dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru di perguruan F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi. Subjek penelitian dari penelitian ini sebanyak 120 guru di Sekolah F. Tandean Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data. Uji asumsi yang dilakukan terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi Product Moment dengan bantuan SPSS Statistic 25 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya korelasi positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan emotional labor. Sumbangan emotional labor terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 7,1 persen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara emotional labor dengan kepuasan kerja pada guru diterima.

This study aims to knowing the influence of performance appraisal system based on e-performance on employee achievement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. This study is causal research, it means problem characteristics research in a form cause-effect between two variables or more. Population is employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatatn Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi with the amount 80 employees. The sampling method for this study was doing with purposive sampling technique and it has been gotten 37 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The hypothesis of research are performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job achievement, performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significantly affected job achievement. The result of study was performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected employees achevement. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase employee achievement. Performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected job satisfaction on employees. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase job satisfaction on employees. Job satisfaction has positive and significantly affected employees achievement. It means the employees successfully in doing the tasks which have been given by company can increase job satisfaction which got. Remuneration or reward, which is part of compensation management, may affect the morale and motivation of employees to do a better work performance. This research aimed to analyze the correlation between remuneration and work motivation with nurses’ job satisfaction in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. This study was a quantitative one with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study consisted of 123 nurses which was selected using proportional random sampling method. Questionnaires were used to gather data and the result analyzed with path analysis method. The result showed that remuneration variable had a positive and significant influences on nurses’ job satisfaction (p=0,007), work motivation (p=0,003) while work motivation had a positive significant influences on nurses’ job satisfaction (p=0,001). The result of path analysis indicated that the direct influence of remuneration on nurses’ job satisfaction is higher compared to its indirect influence. Optimalization of nurses’ work motivation and job satisfaction on the implementation of a professional nursing care in PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping hospital can be improved by adjusting the remuneration or compensation of their work services.

Leadership is one of the factors that have an important role in achieving the company's vision and mission. The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. (GSI). There were three hypotheses tested: 1) The effect of leadership on job satisfaction, 2) The influence of leadership on employee performance, and 3) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The research was conducted at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. in Jakarta. Sampling is done on a census basis (saturated samples). The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS analysis, with the help of smart PLS software. The results of statistical test analysis obtained that leadership variables have a real (significant) effect on job satisfaction and employee performance at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. In addition, job satisfaction variables also affect employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that leadership factors greatly affect the company's performance.
