The unprecedented event of the COVID-19 pandemic severely hit every stratum of the economy. Right from local business & start-ups to multinational chains, every enterprise experienced a sag because of a sudden & massive hindrance to their networking & reachability to clientele. Amidst this strenuous financial environment, some budding trends accelerated to become core competencies & survival strategies of these businesses. Digital Marketing & leveraging a presence over the internet expedited as a life-saving, more so, a transformational strategy for many brands. Through this study, the researcher aims to unveil the various approaches, investment trends, & sought-after domains of digital marketing that helped brands survive the pandemic. To effectively do so, the researcher approached various digital marketing firms as sources of garnering preliminary information. For this purpose, the researcher, with the help of primary data & secondary data from the digital marketers, concluded that brands invested in digital marketing during the COVID-19 Pandemic, more than ever. There were also emergence of newer startup ventures & solopreneurs who leveraged the digital media to generate profitable alternate sources of income. The most sought after digital marketing services were, Social Media Marketing(SMM), Website Development & Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

Digital marketing has developed enormously over the past few years. India saw a 100% rise in social media users last year according to IAMAI. India's e-commerce market went up to USD 38 billion in 2016. India's e-commerce revenue is expected to jump from $30 billion in 2016 to $120 billion in 2020, growing at an annual rate of 51%, the highest in the world. The chapter seeks to understand how firms working in the digital marketing space are using the various tools to help build businesses in a competitive business environment. The chapter looks at the B2B space, focusing on digital marketing firms started between 2007 and 2009 in India. The data has been collated from internet sources, namely https://www.topseos.com/ and company websites. Results showed that, especially after 2016, all these digital companies are growing in a high phase with acquisition of more clients. They are able to retain them by providing good services at affordable costs which can be seen in the expanding client base. This shows that digitalization can help companies grow.

Abstract Data is currently the most valuable source in decision making process within digital marketing firms. The main aim of the article is to examine extension of data utilization within digital marketing processes. Research of the main aim was supported by two sub-goals, which focused on knowledge level of marketers’ data based approaches and on areas, in which are such approaches applicable. Quantitative research in form of questionnaire was utilized as a primary research method. Findings of the paper points to sufficient awareness about big data and artificial intelligence tools and uncover currently untapped potential of its implementation into digital marketing processes.

Abstract. In 1987, we administered a subjective memory questionnaire to 143 40-year-old men, and 30 years later 67 of them again responded to the same questionnaire at age 70. At the follow-up, we also instructed participants to answer the questionnaire in the same manner as they thought they did at age 40 and to perform a picture recognition and a public event test. We employed confirmatory factor analysis to model a latent subjective memory construct. A single-factor solution provided acceptable model fit to data (χ2(12) = 9.33, p = .68; χ2(12) = 10.48, p = .57) and a decent reliability at both ages for the subjective memory measurements (omega = .82 and .93, respectively). Our longitudinal invariance testing revealed only a partial weak invariance. We also fitted a latent change-score model to the data. As expected, participants on average rated their memory as poorer at age 70 than at 40. Those who reported better overall health and less anxiety reported less memory decline up to age 70. Notably, this was also the case for those who rated memory as worse at age 40. Higher stress and depression at age 70, however, were associated with worse subjective memory already at age 40. The correspondences between memory ratings and tests were low. The correlation between the subjective memory factors at age 40 and 70 was 0.58, while the correlation between the memory factor at age 70 and the retrospective subjective memory factor was 0.87. Our findings suggest that subjective memory is quite consistent, and that we are inclined to preserve the continuity of our own memory functioning over the adult lifespan.

Kewirausahaan adalah suatu proses membelai bisnis baru, mengorganisasikan sumberdaya-sumberdaya seperti; sumberdaya manusia (tenga kerja), sumberdaya alam (bahan baku) yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan pemberian nilai tambah ekonomis yang akan menghasilkan produk, baik barang maupun jasa dengan mempertimbangkan risiko yang terkait. Secara sederhana digital marketing adalah terminologi yang mencoba mendeskripsikan jasa pemasaran terintegrasi yang digunakan untuk menarik perhatian, serta pelibatan konsumen secara online. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah mengembangkan program sebelumnya dimana belum ada penyampaian ilmu tentang strategi kewirausahaan dan pemasaran dengan teknik digital marketing agar masyarakat dapat berwirausaha dan memasarkan produk teh binahong ke masyarakat luas. Sasaran utama program PKM ini adalah warga Kelurahan Lengkongsari Kecamatan Tawang Kota Tasikmalaya yang mendapat bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) yang merupakan masyarakat tidak produktif secara ekonomis. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, praktik langsung, dan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan memyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pengetahuan peserta tentang strategi kewirausahaan dan digital marketing meningkat; 2) Masyarakat dapat membuat dan mengemas teh binahong; dan 3) Kegiatan ini telah memberi manfaat bagi masyarakat Sidorejo, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK dengan meningkatnya keinginan peserta menjual produk the binahong pada salah satu akun digital marketing.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi di Universitas Wijaya Putra dimana banyak mahasiswa menggunakan Samsung Smartphone, dan di era digital marketing yang sedang melanda terutama kaum millenial diharapkan Smartphone dapat memberikan dampak positif. Adapun yang menjadi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah citra perusahaan dan gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada pelanggan Samsung Smartphone di Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh niat beli pelanggan di Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing variabel, citra perusahaan dan gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 orang responden pelanggan Samsung Smartphone di Universitas Wijaya Putra Surabaya dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis (Analisis Jalur) yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Data data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik, diolah sehingga menghasilkan model analisis jalur, sebagai berikut Y1 = 0,434 +  0,371 X2 + pY1€1 dan Y2 = 0,169 X1 + 0,397 X2 + 0,169 Y1 + pY2€2 hasil analisis dari semua variabel yang tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan adalah antara variabel citra perusahan terhadap niat pembelian dan variabel kepuasan pelanggan terhadap niat pembelian. Uji-t menunujukan bahwa satu variabel lainnya memiiki pengaruh signifikan antara gaya hidup terhadap niat pembelian, dan melalui Uji-F diketahui bahwa baik antara variabel citra perusahaan dan gaya hidup secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian dan antara variabel citra perusahaan, gaya hidup, dan niat pembelian berpengaruh simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Tulisan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan mengungkapkan bagaimana perkembangan industri fashion di Indonesia dengan menggunakan konsep Digital Marketing Public Relations. Penggunaan konsep Digital Marketing Public Relations dalam industri fashion memiliki keunggulan di antaranya dapat membangun branding produk melalui media digital. Dengan media digital dapat memudahkan konsumen untuk mengakses informasi kapanpun dan di mana pun. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan penggunaan konsep digital marketing public relations dalam industri fashion di Indonesia menjadi cara yang cukup efektif dalam melakukan promosi produk maupun memberikan berbagai informasi seputar industri fashion. Bahkan saat tengah berlangsung kegiatan fashion, khalayak sasaran dapat menyaksikan secara langsung kegiatan fashion tersebut tanpa harus berada ditempat berlangsungnya kegiatan tersebut.
