Today the development of technology is very fast, especially in the field of marketing. One of the proof is the emergence of Electronic Word of Mouth or e-WOM which is the next development of Word of Mouth or WOM. E-WOM is a support facility of businessmen in providing perceptions of good value for customers on social media. E-WOM used as communication in the marketing field on social media is offered to increase consumer buying interest in the products offered. E-WOM contains shared messages by consumers that related to purchases products, and can be used as a medium for delivering information related to products, both in terms of quality, or in terms of service provided by the seller. A lot of the companies have successfully understood the power of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on social media, this can be seen from the proliferation of companies offering their products on social media by using e-WOM to provide good advice from the sale of products. The purpose of this research is to provide scientific development and insight related to the effectiveness of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) in increasing the purchase interest of consumers. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with the study literature method. Overall, the results of this literature review can conclude that Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) can increase purchase interest of consumers on social media. The results are supported by several studies that show e-WOM can increase purchase interest of the consumer on social media.

<p dir="ltr">Instagram as a social media network has produced <em>influencer</em>s who are influential in disseminating information and messages digitally. <em>Influencer</em>s are considered capable of impacting their followers through photo uploads and electronic word of mouth (EWoM) which they post on their social media feeds. This study was conducted qualitatively with a literature review approach and indirect interviews with <em>influencer</em>s and their followers. The results show that the role of <em>influencer</em>s has an impact on followers based on what they upload and what they write about on Instagram.</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: </strong>Media sosial Instagram telah melahirkan para <em>influencer</em> yang berpengaruh dalam penyebaran informasi dan pesan secara digital. <em>Influencer</em> dinilai mampu memberikan dampak bagi para pengikutnya melalui unggahan foto dan <em>electronic word of</em> <em>mouth</em> (EWom) yang mereka sampaikan di media sosial mereka. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan <em>literature review</em> dan wawancara tidak langsung kepada para <em>influencer</em> dan juga pengikutnya. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa peranan <em>influencer</em> memberikan dampak bagi pengikutnya berdasarkan pada pada apa yang mereka unggah dan apa yang mereka tulis di sosial media Instagram. </p><div><span><br /></span></div>

ABSTRACTInfluencer Marketing is seen as one of the best strategies to bring in potential customers when using social media marketing by leveraging the masses of Influencers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon of influencer marketing, business models and decision making in the use of influencers in marketing activities for creative agency business people. In this study, we will analyze the social relationships of individuals or groups because influencer marketing can be an appropriate reference group. This study uses secondary data contained in books, white papers, journals, articles which is the basis for a literature review, while primary data uses direct surveys with 200 respondent to social media active users. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that influencers have a significant role in the business processes of creative agencies. Where influencers who have quite significant followers and the variety of content they create make it attractive to consumers.Keywords : Influencer Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth,  Social Media Marketing.  ABSTRAKPemasaran Influencer dipandang sebagai salah satu strategi terbaik untuk mendatangkan pelanggan potensial saat menggunakan pemasaran media sosial dengan memanfaatkan massa Influencer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis fenomena influencer marketing, model bisnis dan pengambilan keputusan dalam penggunaan influencer dalam kegiatan pemasaran bagi para pelaku bisnis creative agency. Dalam penelitian ini, kami akan menganalisis hubungan sosial individu atau kelompok karena influencer marketing dapat menjadi kelompok referensi yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang terdapat dalam buku, white paper, jurnal, artikel yang menjadi dasar dari literature review, sedangkan data primer menggunakan survey langsung dengan 200 responden pengguna aktif media sosial. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa influencer memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam proses bisnis agensi kreatif. Dimana influencer yang memiliki followers cukup signifikan dan variasi konten yang mereka buat membuatnya menarik bagi konsumen.Kata kunci : Influencer Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, Social Media Marketing.

