Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of marketing communication and customer loyalty.Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with survey explanatory method as much as 83 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency table.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the result of the experience brand is in the high enough category with a score of representative 75.23% and the customer loyalty is in high category with a score of representative 76.40%.Originality / value - This research provides is condusted on telecommunication industry with the object of research is a sim card from famous brand. The dimensions and indicators used to measure of variable are the theories marketing mix.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of brand experience and brand love.Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with survey explanatory method as much as 83 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurship intention.Design/Methodology/Approach - The design of this study is cross sectional by using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method and total of 145 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that the entrepreneurial attitude is in the medium category with a score of representative 63,5% and entrepreneurship intention is in the medium category with a score of representative 65,3%.Originality/Values - The difference of this study with previous research is on the object studied at female students 2014 in UPI Bandung who have pass studied Entrepreneurship studied, the measurement of entrepreneurship attitude through the dimension of Theory Planning Behavior (TPB) Icek Azjen in 1991 about autonomy authority, opportunity economy, self-realization, and perceived self-confidence.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to knowing the description of working communiacation, job satisfaction and employee performance. Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 57 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results indicate that the description of working communication is in effective category according to score of representative 81,3%, job satisfaction is in high category according to score of representative 79,3 %  , and employee performance is in high category according to score of representative 77,8%. Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding issues of working  communication, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The difference of this study with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the retail industry that is Toserba Yogya Cabang Sunda Bandung, with the variables studied namely working communication, job satisfaction, and employee performances, and using different theory or reference from previous researcher.

A total of 110 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that the work environment is in the quite good category with a score 68,83, job satisfaction and employee loyalty are in the quite high category with a score of respectively 70,57% and 71,68%.Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding issues of work environment, job satisfaction, and employee loyalty. The difference of this study with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the service industry that is El Royale Hotel Bandung, with the variables studied namely work environment, job satisfaction, and employee loyalty, and using different theory or reference from previous researcher.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of promotion program, reward  and job satsfaction. Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 90 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained result that promotion of good enough position with score 7396 acquisition equal to 73,37%, amount in category enough according to score 12118, obtained percentage equal to 73,98%. and job satisfaction in high enough category with score 12769 Earnings equal to 75,06%.Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding issues of promotion program, reward  and job satsfaction. The difference of this study with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the contuction industry that is PT. Gunanusa Utama Fabricators Serang, with the variables studied namely promotion program, reward  and job satsfaction, and using different theory or reference from previous researcher.

 Purpose - The purpose of this study is to know the description of discipline, job performance and promotion positions.Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. An employee analysis unit of 96 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results showed that the work discipline is in the category quite appropriate with the score of 75.4%, job performance in high category with score 76.9% and job promotion in the high category with score 77.9%.Originality/value - This research provides a fundamental understanding for issues of work discipline, job performance and promotion. The difference of this research with the previous research is the object of research that is studied in service sector, theory and reference used are the latest theories.

Background: COVID-19 pandemic causes the emergence of rubbish indicated containing COVID-19 or usually called as infectious waste. The household waste sources related to COVID-19 prevention are such as ODP (people in observation) who had done self-quarantine and used APD (self protection equipment) such as mask and gloves. The purpose of this research is to find out the correlation between knowledge and attitude of janitor towards household infectious waste countermeasure during COVID-19 pandemic in Manado city 2020.Methods: This research was quantitative research-observational descriptive approach with cross sectional method. This research was conducted in 4 temporary shelters obtained in Singkil sub district, Bunaken sub district, Pall Dua sub district and Wanea sub district. The samples were selected by using total sampling technique. Total samples were 100 respondents. The research instrument was questionnaire. The analysis used Chi Square Test.Results: shows that the janitors’ knowledge is good already 53%, attitude 60%, and there is no correlation between knowledge and janitors’ attitude towards household infectious waste countermeasure during COVID-19 pandemic in Manado city.Conclusions: The management and countermeasure of household infectious waste is an important effort to prevent the transmission of SARS-CoV-12 (COVID-19). Tighter monitoring is necessary and also education/socialization of household infectious waste countermeasure is needed during COVID-19 pandemic either from the behavior side or the facilities used.

This study aims to know and to analyze the effect of service quality strategy, marketing mix strategy on Household Loan Credit (KPR) customer satisfaction, the influence of service quality and marketing mix strategy on KPR customer loyalty, the effect on satisfaction on KPR customer loyalty, service quality strategy and marketing mix strategy on customer loyalty through KPR customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Makassar Branch. To achieve these objectives, techniques of collecting data carried out through observation and distribution questionnaires by using data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, assumption classic tests, and path analysis. The results of this study proved that the service quality strategy and marketing mix strategy gave a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality strategy and marketing mix strategy gave a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, the customers' satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction could mediate the effect between service quality strategy and marketing mix strategy on increasing customer loyalty at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Makassar Branch.

Poverty is a serious problem in Indonesia. As a developing country, the poor inhabitants in Indonesia is still high. According to BPS, shows that 27,7 thousand individu is the poor. Therefore to reduce the problem of poverty, empowerment is one of the right solutions. Especially for poor farmers. Dompet Dhuafa Amil Zakah institution has a empowerment program for the poor farmers, namely “Ternak Berdaya” This study aims to describe the role of Dompet Dhuafa (DD) amil zakat institution in economic empowerment of Farmers in Lantek Temor village, Galis District, Bangkalan City. Using qualitative descriptive approach with study case method, the data collected are donetrough interviews, observation, and documentation. In validating the data, this study uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. Analytical Technique uses descriptive analysis with stages data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that DD has a role in economic empowerment of Farmers as a capital giver from zakah and market network provider, but didn‟t optimal yet. It could be seen through the results of the analysis of four indicators of program success, namely welfare consisting of food, clothing, shelter, and spiritual aspects, increasing income, making itwork, and transforming mustahik into muzaki. Among four indicators there are some that have not been met, namely welfare from the spiritual aspect, due to the absence of special religious programs for farmers groups. In addition, the additional income from this program is still relatively small so it can not transform the mustahik be the muzaki of zakah mal.
