Soil pollution with plastics represents a great threat to plants, animals, but especially to humans, as a very small quantity of the plastic which is discarded daily is recycled or incinerated in waste facilities, much of it reaching landfills where their decomposition lasts up to 1000 years and during this time the toxic substances penetrate the soil and the water. If, initially, the pollution with plastics has been identified and recognized in the aquatic environment, recent studies show that plastics residues exist in huge quantities in the soil. The present study focuses on the analysis of factors that pollute soil, so the various studies that have been carried out claim that soil pollution with plastic is much higher and increases in an aggressive manner, being estimated to be 4 to 23 times higher than water pollution with plastics, and the accumulation of microplastics in the soil has a negative impact on soil biota. Thus, once the plastic material accumulates in the soil, it is assimilated to organic matter and the mineral substitutes of the soil and persists for several hundred years.

Personnel management is recognized as one of the most important ways to improve the competitiveness of the organization in the local and national market. In the modern world, the life cycle of knowledge is becoming shorter, which requires regular updating of professional knowledge and abilities. Continuous updating of knowledge and improvement of skills are obligatory conditions for success. The most important task of enterprises of different forms of ownership is to increase the attractiveness of jobs in the regions for highly skilled professionals, to achieve high efficiency of employees through the improvement of personnel management systems. Management innovation is a universal tool for modernizing management. SWOT-analysis of the personnel management system of the Department of Property and Land Relations of the Voronezh Region made it possible to identify its strengths and weaknesses. The proposed innovative forms of management: career maps, employee development maps and scoring system are estimated using the models of D. Kirkpatrick and D. Phillips. Based on the analysis of trajectories of innovative development, the optimal moment for introducing changes and changing the development trajectory is determined. Assessment of the socio-economic impact of the implementation of measures confirmed their necessity and inevitability in the real economy.

In the modern world a new world economic structure is being formed, which is characterized by the instability of the geopolitical situation and the «redrawing» of trade and economic relations, as well as the forced development of high technologies and their active introduction into the production sphere. In this regard, an urgent issue is the strengthening of Russia's position in the international market through the implementation of competitive advantages of domestic food products. The basis of any high-efficiency and high-quality production, including agricultural, is technical and technological equipment, the high level of which ensures the timely implementation of agricultural technological measures without violating the technological terms of agricultural work. The conducted studies have shown that in our country there is a significant lag in the technical and technological provision and innovation of the agro-industrial complex in comparison with advanced agricultural countries, which does not allow us to fully realize the potential of the agricultural industry. In the developed countries of the world, there is a transition to the sixth technological structure, based on the use of high-tech technologies. In this regard, the issues of technical and technological modernization and digitalization of the agricultural sector, increasing the innovative activity of agribusiness entities, the widespread use of scientific achievements of the fifth technological structure and the accelerated transition to the «rails» of the sixth technological structure are becoming increasingly relevant for our country. The solution of these issues will ensure the parity of Russia with the leading agricultural countries in terms of the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of agricultural products on the international market. One of the solutions to this problem can be the development and implementation of a unified state policy for the modernization of the agricultural sector of the country.

Waste management in Tunisia is currently one of the priorities of environmental protection and is one of the main pillars of sustainable development. Thus, Tunisia has opted for a comprehensive and progressive policy of environmental protection in order to manage with the current state of the object affected by the strong economic growth and the environment rapid urban expansion in recent years. The area of waste management has received attention currently given the quantity produced changes in the multiplicity of forms and aspects of pollution caused by waste, and limited resources used in the field of solid waste management. During this, our research has been devoted to the study of the phenomenon of industrial waste management by recycling in Tunisia. We employ a model based on a time series analysis model for a period of 17 years from 2000 to 2016. Additionally, we estimate the ability to manage industrial waste recycling based on variables related to the business of recycling industrial waste, variables related to the intervention of Tunisia policy in the management of industrial waste recycling and macroeconomic indicators. From the empirical findings, we conclude that the macro-economic indicators have a negative impact on the dependent variable. The variables related to the intervention of Tunisia policy in industrial waste management through recycling have a positive impact and a negative impact depending on the nature of the waste. And finally, the variable relative to the activity of recycling industrial waste TRDI has a positive impact and DIG variable has a negative impact.

This article focuses on ordinary, familiar to us structures and what other benefits, except for their intended use, they can bring. One of the most pressing problems of the modern world is the excessive use of non-renewable or hardly renewable natural resources. The key element necessary for the operation of transport is gasoline extracted from oil, which is a hardly renewable natural resource, at the moment the rate of consumption of oil significantly exceeds the rate of its occurrence in the natural environment. In addition, people use atomic power stations to produce energy used in everyday life, many plants and factories are built to produce various things necessary for life, and sometimes just to increase comfort. All this has a very negative impact on the environment, and to clean it after such pollution is a very difficult task. In this way, in the use of current energy sources, we distinguish 2 significant flaws – the exhaustion and difficulty of renewal of the key components necessary for obtaining energy and the negative impact on the world around us. Many states came to the conclusion that it would be much more rational to develop a new approach to energy production, based on the use of inexhaustible and environmentally friendly natural elements. The main example of this approach is the use of solar energy by converting it into electricity using solar panels. In this article, we will look at solar panels and their use in road construction as a way to generate energy and solve environmental problems.
