The kinetics of the process of using phosphorus-containing mineral compounds by their decomposition, which are actual problems, has been studied. At beginning of the it have been notified that the process takes place in two stages. These stages of the process are differed from each another mainly by rate of process realization, because a rate of the first stage is much more that a rate of the second stage. This fact is a reason of the deep research of kinetic of given process. Apart from that a detailed study of these processes connect with some problems of enter prices. All these question are analizied in the work, also the information by methodical carry out of experiments. Regime parameters correlation of components, concentrations of components, a time requite for realization of process are presented. The dependence of degree by different mass correlation of components from the time realization of process are also shown. In the work the types existence of precipitate, monitite brush it are shown. On base of received date a dissolubility of the base received product are graphically presented. In the work an influence of mass correlation of CaO?P2O5 and time of process realization on precipitation is studied. It have been determined that by 650C temperature a mass correlation of the base components must be equal to one, by that a time being used on neutralization process don’t play the practical role, because its increase and decrease don’t influence practically on process indices. The results shown that by equality of components CO?P2O5=1 correlation during four hours the precipitation degree makes up to 90,66 % and during 1 hour this index is 78,2 % for duringthe remaining three during this index is increased on 12 %. By using of these received data these is a possibility determination of the optimum technological conditions for given process. it is shown that there are opportunities to achieve processivization, to increase the use of raw materials and to obtain an environmentally friendly product with the introduction of regime parameters and component ratios in the absolute state.

Limestone, dolomitic stone, huntite, active magnesia and their mixtures as well as phosphorus containing gypsum, all by-products of various industrial activities, were investigated as soil amendments for acidic (pH 4.2 - 4.5) soils from Drama area, N. Greece and alkaline (pH 8.1 - 8.2) soils from Thermi area, N. Greece. Additions of 500 and 350 kg of the industrial by-products or their various mixtures tested, per 1000 sq.meters, improve the soil pH from the strong acidic area to 6.5- 7.5. Active magnesia increases the pH values above 8. Additions of 200 kg of mixtures of limestone and active magnesia per 1000 sq.meters, found to be able to increase the soil pH from 4.2 to around 6.5. These results were obtained within ten days from the day of application. Phosphorous containing gypsum, by-product of phosphoric fertilizers industry, was found to be able to decrease the soil pH from 8.1-8.2 down to 7.1. The results of this work suggest the possible use of the studied by-products as soil amendments for acidic and alkaline soils, respectively.

The article considers the effect of the granulometric composition of pine wood sawdust and granulation modes on the thermal decomposition of biofuel. Mechanical activation and thermal activation of raw materials before pressing were used in the study. Thermal decomposition of granular fuel was carried out by the methods of thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis. The temperature ranges of dehydration, thermal decomposition of organic and mineral substances, moisture and ash content of the fuel have been determined. The rates of thermal decomposition of organic substances in granular fuel were also determined. The thermal effects of thermal decomposition of the granule samples were compared. It is registered that the equilibrium moisture content of granules obtained after thermal activation of the raw material is lower than that for granules made by cold pressing. This is indirect evidence of their increased density. It has been determined that most of the heat of thermal decomposition of organic substances in granular fuels is released in the high-temperature period at a decomposition rate of 1,12 to 1,37 % dry matter per minute. It was revealed that the thermal effect of thermal decomposition of granules depends on the fractional composition of the ground raw materials. This may be due to the difference in the chemical composition of the fractions. The analysis of obtained results made it possible to determine that the mechanical activation of raw materials increases the average rate of granule decomposition, and thermal activation reduces it. That is, the mechanical activation of raw materials has a positive effect on the thermal decomposition process. Grinding wood sawdust to particles smaller than 0,2 mm can lead to partial destruction of complex macromolecular compounds (hemicellulose, cellulose and lignin). Thus, this leads to a decrease in the degree of intermolecular interaction and intensification of the decomposition process.

Application of a phosphite for construction of highways is expedient for economic and ecological reasons. Most effective use of a semi-hydrate form of a phosphite for construction of local roads. One of limiting factors of wide use of a phosphite in road construction is lack of due regulatory base. By production of extraction phosphoric acid on the Balakovo branch JSC Apatit the method of vitriolic decomposition of phosphorus-containing raw materials by sulfuric acid a lot of phosphoric acid with the subsequent division of the received phosphoric acid (a liquid phase) and educated crystalline hydrate of sulfate of calcium in a floor – or a digidratny form (a firm phase) on a vacuum filtration is used. Digidratny and semi-hydrate process of vitriolic receiving phosphoric acid along with two-phasic processes are the most economically effective processes.

Phosphorous-acid process of Karatau phosphorites’ decomposition has been studied. The impact of temperature, time and acid rate on decomposition process of phosphate raw material, the conditions ensuring maximum degree of phosphorite decomposition have been identified. Variance estimate of experiment results’ reproducibility has been carried out by mathematical statistics method; the coefficients of regression equations have been set. The significance of regression equation coefficients has been checked up by Student’s criterion, and the adequacy of regression equation to experiment has been checked up by Fisher's criterion. With the use of utopian point method the parameters of studied raw materials’ decomposition have been optimized.
