This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment through intervening variable job satisfaction at employees of PT. Lembah Karet Padang. The population in this study was 308 people with a sample of 75 employees, sampling technique using slovin method. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique (path analysis) using SPSS. From the results of the study found organizational justice has a positive and significant effect directly on organizational commitment. Organizational justice has a positive and significant impact directly on job satisfaction. Organizational justice with job satisfaction as intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The direct impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment is greater than indirect influence through job satisfaction variables. Thus it can be interpreted that job satisfaction does not have an indirect effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. So it can be concluded that job satisfaction is not proven as intervening variable.<br /> <br /> </em></p>

The purpose of this essay is to compare the views of the Ikhwan al-Safa’, Isfahani, and Ibn Khaldun on labor, not to trace their influences, which would require separate treatment. However, we could presume the direct or indirect influence of figures such as the Ikhwan al-Safa’. A study into the attitudes toward labor is important for understanding a society’s economic rise or decline.

The majority of living forms depend for their functioning upon two classes of biocatalysts, the enzymes and the hormones. These biocatalysts permit the diverse chemical reactions of the organism to proceed at 38°C with a specificity and at rates frequently unattainable in vitro at elevated temperatures with similar reactants. The physiologic importance of enzymes and hormones is evident not only under normal circumstances, but is reflected clinically in the diverse descriptions of errors of metabolism, due to lack or deficiency of one or more enzymes, and the numerous hypo- and hyperfunctioning states resulting from imbalance of hormonal supply. Inasmuch as both enzymes and hormones function, with rare exception, to accelerate the rates of processes in cells, investigators have sought possible interrelationships and interactions of enzymes and hormones, particularly as a basis for the mechanism of hormonal action. It has seemed logical to hypothesize that hormones, while not essential for reactions to proceed but nevertheless affecting the rates of reactions, may function by altering either the concentration or activity of the prime cellular catalysts, the enzymes. This proposed influence of hormones on enzymic activity might be a primary, direct effect achieved by the hormone participating as an integral part of an enzyme system, or an indirect influence based upon the hormone altering the concentration of available enzyme and/or substrate utilized by a particular enzyme. It is the purpose of this presentation to describe a relatively few, but better defined, examples of the more direct relationships of enzymes and hormones. Five examples of enzyme-hormone interaction will be presented, based on the criterion that an effect of the hormone has been demonstrated on addition of the hormone in vitro to a purifled, or partially purified, enzyme system.

Analyzing and investigating factors affecting trust and satisfaction creation and providing condition for creating these factors by online stores help them to perceive customers’ needs and lead to increasing loyalty level, intention for repurchasing and improving profitability level. Therefore, this paper investigates influence of trust on repurchasing by mediating role of customer satisfaction. Population of this paper were customers of online stores which have 2-star electronic trust symbol on the base of E-trade development center (Note 1) ranking and had shopping more than once. Data were gathered from 267 samples of customers by availability method and questionnaire tool and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha with 82%. Considering analyzing data by SEM on LIZERAL software, findings show that trust has positive and significant influence on repurchasing and indirect influence of trust on repurchasing by mediating role of customers satisfaction is more than its direct influence which confirms mediating role of customers’ satisfaction.

This study used an explanative survey design followed by descriptive study of the cross sectional approach, which was carried out with 2 stages. The first stage of the study was conducted by identifying internal and external factors for stunting prevention with family empowerment. The second stage involves conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and expert discussion then devised a model of family empowerment as a stunting prevention effort. The number of respondents used was 280 families. The sampling techniques was using cluster sampling. The strongest indirectly data which obtained from the research analysis of the pathway to prevent stunting was extenal factors through stunting empowerment with value of 0.264. The second strongest indirect influence was for stunting prevention through internal stunting prevention factors with value of 0.114. The results of this study showed that the indirect influence of family empowerment on stunting prevention is not as strong as the direct influence

Abstract – performance is a record of the outcome of the function of a particular job or activity of an employee for a certain period of time (Gomes, 2000). This study aims to examine the effect of compensation financial and compensation non financial on performance of employee with motivation as intervening variabel involving 35 people as respondent with using partial least square (PLS) analysis method and sobel tests to test the mediating effect. Data were obtained through observation and questionnaire distribution. This study shows two point, first compensation financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation and work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee’s performance. Indirect influence between compensation financial on performance of employee through work motivation that is partial of mediation due to the effect between compensation financial variable on performance also significant. Second, compensation non financial has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Indirect influence between compensation non financial on performance through work motivation that is full of mediation due to the effect between compensation non financial variable on performance of employee not significant. Keywords:  compensation financial, compensation non financial, work motivation, and performance of employee
