The immobilization of humanity is а global problem for which warn scientists from around the world. A number of reports of organizations of the world, national and regional levels, state poor health condition of people, and especially of children and youth are due to low physical activity. In response, the relevant Ministries (including the Bulgarian) have drawn up laws and regulations for their implementation. They aim to spread the physical activity among the nations by providing all necessary conditions for sport activities as well as educating people on the importance of regular exercise for the health. Thus, the PURPOSE of this study was to establish the status of the subject Physical Education and Sport in Bulgarian universities’ curricula and how the Physical Education and Sport Act is interpreted and applied. The RESULTS show that Bulgarian universities interpret and apply the Low loosely and selectively. CONCLUSIONS are that the State and universities generally do not conduct policy for encouraging students to exercise.

The present paper aims to compare the principles of choosing a marriage partner and analyse the status of being in the marrriage in the frame of family traditions that are totally inherent to the both of the nations: English and Uzbek. It is known that interconnection and cross-cultural communication between the countries of these two nationalities have been recently developed. The purpose to give an idea about these types of family traditions and prevent any misunderstanding that might occur in the communications makes our investigation topical one. ResumenLas experiencias que tienen jóvenes deportistas a lo largo de su trayectoria deportiva y educativa van dando sentido y significado al modo en cómo éstos, como futuros profesionales del campo de las ciencias de la actividad física y el deporte, van construyendo diferentes concepciones de la motricidad humana. Desde el enfoque de la investigación biográfica narrativa profundizamos en el relato de Glissade, alumna en formación inicial que ha desarrollado su trayectoria deportiva en el mundo de la Gimnasia Rítmica. El objetivo de este trabajo es indagar en algunas de las representaciones del modelo corporal y los aspectos emocionales-relacionales que constituyen la identidad deportiva de esta mujer y cómo ello está presente en su formación inicial. El relato de Glissade nos acerca a dos cuestiones: las tensiones entre su cuerpo de mujer y las exigencias del deporte que practica, ambos sujetos a cánones tradicionales sobre lo bello/estético y los aprendizajes emocionales que están presentes en su práctica deportiva. Este trabajo evidencia la importancia de visibilizar y conocer la experiencia de las personas desde su propia voz, ya que ello permite reflexionar sobre creencias, pensamientos y modelos que persisten en los procesos de formación inicial de futuros profesionales de la educación física y el deporte.AbstractThe experiences that young sportsmen and women have throughout their sporting and educational careers are giving meaning and significance to the way in how they, as future professionals in the field of physical activity and sports sciences, are building different conceptions of human motricity. From the focus of biographical narrative research, we delved into the story of Glissade, a student in initial training who has developed her sports career in the world of Rhythmic Gymnastics. The aim of this work is to investigate the representations of the body model and the emotional-relational aspects that constitute the sports identity of this woman and how this is present in her initial training. Glissade´s story brings us closer to two questions: the tensions between her body as a woman and the demands of a sport she plays, both are subject to traditional canons of beauty/aesthetics and the emotional learnings that are present in their sports practice. This work shows the importance of making visible and knowing the experience of people from their own voice, since this allows reflection on beliefs, thoughts and models that persist in the processes of initial training of future professionals in physical education and sport.

The subject of study is the Bulgarian women, who for different, mainly economic, reasons emigrate to other countries and how this affects their social and psychological status. During the transition, immigration processes in Bulgaria accelerated. A special feature is the feminization of emigration. With this peculiarity, we get into the general flow of feminization of emigration around the world. Similar are some consequences of this feminization - breaking down families; keeping the children in the hands of spouses and parents who too often fail to cope with the challenge; bribery of children with dry money, which accustom them to laziness and to unacceptable and criminal activities; staying with the status of a non-married woman; loneliness etc.