<p><em>Research linking selfie behavior and tourism management is very rarely implemented. Selfie behavior is more researched as part of psychology that studies human behavior. This study aims to find out (1) the influence of Selfie Tourism on Electronic Word of Mouth, (2) the influence of Selfie Tourism on Re-Visit Intention, and (3) the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth on Re-Visit Intention. This study uses estimates based on the number of parameters obtained by the sample size of 452 respondents with accidental sampling. Respondents who were included in this study were foreign tourists and domestic tourists who visited the tourism sites in West Sumatra for the first time. While hypothesis testing uses SEM. In this study all relationships between variables were found to be positive and significant. The implication of this study is that tourism managers not only pay attention to aspects of service such as hospitality, cleanliness and so on, but also provide attractive tourist attractions to be photographed and distributed to social media.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Penelitian yang menghubungkan perilaku selfie dan manajemen pariwisata sangat jarang dilaksanakan. Perilaku selfie lebih banyak diteliti sebagai bagian dari psikologi yang mempelajari perilaku manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh Selfie Tourism terhadap Electronic Word of Mouth, (2) pengaruh Selfie Tourism terhadap Re-Visit Intention, dan (3) pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouth pada Re-Visit Intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah parameter yang diperoleh dengan ukuran sampel 452 responden dengan accidental sampling. Responden yang dikunjungi oleh wisatawan asing dan wisatawan domestik yang mengunjungi situs pariwisata di Sumatera Barat untuk pertama kalinya. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SEM. Dalam penelitian ini semua hubungan antar variabel ditemukan positif dan signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa manajer pariwisata tidak hanya memperhatikan layanan dan kebersihan tetapi juga menyediakan media sosial.</em></p>

Social media has made it possible for users to exchange information and discuss theiropinions and experiences about products or services through online on their social mediaplatform with their peers. This kind of communication is called as electronic word-of-mouth(e-WOM) where the information can be spread faster and has the potential for greaterimpact on consumers purchase decision. Therefore, the aim of this research is to know theeffect of e-WOM (including quality and quantity of e-WOM as well as sender’s expertise) insocial media on consumers’ purchase decisions moderated by brand image. The researchmethodology used for this study is a case study with survey research method. Conveniencesampling technique derived from non-probability sampling techniques are used for sampleselection. The sample of this research is 175, from people who have purchased and usedEtude House product. Statistical software SPSS and AMOS is used to analyze the data. Thefindings in this area will help Etude House and other marketers to reach out its potentialcustomers and align their marketing effort in efficient way by pay attention on the marketingpolicies about eWOM. The limitations of the research is some respondents not read andanswer the question clearly and made it not represent their exact perception.

Social networks are actively penetrating into all spheres of our society. The influence of social media is strongly affected by the younger generation, who spends a lot of time in the virtual social space. The purpose of this study was to study the influence of social networks on the choice of a university brand by representatives of generation Y. The data was collected through an online survey using the Google forms service. The results obtained indicate that social media engagement has a positive effect on brand image. Firm-created and user-generated social media communication have a positive effect on brand equity in Higher Education Institutions. Brand equity positively influences Brand choice intention. The value of this study lies in the fact that it considered the influence of various factors on the formation of the intention of representatives of generation Y to choose brands of universities, taking into account the moderate effect of electronic word of mouth. The results obtained complement the scientific literature on the impact of social media on consumer behavior. The results of this study can help in understanding the choice of students of educational organizations, taking into account the influence of social networks and electronic word of mouth, which can help university marketing departments to promote brands more effectively in the social media space.

The development of information technology and the internet is currently developing very widely. This greatly affects the lifestyle of most humans at this time. The internet is an important part of everyday life in terms of accessing existing social media. Changes also occur in WOM (Word Of Mouth) communication. Through e-WOM communication, WOM behavior in social media, consumers can obtain information and exchange opinions about products and services. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of e-WOM in social media Facebook towards Purchasing Decision on Muca Cafe Kupang. The variables in this study are the independent variable; e-WOM (Intensity, Valence of Opinion, Content) and the dependent variable; Purchasing Decision. The population in this study were consumers who befriended in social media Facebook with Muca Cafe, with a sample of 100 respondents conducted by purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study using the questionnaire method. The instruments were applied Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Testing using t-Test and F Test. Data analysis techniques used Descriptive Statistics, Multiple Linear Regression, and Coefficient of Determination. The result of this study indicates e-WOM through social media Facebook has a significant effect on Purchasing Decision.
