Introduction. The issue of public health is still relevant, as not only is it an individual value, but also a social one: an unhealthy population cannot be a reliable support for the state. This is especially true of young people, who are a key indicator of the well-being of the society and the country as a whole. The goal of the paper is to study the opinions of students about a healthy lifestyle and its promotion through tourism, prevention of addictions and negative impacts of various factors. Materials and Methods. In the course of the research, a set of methods was applied: analytical and synthetic study of scientific and methodological literature, logical methods for analyzing concepts, questionnaire surveys, expert evaluation, etc. The study also used quota sampling. Percentage distribution and ranking were used to process the empirical data. Results. The conducted experiment has revealed that most students enjoy good health and show optimism, they have a tolerant attitude towards people consuming alcohol or drugs. The study has proved that health and well-being of young people depend on the socio-psychological microclimate in students’ groups and dormitories, as well as on the friendship and solidarity of students themselves. Discussion and Conclusion. Only promoting a fashion for a healthy lifestyle one can protect students from negative consequences during the transition from the youth to adulthood. The materials obtained can become the basis for monitoring these processes in educational organizations and set new vectors for students’ better health, for improving the teamwork of teachers and mentors.

Among adults, there is solid evidence of socioeconomic inequalities in health, with regard to both objective measures (such as mortality and morbidity) and subjective measures (such as self-rated health, health complaints, well-being, and health behaviors). Socioeconomic inequalities denote a range of differences in socioeconomic status (SES) linked with a person’s work experience and economic and social position in relation to others, based on income, education, wealth, and occupation. During adolescence, socioeconomic inequalities in health may be less profound, partly because adolescents (in the Western world) generally are in good health. Moreover, adolescents are in a transit position between the SES of their family of origin and the SES they obtain as adults, and upward or downward social mobility may mask inequalities in this specific period. Nevertheless, adolescence is regarded as a pivotal life phase in the development of health inequalities. Such inequalities probably reflect a way of life that is caused both by life choices and by life opportunities. Life opportunities refer to social position and access to resources in the environment, which may differ widely among adolescents and thus limit or enable their potential for healthy development. Adolescence is a crucial period for making important life choices in terms of education and occupation, as well as choices of lifestyle (including health habits such as food consumption, physical activity, or drug use). The combination of vulnerable life circumstances and unwise life choices is likely to yield negative consequences for adolescent health, and, during the life course, these accumulate to produce poorer adult health, compared to a combination of growing up in a prosperous environment and making choices that are conducive to good health. Globalization and economic and political development lead to changes in “modern” values, including an increasing emphasis on quality of life, self-expression, and freedom of choice. While such development may infer increased opportunities for adolescents to achieve good health and well-being, it can also marginalize those who do not have the capability to “make it” on their own, rendering significant segments of the populations at risk and creating a new type of health inequality.

In recent years, in Russia as a whole and in the Belgorod region in particular, a healthy lifestyle (hereinafter - HLS) is gaining more and more popularity, and the attitude of young people towards it is changing depending on many factors - environment, material well-being, health and opportunities. The popularization of sports in the country and in regional educational institutions also has a great influence. The attitude of students of Belgorod universities and colleges towards healthy lifestyle and sports is becoming more serious: this can be seen from the increasing statistics of young people attending sports sections. In social networks, the number of groups and social advertisements devoted to healthy lifestyles, proper nutrition and sports is also growing. Propaganda of this direction began relatively recently, but today has become widespread among Belgorod residents. In addition, young people often jog on the streets of the city, or practice outdoors in open access sports grounds. In view of the prolongation of the pandemic in May 2020, such physical education activities in the fresh air gained mass and excitement. All of the above suggests that the attitude of young people to maintaining health, physical activity and spiritual peace is at a fairly high level. Today's youth is trying to take seriously the topic of health-saving technologies. In this article, the author reveals the concept of healthy lifestyles, explores the criteria for inclusion in a healthy lifestyle of Belgorod students, then analyzes the answers received through the survey and presents them in the form of diagrams.

Many people spend years dreaming about their retirement. Unfortunately, today’s workers will likely work longer, suffer greater economic uncertainty, and might have poorer health status compared with retirees in previous generations. Preserving good health during the working years is associated with a more consistent employment record, greater financial resources, and reduced risk of disease. Making smart financial decisions as a younger adult also translates to improved finances in retirement. While many people are aware of these relationships, many continue to make poor health choices. Employers and lifestyle medicine professionals can both work to improve financial well-being in retirement. Employers can offer effective worksite financial wellness programs and promote participation in retirement savings programs. Physicians and other health providers can foster healthy behaviors, encourage preventive services compliance, and help adults foster overall financial and health well-being. Adopting a healthy lifestyle as early as possible would increase the likelihood that today’s workers will enjoy financial security in retirement.

The literature suggests gender expression to be a key experience of transgender young people that may impact upon the development of their gender identity and psychological well-being. The present study aimed to explore participants’ experiences of expressing their gender identity around others, with a focus on interactions with new people (with whom they do not have an existing relationship). Semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight young people aged 16 to 17 who identified as male and were assigned female at birth. Three superordinate themes were identified: (a) using gender expression to shape identity; (b) experiencing and making sense of others’ responses; (c) a changing relationship with gender expression. The process of gender expression enabled participants to explore, develop, and strengthen social and self-identity, and had both positive and negative impacts upon their well-being. Initially gender expression seemed to be an effortful process in which participants felt pressured to conform to social expectations to be viewed as male, yet over time they navigated a way to express themselves in a manner that felt more comfortable and authentic. Findings highlight the need to facilitate young people to express and be affirmed in their gender identity, and to provide adequate support with the social experiences surrounding it.

Mental health of people is an important individual and social resource, especially in the modern Serbian society, which has problems with demography. Without full mental health, a person is not aware of himself and his abilities, and he cannot develop to his full capacity. Therefore, a person cannot contribute to his own well-being, and also be a productive member of the social community. It is the basis of well-being, both for individuals and a healthy society, as well as one of the sources of strategic culture. The existence of awareness of the mental health problems of the nation, especially the young population, is a segment of strategic culture. There are many factors that affect mental health, and the three main ones are biological, psychological and social factors. Only if we take into account the interaction of these three factors we can talk about mental disorder as a phenomenon. Our goal is to gain the insight into those social, sociological, economic and psychological factors that can produce negative consequences for mental health, in this case the occurrence and development of neurotic disorders in the population of young people in Belgrade. This paper presents the data from the study conducted in 2013, which dealt with socio-economic aspects of neurotic disorder in the youth population in Belgrade. The general goal of the research is to determine which economic and (or) social factors can influence the occurrence of neurotic disorders to these young people. The findings of the research indicate that young people who suffer from neurotic disorders are materially and psychologically dependent on their parents. In the families of the respondents, there is a strong psychological mutual connection, especially in the relationship between the respondent and their mothers. When it comes to family members, the mother is the mainstay of financial, moral and counseling support for the respondents. Psychological dependence on emotional objects of security is one of the important features of neurotic disorder, and in our country it represents a typical pattern of behavior, a culture-based relationship between parents and children.

Today, the latest technologies, interactive forms of the work with students, which would promote their interest, creativity, skills of teamwork, self-organization, successful time distribution, should be used in the educational process. The modern young people are constantly in the information environment of social networks, the virtual space, which causes a lack of «live» communication with other persons and on the whole with the natural environment. Therefore, there is a necessity to strengthen this communication, which contributes to both physical and mental health. The purpose of the article is to reveal the psychological resource of the art-eco-practices using in the educational process of higher education, and, in particular, on the campus of the university – «green audience». The theoretical analysis of literature sources, surveys of the participants in the educational process (research methods), the personal experience have helped to find that such a tool promotes a sense of inner harmony, psychological well-being, activates the creative activity, the coordinated teamwork. The results: according to a survey of students of the National University «Yuri Kondratyuk Poltava Polytechnic» (76 persons), the following answers are: the question «Is it relevant to use the art practices in the educational process?» was answered as «yes» – 91.0%, as «it is relevant while they are studying the social, behavioral, and human sciences» – 8.0%, as «no» – 1.0%; the question «Which methods, forms of the work used in studying of subjects «Psychology» and «Psychology of Health and Healthy Lifestyle» have you remembered the most?» is answered by 97.0% respondents as «the art practices». The chair has a psychological workshop «The Way to Success», where during the open meetings the training sessions are held, the art exercises are performed, which are focused on the development of creativity of modern young people. The main objective of this paper is to reinvestigate the impacts of non-tariff measures (NTMs) on bilateral exports among Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) countries. The study adds to the literature in two areas. First, we calculate coverage ratios for NTMs related to specific sustainable development goals (SDGs) imposed on bilateral trade between RCEP member countries. Second, to avoid aggregation bias, the analysis covers four major sectors, namely agrifood, health, logistics, and other manufacturing. The results of a Poisson pseudo maximum likelihood (PPML) regression in a gravity model, using average import data from 2016 to 2018 at the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding Systems (HS) two-digit level (97 subsectors), show that the effects of SDG-related NTMs vary by sector. NTMs related to SDG 3 (good health and well-being) distort trade in health but enhance trade in logistics. NTMs related to SDG 12 (responsible consumption and production) have a negative impact on logistics but a positive impact on other manufacturing exports. The findings provide new perspectives on the varying impacts of SDG-related NTMs on trade. Interestingly, the study finds that NTMs addressing SDGs 3 and 12 have positive trade impacts. Policymakers should, however, regulate NTM implementation, to minimize negative impacts and ensure that domestic firms comply to promote sustainable production.

The paper presents the results of the assessment of neurodynamic characteristics and correlation of cognitive activity parameters of students with individual neurodynamic characteristics following the criteria of Sustainable Development Goal 3 "Good health and well-being" (SDG 3). The study was conducted in a cohort of female students aged 17-19 (n=111) of the South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University during the inter-sessional period. Diagnostics of neurodynamic characteristics of students was carried out using the hardware and software complex "NS–pSychoTest". Descriptive statistical analysis of data and correlation analysis were carried out in the environment of Statistica v. 7.0. The results of sensorimotor response presented in the article reflect the optimal level of adaptive regulation of the cerebral component of activity in the majority of the surveyed pedagogical university students in the conditions of their educational and professional activities, which is reflected in the relative stability of cerebral processes with average functional mobility and the optimal level of neurophysiological regulation of CNS activity in the conditions of sensory interference of the students of the cohort of the survey. The paper reveals the interrelationships of neurodynamic indicators with various characteristics of cognitive testing, which indicates the success of the development of educational programs.