Visual culture affects the way people understand the world and themselves, contributing to the creation of certain roles and stereotypes, some of which are related to body image. This study focused on interrogating future physical education teachers’ beliefs about the body and physical activity to understand the construction of bodily subjectivities and their perceptions of how these are influenced by visual (physical) culture. Data were collected through the use of visual methods consisting of photo-elicitation and individual interviews with 23 students from a Primary Education Degree with a specialization in physical education at a Spanish university. Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis. The results of the study show that these future physical education teachers are aware of both the great influence of gender stereotypes and the values of consumerism in the field of physical activity stemming largely from the media, which inevitably will shape their future professional practice. However, the results also highlight how these future physical education teachers consider and position the subject of physical education as an important space where they could help students problematize and challenge these beliefs. We suggest that a focus on visual (physical) literacy is needed for future physical education teachers (and their students) to understand the world from a socially critical perspective and transform it in the interest of equity and social justice.

The relevance of the article is due to the need to clarify the historical aspect, the genesis of victimology, as well as the content of its conceptual apparatus, the formulation of hypotheses and the improvement of its scientific tools. The concept of victimization is a reflection of essential means and relationships, phenomena and processes that are directly related to crime. The problematic aspects of the relatively complex nature of the conceptual apparatus of victimology have been identified, as a result of which a large number of concepts of non-legal origin in criminology are fraught with the danger of destroying the mechanism of legal assessments and conclusions on crime, its causes, the identity of the offender and the victim, and prevention measures. Elucidation of the historical aspect, genesis of victimology, as well as the content of its conceptual apparatus, is a dynamic process of reconciling hypotheses and positions, thoughts and views of criminologists, victimologists, lawyers, sociologists and psychologists, the results of which form the doctrinal basis of victimology. The stated positions are an attempt to somewhat streamline the diversity of scientific approaches to the content of individual elements of the subject of victimology, which, in turn, forms the motivation for further discussion of representatives of domestic and foreign criminological schools. Justification of the genesis and content of the conceptual apparatus of victimology, its individual theoretical provisions is an integral part of the development of the concept of combating crime and has not only scientific, but also important practical importance. Consequently, the tasks of victimology include the study of not only those who was the victim, but also those who have never acquired the status of a direct victim of the crime. The purpose of such studies are to identify a complex of certain properties capable of imported in criminal manifestations, which allows to carry out the victimological forecast for both individual and mass levels. The study of crime victims is necessary to solve many problems, especially related to the organization of their physical protection.

Purpose: To address the obesity epidemic and promote children’s health; several health organizations recommend that schools develop comprehensive programs designed to promote physical activity and health behavior. Given a lack of empirical investigation, the authors sought to understand how physical education programs are perceived within such initiatives. Methods: A case study was conducted to acquire insights of key stakeholders (N = 67) in a school nationally recognized for promoting physical activity and health. Data were collected using formal interviews, informal interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data were analyzed utilizing grounded theory and constant comparison. Results: Physical education was viewed positively by stakeholders; however, physical educators felt marginalized within the school infrastructure. Systemic barriers to program quality included lack of leadership, feelings of marginalization, and insufficient funding and collaboration. Discussion: Findings raise concerns about the difficulty of sustaining a high-quality physical education program even in a school recognized for significant support of physical activity.

The Second World-Wide Survey of Physical Education in schools, published under the auspices of the International Council of Sport Science and Physical Education, identifies large gaps between the promise of positive outcomes of physical education and actual outcomes. The mismatch between the policy and practice of physical education stems from deep-seated disagreements about what the goals of physical education should be; the multifaceted nature of the subject; and a lack of competence, confidence, and accountability among the teachers who are responsible for teaching physical education in schools, among other things. According to the World Health Organization, the physical and holistic health of young people and adults is threatened by increases in obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers—in part due to increased sedentary modern lifestyles and insufficient exercise. Physical education has the potential to ameliorate the negative impact of sedentary lifestyles and exercise insufficiency. Teacher-education programs for physical education the world over advertise that teachers of the subject help young people acquire a love for physical activity and the skills to practice and enjoy sports; they also teach life skills, including teamwork, sportsmanship, problem-solving, and creativity, and help students develop the habits of a healthy lifestyle. How programs prepare physical-education teachers to deliver on these promises varies considerably. According to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, Singapore has one of the best-performing teacher-education systems in the world. It is run by the National Institute of Education in Singapore. The tight coupling of theory and practice and the tripartite relationship between the policymakers at the Ministry of Education; the National Institute of Education, where teacher training occurs; and the schools, where physical education is experienced, are the key determinants of a quality physical-education experience among children and adolescents in Singapore.

The author of the articles shows that the grotesque is one of the most interesting ways of diagnosing changes and crisis in the anthroposphere (as a continuation of thinking about the subject from the middle of the seventeenth century through to postmodernity). According to Thomas Mann, the grotesque is one the most active notions in contemporary art. Its productivity results from the subject’s tendency to self-fulfilment, self-cognition, and self-definition; it is an independent vision and position in the “me – the world”, “me – community” relations. The grotesque is a strongly philosophical proposition, which bases its discourse on a conscious protest against present values and on transgressing all limiting and oppressive conventions. Therefore, the grotesque enhances the status of the subject, but it neither defends nor affi rms the subject in a direct manner. Apart from the social dimension, the grotesque also has numerous metaphysical references, the expression of which can be found in Kierkegaardian understanding of the metaphysical crisis as despair. Facing piercing emptiness, the human being tries to find some support and resorts to anything only to make a leap into the future. Laughter is only a manifestation of horror vacui, a specific dialectic moment devoid of any prospect of purification or comfort. What dominates a grotesque work is its open structure. The motifs which shape the spatiotemporal order do not always form a cause-and-effect system. Deliberately incoherent themes (logical coherence is not an aim) seem to be rather “deconstructors”, not constructors of the plot; they are intermittent, provoke the impression of a secret, a gleam, the absurd.

O objetivo deste trabalho é revelar as perspectivas de desenvolvimento moral contidas nas diretrizes pedagógicas do Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo - SINASE/2006, analisadas sob a luz da teoria construtivista das obras de Jean Piaget e Lawrence Kohlberg. Segundo estes autores, a autonomia moral é alcançada por meio de relacionamentos cooperativos, em que se estabelece uma relação de diálogo e respeito entre os sujeitos. Já o SINASE, enquanto conjunto ordenado de princípios, regras e critérios que envolvem a execução de medidas socioeducativas aos adolescentes em conflito com a lei, objetiva promover o desenvolvimento destes defendendo um alinhamento conceitual estruturado em bases éticas e pedagógicas. Ambos enxergam na educação, no respeito e na interação entre o sujeito e o mundo, meios de contribuir na formação de um sujeito autônomo, solidário e capaz de se relacionar melhor consigo mesmo e com os outros, cujos princípios e valores se tornarão os norteadores para uma tomada de decisão em detrimento de uma obediência irrefletida, baseada no medo e na punição. Diante de um quadro agravante de violência envolvendo o público infantojuvenil é fundamental que as bases, que sustentam os direitos e norteiam os serviços sejam constantemente ressignificadas para que as práticas alcancem os resultados esperados.Palavras-chave: SINASE. Desenvolvimento.AbstractThe objective of this work is to reveal the moral development prospects contained in pedagogical guidelines SINASE, analyzed in the light of the constructivist theory of Piaget and Kohlberg’s works. According to these authors the moral autonomy is achieved through cooperative relationships that establish a relationship of dialogue and respect among subjects. Whereas SINASE as an ordered set of principles, rules and criteria involves the educational measures execution for young offenders, aiming to promote the development of adolescents defending a conceptual alignment with structured ethical and pedagogical bases. Both sighted in education, respect and interaction between the subject and the world, means to contribute to the formation of an autonomous subject, supportive, able to relate better with himself or herself and with others, the principles and values will become the guiding for a decision-making at the expense of an unthinking obedience based on fear and punishment. Faced with a worsening situation of violence involving children and youth it is essential that the underpinning rights and guide services are constantly reinterpreted so that the practices achieve the expected results.Keywords: SINASE.
