The problem in this research is not optimal student achievement. It is characterized by the acquisition of learning outcomes of student who have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria in school. This study aims to determine the effect of performance of teaching teachers on student achievement. The method used in this research was survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with rating scale. Respondents were 53 students of class X of Office Administration Vocational High School in Bandung. The approach used is a quantitative approach to data analysis techniques using regression analysis. The result showed that the performance of teaching teachers has a positive and significant impact on student achievement, either partially or simultaneously. It can be concluded that student achievement can be improved through increased performance of teaching teachers. It means the better of performance of teaching teacher will have an impact on student achievement for the better. ABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa. Hal ini ditandai dengan perolehan hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor rentang 1 sampai dengan 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah 53 siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kinerja mengajar guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kinerja mengajar guru. Artinya semakin tinggi kinerja mengajar guru akan berdampak pada prestasi belajar siswa yang semakin tinggi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi di sekolah dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan budaya organisasi dan motivasi. This paper reviews specifically about learning facilities and classroom management as factors that allegedly affect student achievement. Analytical techniques used using multiple regression and product moment correlation is a technique of data analysis to know the contribution of each variable. Based on the results of the analysis, data were collected through survey method using a closed answer questionnaire, while the respondents were 78 students of Vocational High School in Cimahi. The results of the analysis show the learning facilities and classroom management partially take effect strong enough. While the results of the analysis simultaneously showed a strong influence.  From the results of this study can provide implications for the school as well as teachers as one reference to improve student learning achievement optimal.ABSTRAKTulisan ini mengkaji secara khusus tentang fasilitas belajar dan manajemen kelas sebagai faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan menggunakan regresi ganda dan korelasi product moment yang merupakan teknik analisis data untuk mengetahui kontribusi setiap variabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, data dikumpulkan melalui metode survey dengan menggunakan angket jawaban tertutup, adapun yang menjadi responden adalah 78 siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Cimahi. Adapun hasil analisis menunjukkan fasilitas belajar dan manajemen kelas secara parsial berpangaruh cukup kuat. Sedangkan hasil analisis secara simultan menunjukkan pengaruh yang kuat. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan Implikasi bagi pihak sekolah maupun guru sebagai salah satu acuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa yang optimal.

This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat meningkat melalui adanya peningkatan kondisi tata ruang kantor.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditandai dengan perolehan hasil belajar siswa yang belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale. Sampel penelitian adalah 58 siswa Kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur minat belajar adalah ketertarikan untuk belajar, perhatian dalam belajar, motivasi belajar dan pengetahuan. Berdasarkan analisis regresi, diperoleh hasil bahwa minat belajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan minat belajar siswa. The indicator used to measure learning interest is an interest in learning, attention to learning, motivation to learn and knowledge. Based on regression analysis, the result that learning interest has a significant impact on learning outcomes. It can be concluded that student learning outcomes can be improved through increased student learning interest. Means the better the interest of student learning will have an impact on student learning outcomes for the better.Keywords: learning interest, student learning outcome

This research aims to analyze the influence of teaching styles on student learning outcomes on subjects Correspondence using explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used a 5-scale questionnaire with a ratting scale model. Respondents are 105 students of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results showed that the teaching style has a positive and significant influence on the learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was  to analyze the influence of principal’s managerial skills and quality culture on teacher performance. The research method used survey method. Data collection techniques used a rating scale scale questionnaire with scores ranging from 1 to 5. Respondents are 90 teachers of State Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique using regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. This study is aimed to analyze the influence of professional competence of teachers and powerpoint as a media of learning on the effectiveness of learning. This study employed explanatory survey method. This research also used data collection technique in the form of questionnaire with rating scale model. Respondents of this study include students of a Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique in this research is regression technique. Abstract This study aims to determine the level of learning motivation of students in class X across cross-interest programs on economic subjects at Palembang State High School 16. This study used a descriptive method where the subjects in this study were students of class X MIPA which amounted to 52 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques were scored based on the rating scale. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that students' learning motivation in economic subjects cross-interest programs in Palembang State High School 16 influenced by intrinsic factors of 74.23% in (high category) and extrinsic at 79.78% at ( high category). Researchers suggest that teachers motivate students more cross-interest programs in growing successful desires while learning economic subjects. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas X program lintas minat pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 16 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dimana subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas X MIPA yang berjumlah 52 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data diberi skor berdasarkan skala penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat dilihat motivasi belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi program lintas minat di SMA Negeri 16 Palembang, di pengaruhi oleh faktor intrinsik sebesar 74,23% berada pada (kategori tinggi) dan ekstrinsik sebesar 79,78% yang berada pada (kategori tinggi). Peneliti menyarankan agar guru lebih memotivasi peserta didik program lintas minat dalam menumbuhkan keinginan berhasil saat belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi
