In recent years, in Russia as a whole and in the Belgorod region in particular, a healthy lifestyle (hereinafter - HLS) is gaining more and more popularity, and the attitude of young people towards it is changing depending on many factors - environment, material well-being, health and opportunities. The popularization of sports in the country and in regional educational institutions also has a great influence. The attitude of students of Belgorod universities and colleges towards healthy lifestyle and sports is becoming more serious: this can be seen from the increasing statistics of young people attending sports sections. In social networks, the number of groups and social advertisements devoted to healthy lifestyles, proper nutrition and sports is also growing. Propaganda of this direction began relatively recently, but today has become widespread among Belgorod residents. In addition, young people often jog on the streets of the city, or practice outdoors in open access sports grounds. In view of the prolongation of the pandemic in May 2020, such physical education activities in the fresh air gained mass and excitement. All of the above suggests that the attitude of young people to maintaining health, physical activity and spiritual peace is at a fairly high level. Today's youth is trying to take seriously the topic of health-saving technologies. In this article, the author reveals the concept of healthy lifestyles, explores the criteria for inclusion in a healthy lifestyle of Belgorod students, then analyzes the answers received through the survey and presents them in the form of diagrams.

Abstract In Brazil it is possible to observe a portion of the young population, mainly in the lower social classes, who are subject to situations that cause greater susceptibility to get involved with drugs, prostitution, crimes, pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases. Several psychosocial factors are necessary for adolescents to go through adolescence without the need for this type of involvement. Recreation can be used as an instrument to facilitate social inclusion and the labor market for marginalized youth. The positive emotional impact of recreation favors well-being and assists in the social inclusion of adolescents and enables the use of these tools to be explored in events and recreational activities. In this context, this paper aims to show the importance of developing projects on recreation for the social inclusion of young people. For this, the experience with the Social Program carried out in the city of Guarulhos / SP entitled Programa Oportunidade ao Jovem, which seeks the professional qualification of young people in the city who are at risk and poverty, and who are in general excluded from society, is reported. We show here that social inclusion through social programs using recreational activities facilitates the social insertion of marginalized youth and should be considered in public policies. Because they still allow adolescents in a precarious economic situation to have the possibility of exercising a profession in the area of recreation at the end of the program courses, significantly impacting the lives of these young people   Keywords: Social Program. The relevance of the regional demographic policy study in the Far East is beyond doubt. This article considers the real demographic situation in Primorsky krai and shows that its territory has seen a steady decline in the population due to natural decrease and migration outflow connected with the low standard and quality of life that in turn reduces the attractiveness of the region and makes it particularly vulnerable to global challenges. Attention is paid to the fact that under the conditions of the Russian Federation subjects' differentiation by geographical location, natural resources potential and level of socio-economic development there is no single approach to the regional demographic policy. Differences in the characteristics of the subjects lead to the necessity of developing demographic programs that would take into account the regional specifics, traditions, characteristics and needs of a particular territory. There are presented the results of the author's study of subjective assessments of the social well-being of young people in Primorsky krai and their migration intentions. The data obtained show that a significant part of young people assess the situation in Primorsky krai as unfavorable for further self-realization; the majority of respondents answered that in other regions/countries it would be easier for them to build a career, start a business, and achieve a high level of material well-being. The directions of the regional demographic policy, which allow attracting and retaining highly qualified personnel in the region, are suggested.

This article sketches the context of education in Glasgow, which is Scotland’s largest local authority, serving some of the most deprived communities in Scotland and the UK. It considers the ways in which we work with our schools to raise aspirations and extend young people’s horizons, and explores some of the successes and some of the challenges we have faced and continue to face in bridging the gap between school and higher education. In Scotland, higher education can be delivered through colleges as well as universities. This is an important dimension for our young people, as colleges offer a different learning experience for them and, for some, this can be a more successful learning pathway. There are also other pathways to higher education, for example through work-based learning, such as apprenticeships. Our partnerships with universities and colleges is very strong. Through this partnership there is a range of programmes which support young people across the city to learn about life in university. This is especially important for young people from deprived communities as, often, their families do not have prior experience of higher education. The means of funding and planning these programmes can be viewed as both an enabler and a barrier in certain contexts.

The article is devoted to the study of migration intentions among young people in Komsomolsk-on-Amur. The study tested two hypotheses: 1) differences between groups of young people with different migration activity will be manifested in the mismatch between values and their accessibility, as well as in the level of subjective well-being; 2) components of the value-semantic sphere are predictors of migration intentions among young people. The sample group included 130 subjects aged 16—25 years (mean age 23.1 years). To explore value-semantic sphere was used the methodology of E.B. Fantalova “level of correlation between “value” and “accessibility” in various spheres of life” and the Index of personal well-being. The results of the study showed that 26% of young people are not going to change their place of residence, 22% — are going to leave the city. Step-by-step regression analysis allowed us to identify explanatory models that predict the migration activity of young people. Subjective well-being is the most significant predictor of migration intentions (28% of variance). The second place is occupied by the sharpness of the mismatch between the importance of values and their subjective accessibility (26% of the variance).

Strategy of development of school health in modern conditions includes the population and personalized levels of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of children, the formation of culture and skills of healthy lifestyle for children, adolescents and young adults. A separate trend is sanitary-epidemiological diagnostics: sanitary-epidemiological examinations, investigations, surveys, studies, tests and other types of assessments. In the context of weakening sanitary and epidemiological supervision, the responsibility of the heads of educational institutions for ensuring sanitary and epidemiological wellbeing of students, the prevention of school-related diseases, the protection and promotion of health of rising generation is increasing. Personalized school health should provide individual risk assessments to the health of students and the justification for individual road maps (navigation) for maintaining and promoting health, and for formation of healthy lifestyle for students. The development of population and personal school health requires adequate resources. The main investors should be state structures and business community.

A comparative characteristic of the GTO standards that were in force in the USSR and of those that are in use in modern Russia is carried out. The correlation between the results of passing the standards for physical training and the GTO complex by cadets of education organizations of higher learning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is revealed. The importance and significance of the introduction of the above-mentioned complex is proved. A comparison of the attitude of cadets of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and students of technical universities was made, which led to the conclusion that it is necessary to increase interest in passing the GTO complex not only among athletes and cadets of law enforcement institutions, but also among the youth of the country as a whole. Based on the results of a survey of one hundred and fifty people aged from 17 to 23 years, a study was conducted to reveal the affect of passing the GTO standards on young people’s desire to practice sports.
